I couldnt get the link to the customer satisfaction survey to work so I wanted to write here to say that my experience here was great! I was in and out in less than an hour, the staff was super friendly and helpful and got me a good price for my window replacement (and even bent out a squeaky door for me!). Would definitely come back here. :)

What a NIGHTMARE! We had to reschedule 5 time only to get a scratched up windshield on the driver’s side. There were 2 scratches about 3 inches long each. The technician, Daniel, who came out completely ignored these scratches, considering he had to drive our car for 10mins to recalibrate our cameras on our BMW X3. I noticed it as soon as I got into the driver’s seat. Tried to contact their customer service who responded to my concern at 4am in the morning only to follow up with a “Due to no response chat is ending, “ of course, everyone’s asleep. We thought we try Safelite thinking it’s convenient but it’s the exact opposite. We thought we could trust it since it was signed with AAA but it’s NO better. It provide poor quality product and poor quality service. DO NOT TRY SAFELITE. IT’S NOT WORTH IT.

Worst service. DO not take your business to this place. Schedule appt for windshield replacement for semitruck. Nobody showed up for appt. I called 3 times the next day, 1hour hold each time, before I finally got a store manager RAY.He was rude and disrespectful. He claimed that his technician couldnt find my driver. However no-one called the drivers number and no-one called my number which I placed order from. Ray claims since technician could find driver, he left. No phone calls were made. He our right lies.I asked if service can be provided at the discounted rate since they missed original appt. He laughed and said NO. then he put me on hold and hang up.

Staff was very courteous and efficient. Cared about doing an excellent job.

My insurance uses this company and made me an appointment. An associate named Anthony assisted me, he was very professional, knowledgable, helpful and personable. Due to the nature of the scratch he was unable to assist me but he provided a lot of useful information. If I need their services I will be sure to ask for him.

Not happy with customer service. I specified OEM glass for my vehicle. A week later they showed up with after-market glass. I asked to speak with the manager, was informed he would call me back - a week later and no call yet. Last night I get a message after hours cancelling the second appointment for this morning. Called back minutes later at the number they left to get an answering machine that informed me to call back and wouldnt even take a message. I have been without the use of my vehicle 2-1/2 weeks and facing additional delay before they can receive the correct glass. I have now been contacted by a manager who is working the issue. Rating may go up subject to a timely response.

I wished our insurance wouldve picked another provider. Original appointment was on July 7, but got moved to July 13 due to part delay. Which was ok. A lady called me on Friday July 10 to let us know the part maybe delayed by a day so we couldnt come in July 13, but would call back so we could come in July 14. Well, no one called back and we waited a few days and when we called back, they said they are fully booked and our original appointment was canceled. They were the one who canceled it but forgot to call us back with a new appointment. We had to call them back to setup another appointment and it got pushed again another week. We will not be using them again in the future.

Scheduled appointment a week in advance dropped car off early they call 2 hours later to tell me the windshield isn’t in, they tell me it won’t be in until the following Monday 6 days later no word from them, poor customer service won’t do business with them

I used Safelite to repair a few minor cracks in my windshield. One of the cracks later turned into a very long12” crack. I walked into safelite and spoke to Luz. She advised me to replace and recalibrate my windshield. She gave me a quote with my insurance paying a portion. The recalibration was $200. She also told me the job would take 3 hours. I went home and called another windshield repair company. They educated me on windshield replacements. A vehicle windshield doesn’t need to be recalibrated unless it’s been involved in a collision. Only about 10% of vehicles that aren’t involved in a collision might need to be recalibrated. Also Safelite can’t recalibrated a vehicle, only car dealerships can do the job. So, Luz was DISHONEST with me. You couldn’t pay me to do business with safelite again.

After a concert on a Saturday night where I had a smash-and-grab which broke my passenger back door window I visited the Safelite website which was very easy to navigate and to make an appointment for Monday afternoon.The technician Gilbert text me 3 times to let me know he was on his way, to let me know he arrived, and even when he was done with my car in the parking lot.The service took exactly 60 Minutes as they predicted and the was totally clean from all the broken glass even in the smallest to see spots it was vacuumed up and the window was installed perfectly no noise when driving on the freeway and completely waterproof as I took it to get a car wash that same day.They even were able to get the factory direct tinted window to match my other ones the same day.Life is going to happen but they made it very convenient and hassle-free to get things back to normal.

Customer service was great. It was an easy process from booking an appointment online, to showing up at the shop and replacing my front windshield. Very professional and I was in and out in no time.

Only giving 1 star since it requires you to. Not even close to 1 star. You guys can not get 1 windshield correct. Having it rescheduled for the 7th time. Need to fire and replace the management and team there. They would not try to send a damaged piece of glass out more than once but it happened. Screw Safelite.

Had a very small crack in my windshield I made appointment and received AAA discount. They did their best to repair and looks ok to me. But the best part was because they couldnt guarantee it for life it was free!!! Very helpful guys, its rare to find this type of service these days. I was originally turned off by the corporate image but Im impressed with the service.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!! My wife brought in her 2017 Honda Accord for a windshield replacement. We looked over the work after they pulled the car around and the rear view mirror and rain sensor housing was falling off. I told the manager this was unacceptable, the car was only a few months old. They said they would try just some other epoxy mix. 30 minutes later it was falling off. The managers attitude after damaging essentially a new car was as shocking as the poor workmanship.

I waited more than 15 minutes to get an answer to fix my car glass because the reception guy was talking over the phone

Jake came out to my house to install a new windshield.He was on time, friendly and clean. He even put up with me asking him questions while he was working. Super awsome experience! Give that guy a bonus or a pay raise

Check your Windshield Wipers before leaving.I was caught in the most recent rain storms without use of my windshield wipers. The cause? Safelite installed the linkage wrong and tore by fluid hose while installing my windshield. The opportunity cost of not being able to drive and go to work in the rain and the $100 repaid bill from the Subaru mechanic makes this a total bill of about $300. Office didnt answer their phone and doesnt seem to care. Be warned!

I prepaid almost $300 for a windshield replacement and was guaranteed to have the service completed the same day. I was told I could drop off my car at 7:30 am and the store wasnt opened until 8. After waiting 7 hours for the technician to call, I decided to call safelite myself for a status update. Sure enough my cars work had been completed but the technician must have forgot to call me to pick up my vehicle. Upon arrival at the Rancho store, I asked For an approximate completion time and the technician forced out an obvious lie of 30 to 45 minutes ago. I know that the timeframe was a lie because 30 to 45 minutes would have been after I called to see if the car was ready for pick up and per safelites instructions, the vehicle may be driven after: 1 hour the service is complete. For a $300 service and a large company name to back it, I expected better customer service. Also as a tip use incognito mode when receiving an online quote since I received two quotes for the same work at the same location that increase by almost $50 the second time I looked it up! It will save you money.

Quick and easy service. I brought my car in and it was fixed within 1 hour.

Safelite replaced a cracked windshield on my car fairly quickly. The technician answered questions and have me an overview of the process. Waiting room lacked amenities such as a table to do work while you wait and drinks. I had to get Wifi form the mechanic nextdoor which was also a bit frustrating.
