Terrific place! Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. The shop is spotless, which proves they take great care in their work. All options, details and processes were explained. Theres even a demonstration wall to learn about best and radiation distribution in the tint options.I was very pleased with the work. It only took 2 hours! Was looking for a local tint shop that would be able to do same-day service on my familys new 4Runner. I submitted a request in Yelp to multiple shops at once, and most couldnt get me in for a few days, some a couple of weeks (like...why?). Ralph from Tint City took my appointment same-day and really gave me the best service. I never realized why the higher end films were pricier, but they have a heat lamp setup with different grade films in front, and because of that I opted for the higher quality product. The amount of heat that is blocked with the Crystalline film seemed to be fake, but I spent a couple hundred extra because if it was even partially as good as what they demod in the shop, it was worth it. Weve had our tint on for 3 days now. No bubbles. Great quality. And our car isnt an oven inside even with the weather getting around 90 degrees. We have 4 kids, and keeping our SUV cool or at least not super hot during the summer months was the main reason we tinted our windows, and were SO glad we went with Ralph and Tint City.

Really clean shop. They have five levels of quality 3M tints. Each comes at four different levels of darkness. A computer database has the window design for every car model ever made. Quality install.

Today was the fourth time I brought a vehicle to Tint City to have the windows tinted. Eventhough I did not have an appointment they were able to fit me in. As with the other three vehicles, I am more than satisfied. Despite the fact that I didnt have an appointment, my vehicle was completed much sooner than promised. This is the only place I will go for window tinting. This is a class act business. Always courteous and professional, even in the pandemic. This is how all businesses should perform. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Awesome place to go to, very friendly and great prices. I’ve never had a problem with them. They are on time with appointments and will probably tell you 2 hours or so for your car to be finished, but always knock it out and have the car done quicker. This is the place I’ve been going to for about 6 years. I’ve had 7 of my cars done there and have referred many others as well. Never any bubbles or problems w the tint. We have all been satisfied without being charged an arm and a leg for quality work. I definitely rate this place a 5/5. I love you guys, I’ll be back soon with another car!

This is my second car getting tinted here. They do a good job.First off, I would advise them be a little more open with their phone quotes as you will most likely face a decision with a higher quality tint up charge option when you get there. Since they only quote the lowest quality tint, make sure you ask about other tint options.I ended up selecting the middle quality option, which cost me more than my phone quote, one shade below limo (3M Dark) because renders a better warranty. However, I’ll never really know if they actually used the quality tint I selected. Only time will tell. Dont be afraid to ask for a sample of the tint you select. Just make sure they show you and cut it out of the box instead of pulling a scrap from the trash like can like they did when I requested a sample. Regardless, I’m highly satisfied with the job. If you get an estimate make sure you get it on writing along with description. I made an oral agreement with the lady behind the counter that I wanted all windows re-tinted. At the end only the back window was completed. I didnt bother checking with them as I know pleading my case would not matter. Lifetime warranty on product is definitely up to their discretion.

So this place has advertisement next to deer creek car wash, so I walk over there, and they are no longer there? The man gave me a paper with there new location. I called the number, the man who answered the, I asked what are there prices, the man rudely said hold on the phone? So I hung up and Ill take my business elsewhere.

I went to Tint City to get my 2010 Toyota Camrys windows all tinted. They spoke to my boyfriend over the phone about what he wanted done to the car earlier in the day and set us up with an appointment the same day. I got to appointment at 3pm as scheduled they helped me right away and got the car done within an hour and the tint was perfect and my boyfriend was very please with the job they did to the car and we are talking about going back and getting more work done to our car and will highly recommend this place to everyone. The two guys working that day and the young lady behind the desk were very nice people to work with and will be going back for more stuff through Tint City and will refer people. Go to Tint City!!!

The work was great and they offer a lot of options. Service wasnt good. I made an appointment at 10:30am to get my front two windows done, and left my car there. He said it should be done no later than 3:30pm. I went back 5 hours later and my car still wasnt finished. He said I could sit and wait another 30-45min, and they would get to it right away. Sit and wait? Thats exactly what I didnt want to do, which is why I made and appointment and left it there for 5hrs, so I left again. Finally got a call at 4:35pm saying it was finished.

