Visiting from out of town picked -up two prescriptions and received my flu and booster shots during separate visits. Pharmacy staff professional and courteous. Noticed the phone call announcement was nonstop and staff was busy answering. Visiting in person the staff quickly helped me.Appears the one star reviews are about the front end. Pharmacy staff are great.

Dont go here. The time it takes to drive to a different CVS location is definitely worth the time.

These guys were honestly great. My baby was struggling with nighttime reflux so I came in frantically looking for something to help her sleep. The female security guard immediately asked me if I needed help and so did two other associates. They directed me to where I needed to go and I was able to get what I needed and get out quickly. After I paid I noticed the security guard even walked out to make sure I made it to my car safely as it was like midnight. Thanks CVS 🥰- a sleep deprived mama

Still on the phone battery is dieing thank God Im not yet🤨 and now after 30 min They answered I tried to take it off speakerphone they said hello and and hung up on me where I am again on hold🤧😔😒🙄online pharmacy think is time to dump these Read people Well my batterys dying so I guess this post is over and so is my relationship with this pharmacy please help wait they are great all u have to do is wait😇😅🤣😂

Worst pharmacy EVER! And its not CVS, its this specific store that has the grumpiest employees! The pharmacy techs and pharmacists CLEARLY hate their jobs. Never friendly so I am switching to a different pharmacy asap. Its incredible how rude the staff is and how disorganized the pharmacy is. Ive had 3 issues within 4 months of moving to Rancho and Id rather drive 20 min out of my way just to avoid filling Rxs here 👍

Unfortunately I made the mistake of driving all the way out to this CVS that claims to be open 24/7, yet it wasn’t. I needed to get a cough suppressant and other meds that I was hoping to bring some relief to my spouse who is recovering from COVID and because he was really having a hard time I decided to drive out there around 12:45 a.m. only to see a hand written sign on the door “Sorry We’re Closed”! I had checked the website to make sure they were still open 24/7 and there were no updated hours!!!! Fix your site or fix your commitment to your community!!!

Today was my first day to pick my medication non and I got a message from them yesterday that my medication is ready but it was not ready so I told them that I will pick the medication from the same pharmacy
