Prices online are different from the store, we are paying shipping costs, in the receipt we dont see shipping costs, only tax fee. I asked the lady from the store about the price, she told me that the price is different because you have to pay shipping, my question is it legal or illegal to do that?If we buy anything from Walmart or others store they dont change the price, they add only the tax fee .Of course, we get charge for shipping, if you buy online....

First visit to a Sallys in this area, very pleasant experience. Three lovely young women were very helpful, guiding me to products I am extremely satisfied with. Visit date 9/23/18 approx 4pm

Price Gouging!!! !During Covid19. Went to buy Hair dye today. Of course we have to wait outside because during this time we are not allowed in the store. I asked if they had gloves and she said yes but we only sell single pairs. I figured they were @ $1.00. I gave her my credit card from outside the store and waited for my receipt and items outside. $3.19 for 1 Pair of Gloves!!!!! I asked her for 4 Pairs. A box of gloves is @ $11.00. Shame on Sallys!!!! So I paid over $12.00 for 4 pairs of gloves. WOW.

The lady there was extremely rude, the products here are marked up several dollars more than they are on the Sallys Beauty Supplies website. Was going to buy a curling iron for $48 it came up to be $57 when I asked her why it was so much more she only said, Sales tax! Sales tax in my state is around 8%, not 20%. I dont know if there was some other reason why their sales tax was so much more, but she surely didnt tell me.

Really bad customer service and awful stares, lots of things weren’t stocked and we were given attitude when asked. i will not be returning.

Apparently this place doesnt want my business. I came in to ask about the hair bleach, to find out what was less damaging and the woman who I had spoke to said no matter what bleach I would use it will not bleach my hair LOL Im already a blonde and it would lighten my hair a little but nope, she said nothing would work on my hair. Get rid of her, she is bad for your business! Not even trying to help your customers out, just says EVERY PRODUCT IS BAD FOR YOUR HAIR. Ridiculous.7-17-2018 9:37a.m.
