A little dingy, but what can you expect from a tire store. The counter guy was great and the owner (I think) was cool too. Had a lot of work done and they were courteous to let us know the work would take 2 days. So far, the car feels new and I love the smell of new tires!

Great service! Went out to have my Nissan Maximas Michelin tires inspected. Jaime Ureno showed me they were fine. No mold or cracks; plenty of tread.(No push to sell me new tires if I didnt need them--nice!) Id been warned by my usual Nissan service dept that the front tires might need alignment. Had that checked out here and it turned out to be true for three tires. Tires were aligned and car drives much better! Done in less than an hour. Reasonable prices. Highly recommend this dealer!

I have to say I was minutes away from buying tires online (again), but Big O tires showed me the way. Ive purchased tires online before from several sites and my experience was mixed. The last time I ordered tires the prices were OK, but it took several weeks to get my tires in two separate shipments from the east coast. Another problem was they had to be delivered to my place and one of the tires was, oddly enough, covered with gnats. If that wasnt bad enough, I had to store the tires in my apartment and eventually haul them in my car (they barely fit) and find a shop to install them. What a pain.This time around I decided to shop Local and Big O tires was there. They have a really good selection of tires. From famous brands to brands Ive never heard of before. The prices were really good too. And if they dont have your size, theyll quickly get them for you. In terms of customer service, Daniel was the man! Very knowledgeable and entertaining. That dude has stories.So yes check out Big O Tires.

LOVE this Big O Tires location! I bring my work vehicles here. Never had an issue with the work they perform. John & Carl are nice and always do their best to give you the best price. I drive a little out of my way and pass several other places where I can get the work done but I know that Big O will do it right. They are always busy so I recommend dropping off your vehicle (if possible) instead of waiting around for it.

At 8am I made my appointment on line for 10am they called me at 9am said that they were book all day, he said if I come in i would have to wait I ask if I could just drop my car off he said absolutely.. Ok I get there just before 10am and yes it was busy, as soon as I walk in Daniel Esteves said with a big smile welcome miss Ill be right with you 1 min went by and he said how may I help you... such a supper nice guy... I thought for sure my car would be done around 5 but no Daniel called me before one said that my car was ready... Excellent customer service.. When I came in to pick up my car he was helping a lady and she seemed upset about her car and the cost she seemed confused..he took the time to explain everything to her to where she could understand she left feeling better and relieved... I cant say enough good things about this Big O Tires Location. I have gone there for oil change, alignment, rotation, wheel bearing, and A/C (would also recommend for breaks). The staff there is extremely friendly, helpful, and respectful (no difference in talking to a man vs. a woman). All costs were very reasonable for the service and parts needed. Even when my A/C problem was out of their area of expertise, they were able to recommend and send over my car to a reputable shop with the necessary equipment. Im really glad to have found a reliable shop!

As a single parent and sole provider, I work two professional jobs to make ends meet. I am very particular about where I spend my money, since it takes weeks of five 12-hour days to earn it. Ive needed new tires, but it took me months to save the money. Once I saved enough, I made the drive to Rancho Big O, because of John. He knows my name when I call, and always tries to give me the best deal. The Rancho shop with John (and Ron and new guy Chip--thank you, you were very kind) is honest, trustworthy, and continually goes the extra mile for me. My daughter feels comfortable waiting there with me, they let me change the TV channel for her, and I never hear any bad language from the men working there. Its heartening to experience good, old-fashioned, reliable customer service, and men you can count on. Thank you, guys!!

I would give negative stars if I could. I bought 4 new tires for my car. When I got my car back I notice that one of my tires was not screwed on and only hand tightened. So I had to drive home with a wobbly tire, which was very dangerous. I talk to the manager who took NO accountability for his teams mistakes and offered a 25$ off next purchased. I honestly wanted my installation fee refunded cause I had to go home and finish their job. After talking to corporate and him getting talked to, all I got back was 18$ for labor...unbelievable. Never returning again.

Everyone was very nice! The front desk clerk was very straightforward and honest. This was my first visit and they were very fast and efficient with the service. I typically dont go to corporate auto shops because of their high prices but Big O Tires was reasonable. Will definitely go back again!

I had a radiator that failed and caused transmission fluid to mix with water and caused the transmission fluid to turn pink. I replaced the radiator and flushed the transmission fluid by removing the pan. I then flushed and drained with new fluid. the transmission still had a pink look. I was told that Big O had a flushing machine. they charged me $155.00 to flush, it still has water with the transmission oil, because they never took the transmission pan off to completely drain the fluid. Lazy, or doesnt know how to do a proper job. ripped off for $155.00 and had to do it myself again. Ill never recommend them to do the right thing.

