The staff works very hard in diligently to make sure my order and the quality of my order are delicious fast and correct! For that they are five star quality they earned it. :)

What is it the real meat? Could it be the service? No, I/we just love sitting in line, for secret recipe or a #1 double double In-N-Out Burger. Whatever the case may be here at the in and out sunrise and Zinfandel in Rancho Cordova. Its worth the wait. Whether it be 11 in the afternoon or 11 tonight, the service is courteous. The food is hot, your order is correct. And for icing on the cake, no one touches your payment card except you. Dont you just love that

First of all you probably need to temper your expectations a little bit, as everyone deifies In-N-Out. This was compounded for me by the fact that the first 6 times I went to Cali and tried to get it, there were lines so long that I wasnt able to. But at the end of the day its just a burger, and my expectations were unreasonable. That said, it is by far the freshest, most consistent, delicious burger on the planet IMO. Nothing special or extra about it, just fresh crisp produce, juicy patties and delicious sauce (which Im 100% is only ketchup, mayo and relish). The fries are fresh cut shoestrings, cooked perfectly to order. Im not the biggest fan of fresh cut, I prefer the frozen coated shoestrings (ie Jack In the Box, Tasty Burger), but they were delicious nonetheless and salted perfectly (too many places go lite on salt nowadays IMO). So even though I had unreleastic expectations, and therefore disappointed myself, I still found In-N-Out to be the best straight up burger you can get from a chain on the planet. If you can get in without waiting an hour to order, it is definitely worth trying!

Our first trip here and discovered a secret. Ask for grilled onions and your burger experience will be amazing. A huge difference in taste.

Not really impressed with the food. I dont mind that its a small menu but not blown away like some say. Burger is good, fries arent my favorite. Best thing about this place is how clean it is and how attentive the staff is!

I love this in n out it’s right by my house and I always bring my dog to get her burger patty as well. They always get our order right, the food is always tasty. The only issue is sometimes they have a really long line but they move fast.

BUYERS BEWARE: IN-N-OUT burgers so-called veggie burger is just a burger with no pattie. I mean this company makes enough money to add a real vegetarian patty to their menu. Dont get fooled by the name like I did.

The In-N-Out in Rancho is always busy. You cannot complain about the quality or the service at this site. In-N-Out is one of the best fast food places in Rancho. The employees are awesome and seem to really enjoy their job.The store finally rerouted the drive thru. Before, people coming off Sunrise Blvd could cut into the line.I dont have to sell you on In-N-Out they have already done that. This is a great location, though a little busy.

Got their around 11:30am. Perfect for lunch. Wasnt a lot of cars in line. Gave our order, dont think I wait in line for 5 minutes. My mother loved In-N-Out Burger. When she would fly here from Tennessee to visit family here, first stop after being picked up at Sacramento Airport was In-N-Out Burger. 😊

Love this locations food. Its always freshly made, the fries are never cold or stale, and the people are always nice. Like all In-N-Outs, the drive thru cane get nuts, though. So, instead we like to order the food to go and then just eat it outside or in the car.

Last time I did not expect to spend 40 minutes in line for a drive-thru. This time they improved a lot, 25 minutes for a 35 car line. Food was fine as normal. The In-N-Out on Arden is still more effective at moving the line but Sunrise is improving.

They finally changed their parking lot layout to improve the drive thru line. Ive never really had any order issues at this location like Ive had at others. Good location for a quick bite to eat.

If I were the sole and ultimate decider of the greatest hamburger in existence, In-N-Out would be the unequivocal champion of that title.And, this may sound strange to those who arent aware, but the same thing goes for their water.(As in, you ask them for a cup of water and they give it to you. In n Out has always been great tasting to me. It is such a popular place, it took over 20 minutes for the drive through...Perhaps it is time for them to embrace the Starbucks model and build another In n Out across the street from this one.

Good as always. Quick for how long the drive thru line i waited in, which was about 15 minutes. Had a double double, regular fries and a strawberry shake. Fries authentic in and out freshness burger was plenty and tasty. The shake i wanted more because i only went with a medium. Classic

I love In-N-Out. Fresh and delicious. I used to go there a lot when I lived in California but now when I visit its the first place we eat when we get there and the last place we eat as we leave. I get a double double animal style, animal fries, and a chocolate shake.

The drive-thru has a very coordinated and well-signed path through the parking lot, which is much better than most other locations Ive been to in the area. Staff was friendly, line was quick.

Food was delicious definitely one of the better In-N-Out burgers in the area. My only complaint was they could have put more frys in the order.The line was absolutely insanely long, however someone was outside taking orders for people back further in the line which really helped alleviate the wait time and helped the line move smoothly and quickly. It would be nice if other in and out burger stores would do the same in a efficient manner as this one did!!! Honestly this is one of the best In-N-Out burger restaurants in the Sacramento area and I have noticed this each time I go there. 5 stars 🌟 were well earned keep up the good work!

I used to live and remember coming almost every week here! Now moved away everytime i come to visit it is my frist stop and my last before i fly out! Always very friendly staff greeting you and i love the environment, it feels like a diner and i love it! Prices are great, food is always delicious and super quick! Highly recommend!!! In-n-Out - Its a Cali favorite. Its always fresh its always good. Its just a little boring. What if I want bacon, or avocado. Or curly fries....yeah you guys are good at what you do, but you do so little. Maybe its time to step up your game?

Good food, consistent quality and taste which is what you would expect from them and get everytime without fail. You can watch them peel the potatoes fresh and then they go into the fryer. They are not frozen like other fast food places.When you have that urge for a fast food burger this place is on the top of the list. You can even get your burger wrapped in lettuce if you want to cut down on carbs. That should save you about 200 calories. Now that you have saved all those calories you can get chocolate shake as they are really great as well.You can go online and look at their specialty menu for special variances that you wont see on the menu.

I usually love In and Out, but not today. Today when I was ordering for my husband and myself I felt rushed through the process. The cashier nearly totalled my order without getting what I wanted for me. She was so concerned about if my husband wanted onions on his double double. I asked how it usually came. She said without. I said that would be fine. Then she proceeds with the onion questions again. Geez Louise! Then it was the closing question, did I want it in my car or home. Finally, I interrupted her on her determination to ask every question and get to the total as quick as possible. I said, Wait one second, I have more to order. I guess my order and said I want it in a box not a bag. She knew I was frustrated with her, but she was frustrated too. I guess I was a customer that didnt obey the rules. Forcing a customer this way leads to mistakes and fouled up orders. Mine came out ok. But they are using a new provider for the hamburger dressing and the pickle bits in the 1000 island dressing tastes off. So my burger was not delicious like I expected. I was disappointed 😞today. They are always packed but you can tell they work hard to keep the place clean and their staff are polite and service focused. Ill still go back.

I loved In N Out since day 1 it doesnt matter which location, until yesterday I ordered dd, cb, and f, at the sunrise blvd rancho Cordova location, all the burgers taste salty n dry, and the fries was very salty and soft wet no crisp no crunch,

Being from the right coast, there aren’t any In-N-Outs there. In CA to visit friends and family. Had to try this iconic food stop. I was not blown away like I was expecting. But it was good. I would recommend if you want another fast food burger.

It was our first time to eat here, but I think our today’s experience is enough to write a review. The staff were so friendly and all smiles despite the busyness. We got there at about 1:30 PM. Margo was wonderful! She was very patient in taking our orders. We will definitely go back if we’ll be in the area.
