THEY are THE BEST RV storage, Yes, theres cheaper ones out there, but they provide far less than Premier storage, and Ive been extremely happy with them.#1 They park your RV. This avoid you from hitting someone, and someone hitting you.#2 They do care about what they are doing and try their best to really accommodate your needs.I dont think I could find anything better than this.BTW, thank you Jose for helping me to jump my power jack. Jose went above and beyond to take great care of my grandpas boat and to transport it to storage. He was always professional excellent communication very respectful and incredibly helpful. He even sent me a text and picture of my boat once it arrived at the facility. Thank you Jose for doing such an incredible job im blessed to be able to store my boat over there!

Great customer experience. I know my boat is safe and if I want/need to, they have services like detailing (which was done very well getting all the scratches out along the side of the hull), charge up the batteries, tire pressure, etc. available. Friendly service and prompt replies from the office, and Jose and Michael at the actual storage facility.

We take very good care of our Jayco Travel Trailer and we were very particular when it came to choosing a storage facility. Premier RV storage was Top Shelf in every way. From my first phone call with Jose I knew we were going to be satisfied customers!!! They had an answer for any of our needs regarding our travel trailer. If it needed anything they were able to address it right there so we would not be hassled having to take it out to an outside vendor. Our trailer was always washed and tires were topped off ready to hook up and enjoy our trip. Premier is the place to store your RV or Boat. Great place to store your RV and the services included in the monthly fee are unsurpassed. While it is 45 miles from our home, we couldn’t justify paying almost twice as much for something closer to home, and we definitely wanted indoor parking for our motorhome.I highly recommend Premier Indoor Storage.

I had my boat detailed and when I arrived to pick it up it seemed a bit dirty. I showed Jose and he explained that he had some new vendors detailing for him and that he had not been able to check my boat before I arrived. He was very apologetic and said he was embarrassed that the boat was in that condition. He offered to clean it up right then but I had to leave and so he offered to come to Lake Arrowhead to clean it again for me. Things happen all the time that are out of your control, I believe it’s how you respond to those issues that really define your level of customer service. Thank you, Jose!

This is by far the best place to store your RV. Very professional and helpful staff!!!I have a triple axle toyhauler and it is very easy to find open parking. One of the most important reasons I chose Premier Storage was their security!!! They have excellent security and they are easy to get a hold of by phone.

This place is amazing. Dont let your boats, rvs or other recreational vehicles sit outside and get all nasty and faded. Protect your investment, store them here. The space is extensive and the prices are very reasonable. And when youre ready to go play, all it takes is a simple phone call and the helpful staff will get it ready for you to pick up.

Ive reached that point in my life where Im able to enjoy the fruits of my labors. I love my RV and I love my boat. I love the time I get to spend on vacations with my family enjoying these luxurys. The MOST important thing for me is to know that my toys are going to be ready, clean, work correctly, and work correctly every time! There is nothing worse than going on vacation and having issues with my RV or Boat. I have stored my items at many places, and have experienced the aggravation associated with them.This is why I have fallen in love with Premier! I never really knew what a RV or Boat storage company could do for me until I started with Premier. Heres why:- Amazing communication, and everyone I ever dealt with was always cheerful and 100% focused on me... their customer. Imagine that, huh?- Always ready! If I need my RV or boat, it is always ready for me, even if I have a last minute emergency.- Always clean! Seriously! Its incredible. I love picking up my item and feeling like its still brand new.- Always works! I grew tired of bad batteries, low tire pressure, etc. Premier always made sure to keep those things and others up to snuff.- One stop shop. If I dont have time to get propane, or needed a generator service, or an oil change, or tire changed, or boat service, or whatever, I dont worry! They will take care of it!I have probably written a total of 2 or 3 reviews online in my entire life. Im not that guy, but I read other reviews and realize the benefit I get from others making that effort. I just felt that Premier REALLY deserves all of the praise they can get. They have TOTALLY earned my respect and will always have my business. I run my own business and know what it takes to provide real customer service....and to really care about it! Premier gets it. We have stored our RV with Premier for over 8 years. During that time the staff has taken excellent care of our RV. Our RV has always been staged, washed, tires checked and ready to go whenever we go on a trip. In recent years we have used Premier to do our schedule maintenance. It has been very convenient to use their facility for our RV’s maintenance. In the past few years Jose has been such a pleasure to work with taking care of every little detail associated with our rig.

We only needed storage for 2 weeks, but these guys were great! We full-time in our motorcoach and were going out of the country for 2 weeks and needed to ensure our house was kept in a safe space. We were looking for safe storage, plugged in (we have a freezer full of food), and a place for our tow-car. Jose was a pleasure to deal with and made it all happen. I emailed him when we landed back at LAX, and when we arrived the coach and tow-car was outside, washed, and ready for us. Would deal with these guys again anytime!

About 2 years ago, I finally decided to take the plunge and buy a boat. With the amount of money I had spent on the boat, I wanted to make sure that it retained its newness for as long as possible. I am not very mechanically inclined, so a big worry of mine was the maintenance of the boat. Storage for the boat was not even something I had thought about. But, I knew I needed to keep it somewhere, and my neighbors wouldnt appreciate me keeping it in the driveway year round. As I started to look around at the variety of indoor, outdoor, and self serve storage locations, I found Premier. One tour of their facility and I knew it was the place to keep my boat. First off, I was amazed at how clean it was! You could literally eat off the floor! With as much money I had spent on the boat, that was a huge plus for me. I knew that if they kept their storage facility that clean, they would certainly keep my boat in tip top shape. After meeting with Todd over there, not only was I impressed with the cleanliness, but the above and beyond service they would offer. They are truly a 1 stop shop for any of my boat needs. Before I pick it up for use, they wash it, check the batteries, check the tires on the trailer and make sure its 100% ready for my trip. And, like I said, my mechanical skills are not up to par, but Todd makes sure Im aware anytime the boat needs any type of service, like an oil change or time to change the impeller. And their prices for any types of service or repairs are some of the best Ive seen. Obviously, I highly recommend Premier for any type of storage you need for your toys. I have stored my trailer and boat with Premier Indoor Storage since 2011. I have been extremely happy with the level of service provided by Premier. They are a full Valet service for RVs and boats, just drop it off and they take care of the rest. Makes taking vacations much more enjoyable.
