Great company to work with. I had some insulation put onto my garage doors, and they did an outstanding job. They showed up on time and worked quickly and answered any questions I had. They left cleaned up better then I could do before they left and made sure I was happy as a customer. I will recommend to anyone who need any garage door work done.

I would highly recommend this service company. I was out running around looking for a pulley. One place told me 95 dollars ( which I purchased online later for 2.02 plus shipping direct from chamberlain.) I then came here and the gentleman (sorry didnt catch his name) tried to find it but didnt have in stock. But then said he had one in the bone yard that might work. He gave me that one without charging. Thanks again for the help and I will be recommending you to all my family and friends

This company is amazing! We called in the morning and they were here the same day to replace the sensors on our garage door! Technician arrived timely, was very professional, and practiced COVID-19 guidelines. Once the sensors were installed, the technician showed me the replaced sensors, provided me tips on what to look for and how to resolve the sensors possibly becoming out of alignment. Cost was definitely reasonable compared to other companies we had contacted!

Very responsive-- came right out to fix my unstable garage door. I feel their service went above and beyond. Their price (a basic service call was the only charge) was more than fair. Thank you!

Some of the worst customer service ive ever experienced. Classic over promised and under delivered. Similar to another review, the owner would not work in good faith to help resolve the issue. Dont be swayed by the Costco cash card. Regret not using the local competitor!!!Follow-up to Action Doors response: I did not confuse your company with another company. Really!!!! Called in today as my Lift Master garage door wouldnt open anymore. I was calling to schedule a tech but Carol suggested I call Lift Master first as they may be able to troubleshoot it over the phone. I called the MFG and they ended up shipping me a replacement free of charge. This ended up saving me over $100. I wish more businesses had the integrity that Carol displayed on our call. Excellent Service!! I highly recommend them. I called Action Door in a panic as a spring broke on my garage door. They were able to come out that afternoon. The gentleman that came out was very professional and helpful. He replaced the spring and adjusted the garage door. The door is working great now. Purchased two garage doors at Lowes, they are the contractor that does Lowes garage door installs. There arrived exactly at 9:00 am, just as promised. They absolutely knew what they were doing and in just 4 hours installed two doors and two new openers. They programmed all remotes for us. They were very personable and great to deal with. I highly recommend this company for any and all garage door needs.

I had previously received an estimate several years prior from this company for new garage doors. I decided to go forward with them. They stated they were approximately $600 more as prices went up. I received several other bids from different companies that were approximately $1000 less than the original estimate. I asked if they could honor the previous estimate. They told me they could not as prices went up. Certainly if another business can sell the same product for $1000 less, it seems to me that is poor customer service and greed. I would have expected them to at least offered a small discount to earn my business instead of going with the other company. I would not recommend this business for that reason.

Friendly staff and they know their stuff about garage door maintenance and installation. Good people.
