We called Haney Garage Door Service and they scheduled a technician to come out within a few hours. The technician, Eugene, was friendly, provided an estimate (no cost to come out) and we agreed to have him install the unit, change the rollers and install the outside panel. We found the estimate to be very competitive after having received other bids. Install was done in about an hour. The technician was also helpful in setting up the online component. I had a new door opener installed. The service was 5 star. The installer Freddy called me to tell me when he would. Freddy explain the different model openers and answered all my questions. After had called (11:45am-ish), their Dispatch had gave me a scheduled time between 3-5pm; however, almost an hour later received a text from Freddy that he could be at my residence under an hour. They were able to get me an estimate pretty quick, and they were honest and transparent when my hardware was delayed and gave me ample warning rather than telling me at the last second or just totally flaking. No excuses, just honesty. On the re-scheduled day of installation, Steve contacted me prior to arrival. Even though it was pretty late in the day, he assured me he would have it done soon, and he did. Another guy showed up half-way through and they completed the job cleanly, professionally, and efficiently. I would hire them again and I would recommend them to my friends.

Gene was very thorough in lubricating the rails and rollers, and even re-set the time on the wall mounted door switch. I was moving stuff in my garage put my cooler on the top shelf below the track thought i had room but i didnt and my garage door was messed up so wouldnt stop when it hit something, kept going after hitting the cooler just jamming everything up and destroyed my door. This was on a sat. I have a lot of valuable stuff in my garage, i needed it fixed. after calling around they were the only ones willing to come out or that was open. once they got there they said they could fix it but eventually im going to need a new door and system. Its over 20 yrs old so i wasnt surprised to hear that. So they offered my a decent price, i knew i could get it cheaper with upgrades from Roseville but i just wanted it done and since they were already here i decided to go with them. So they were able to get the damaged door on the track and closed so my stuff was safe, didnt charge me. Scheduled the install for the following week and the crew that came for that was just as awesome and hard working, got right to it and did a really good job. pricing is competitive enough, might be a little higher than other companies but at least you know you get what you pay for. highly recommend

This is not a company to trust. After paying a $200 deposit and waiting 3 months for a non-standard size garage to arrive from a supplier I was told on the day of the installation that the door had been shipped with one missing panel. They did not contact me at any time over the the 3 months, including the scheduled installation day. They could not give even a estimated future installation date. When I called Danny, a family member of this family owned company he said he was “unwinding “ the contract, that prices had gone up so, expletive, expletive you! And hung up.

They came promptly and replaced our garage door opener. Fixed mistakes that were in the previous opener. Great job

This is second time I’ve had Haney install or repair a garage doors for me. They do great work at competitive prices . Today Gene went above and beyond installing a new Jack drive GD motor while minimizing redundant wiring. He even took the time to program our other GD opener for the new door motor. Great attention to detail. I really know how good they are because I had a very bad experience with a different company chosen by the home warranty company! I recommend Haney over all the rest!
