Best mechanic Ive ever been to. I went to a dealer for a tune up and they told me I needed about $1,500 of repairs. I went to Bertinos and they told me exactly what needed to be done that day, what needed to be done soon, and what wasnt actually a problem.Charlie, Chris, and the whole staff are great people and have kept my car in fantastic shape at a reasonable price.

Bertino Automotive provides quality in all that they do, from the repairs to customer service. All the mechanics are willing to explain what exactly is wrong with the car, as well as answer any questions you may have. They are efficient, trustworthy, and reasonably priced. I have never been unsatisfied with their work, and take my car back to them without hesitation. From complex problems such as rebuilding an air condition system to simple oil changes, they do it all!

Best shop around, and been in business for generations. You wont find this shop trying to upsell you on a bunch of services your car doesnt need because these guys are straight shooters. My family and friends have been coming here for more than a decade and have been very happy with the service every time. The pride taken in the work is something that is hard to find these days and this shop doesnt try to pull any funny business like telling you that your car needs a new muffler bearing. I have taken my cars to Bertino Automotive for almost a decade, and have always received good service at a fair price. Charlie Bertino is a very nice person, and does not do unnecessary work. Charlie and his crew even performed a custom engine swap on my car, including sorting out the wiring loom, so they are true mechanics.

I brought my van in last week for service and was very pleased with the prompt service. I was in and out quickly, I had quality attention with every aspect of the repair explained to me. I will be back with any other repairs needed for our cars.

When i come, they pin point the direct problem and fix it, then make recommendations for services from urgent, to a you have time basis. If i have the money i do it, if i dont i wait and come back. They never disappoint. I never feel ripped off, i feel 100% confidence in their service both for my vehicle and customer care.

I took my Yukon into Charlie @ Bertinos due to a rattling problem when I accellerated. I had no clue what the issue was; Engine, transmission, suspension????? Turned out to be fairly simple, but Charlie diagnosed the problem & fixed it quickly all for a very fair price. Very honest and knowledgeable mechanics. I have taken my vehicle back several times for service and oil changes. Definitely recommend this shop - Mike G.

I brought my 2002 toyota tacoma for a transmission fluid flush and filter early in the morning and in three hours i was amazed that my truck was finished. I am driving my truck now, and they did such a good job that the truck runs very smooth. The customer service and knowledge here at bertinos is outsatanding.