I checked online for a same-day appointment. I decided to take a gamble and go in earlier than the first available appointment. Big O Tires completely accommodated me and my time slot. They took me in earlier than the online appt. and got me out and back on the road sooner. I received a boatload of services for a very reasonable fee. I was able to apply my % coupons in addition to the free services coupons. The staff is always friendly, professional and knowledgeable about their services. The waiting area offers coffee, water and TV. The store has always been clean during my visits. They are always busy, however, they NEVER rush you, nor do they make you feel rushed. You are honestly made to feel valued as a customer. That is rare nowadays. I have always had very good experiences with this company.

Paul and Carl were so helpful. I came in to get my wheels balanced and they Carl gave me a coupon that only made it $25. It took 30 minutes when the original estimates time was an hour and a half. Paul was so nice and kept making conversation. Definitely recommend this place.

I was given prompt service and done within 20 minutes. I went in to have my tires balanced, rotated, and a complimentary 22 point inspection. Everything was done on time and finished very quickly. I will go back again to have my car serviced.

Good prices compared to other places

Was initially impressed by their service but have been disappointed in recent visits! Asked to have fluids refilled several times without success! Had brakes done less than 3 months ago and already need to be reserviced! Will give Paul credit for trying to reach out to me and make me feel like they cared about me as a customer but still fee cheated because it was either cheap mechanical work or cheap brake parts that I was dealt! Id go elsewhere for better service and product warranty!

Ive been buying my tires (and my wifes) here for 10 years. Good prices, great service, nice people. Plus its the kind of place where you can drop by and theyll check your tire pressure for you or answer any questions. I even take my wheelbarrow tire in for inflation, ha!

Good tires, good shoes, good mattress. Never go cheap on any of these. You will always need them you will always be using them and if they fail you will regret it. This place has always treated me well and they even offer financing.

The service was excellent, the only thing they didnt do was rotate the tires like they said they would. The reason I found out was because I had left some DMV paperwork on the passenger seat and when I left home I realized it was missing, so I drove back to search at the tire shop to see if it had fell out by accident. The guy that did my oil change came out when he saw me show up again while I was looking around the spot I was parked in before hoping to see my DMV paperwork. He asked me what was I looking for and I said, a DMV envelope with my paperwork, he then told me he put the paperwork in my glove box when he saw it on the passenger chair because he was looking for the wheel lock. So I asked him, did you find it and he said no. He said since he didnt find it he didnt do the tire rotation. I always have the shop do the tire rotation when I get the oil change and they always put the lock in the bag were the tool to remove the tires goes next to the jack. But it was all good, the friendly service was great and the speed was stupendous.

I ordered my tires on Sunday and was told to come in early Monday at 8am. Its 11am and still waiting. Apparently tires where never delivered

Called and spoke with manager he gave me price i told him I will go the next day. He gave me a name to the person to speak with. That person told me there is no such pricing that he gave me. They lied to get me in the door so I left and went to Pepboys where I got a way cheaper price.

New owner about a year ago technicians all left new technicians cant balance tires properly.

Recently my seventeen year old son had a job interview in Rancho Cucamunga and was about 200 miles away from home in my car. He had a blow out on the 10. I found the Archibald Ave. location online and immediately called to make sure they would take care of him when he came in. The manager John took care of him and did an outstanding job with the service, timing and he went above and beyond by recommending new brakes at an amazinly reasonable price. It is a good feeling these days to be able to trust a company in the service industry that will take care of you like family and not rip you off. I highly recommend this company and this location.

The only place I go to for my car needs. The guys there are pretty upfront, no bs, and they work with you. Ive already bought a new battery and tires with them and all is well so far. Check their website before going in as they usually have some coupons for oil changes, etc going on all the time. I believe they have regular deals on Groupon too.

Got a good deal on 4 tires for $230 so for one tire its $51.99 dont for get about TAX I didnt include the tax but total is 230 for 4 tires best on Archibald st. Rancho cucamonga

Synthetic Oil Change Service took about an hour. They recommended several things, such as an alignment, that had recently been done to the vehicle. Declined any service other than Oil Change. Came here because of a Google Local Offer. The displays on the back wall are amusing for 5 minutes and a large pile of magazines is available.