Updated review on 7/10/2015 : After that horrible situation I experienced on July 3rd, we received a call from Marissa. One of the owners of tint city. She apologized about the whole situation that happened on July 3rd. I can not stress how much Marissa wanted to make this right. She offered for us to come in to the corona store to make sure she took care of us. We made an appointment to see her at 11am on July 10th. As soon as I walked in at 11, Received a warm welcome, clean waiting room and great service! Car was completed by 12:10pm! Everybody here was extra helpful! Thank you Marissa for going above and beyond! I truly appreciate it!Worst service ever! Set an appointment 2 days ago went in today, July 3rd, told me it would take 2 hours.... Called 3 hours later to see if my car was ready, the lady that answered said it was. Drove up, and my car was in the same exact spot! When I walked in I just asked for my keys, and the guy said the car will be done in an hour! Are you serious! I will not support a small business with no integrity. Thumbs down Rancho store!

Their work is good because they have a printer that cuts their film to perfection. Its hard to match that quality. They also use good 3M film so it will last a long while. However, theyre not really the most friendly of people. They look and act like they hate their jobs. Overall, I would take my car there over and over for the quality though.

I called no answer abd this was during business hours i left a message and no call back so i went someplace else

I bring my new honda accord there, made an appointment for the next day, get there on time the next day, leave my car there for about two hours, got a phone call told me that my car was ready, as I got there, my car already got nicely tinted... Excellent job... Well done...Thanks Tint City :D

Recently went to Tint City in Rancho Cucamonga, CA to find out about their window tinting programs for our car - Mario greeted us with a smile; was very friendly and as we spoke realized how he cares about people and their needs. Quite knowledgeable and patient, explaining what the different films do and how they work. With their special skin cancer program our two side windows were tinted and we opted to also tint the front window. (CA Legal) Windows are being tinted using 3M Crystalline 70% - keeps out UV up to 99.9% YEA!!!

I wish I would have read ALL THE REVIEWS before taking my daughters car to tint city. I am not going to waste time posting a lengthy review also 3M product that they use is not any good and tint city does bad business... I would not recommend them, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!..

I have had two vehicles tinted at Tint City, both at the Rancho Cucamonga location located in the same complex as the Deer Creek car wash. The first was a Toyota pickup truck, regular cab, and came out very well. When I sold that truck, the buyer asked me if the windows were factory tinted but I told him no, it was Tint City.The second vehicle was a Subaru wagon that has a lot more glass compared to the Toyota. Tint City recommended the 3M Color Stable for maximum heat rejection. I didnt have an appointment and they were able to fit me in on a Saturday morning. The job was finished in about 2 hours, and employees and manager seemed very concerned that I was happy with the job. Now after 2 weeks the tint looks fantastic, it looks like a factory job, no bubbles, creases, etc, anywhere to be seen. Very happy with the quality, speed, and service at Tint City, would not hesitate to recommend to family & friends.

Bad service. I had to come back five time to have my window done and its been five month and i already have to take my rear window redone cause its pilling off. If u want a cheap job go there. But u can get way better for same price

Back in 2003 I purchased a black Monte Carlo SS. I got the windows tinted by Tint City. Over the 7 years that I have owned the vehicle, the old tint was starting to bubble. Mind you that I was not using 3M at the time, however the tint had a lifetime guarantee. I brought my receipt to Tint City and had my entire vehicle redone at a small labor fee. There were no questions asked and these guys did an excellant job. I now have 3M tint, which I highly recommend using with a lifetime guarantee. Beware, there are some shadey dealers out there claiming they are 3M dealers and really are not. Talk to Art, he can educate you. Thanks again guys, excellant work.

I was a customer and a friend to Tint City and promoting their name but after i got my car done i NEVER AGAIN will EVER i RETURN!!!!! They have really BAD customer service. I also had a wrinkle on my window and it was an easy fix but they didnt even look at it and said its normal bubbles it will go away in a week the wrinkle did not go away and when i went to go ask them to fix it they said why didnt you tell us in the beginning... it was an easy fix my answer was WOW!!! they wanted to charge me $50 dollars!!! they wanted to charge for a mistake they did!!!... I told them i will pay you guys $30 even if it was the shops fault but i want it to look good.... they didnt clean the window prperly so it was left with ALOT of bubbles.... I never went back and stopped being friends.... WORST PLACE EVER!!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND it to ANTONE!!!!

I had an appointment for my Rogue. They listened to my concerns about the shade of my tint. They told me if I got a ticket for my tint they would change it. I brought all three of my vehicles in. On the first one I had got a bubble in the window tint and they are ready to replace it for free. They do back up their word and I will continue to bring my vehicles and my families vehicles there.
