I’ve been coming to Alta Loma Optometric since 2004. Even though doctors have changed, my experience has been consistently professional and positive. The staff is pleasant and I never feel rushed or processed. The lens prescription feels catered to my needs and it’s an overall great and dignified experience. Highly recommend, especially if you have anxiety about eye exams.

I have been coming here for years. Dr. Morton is amazing and everyone on the front are very helpful. The office is clean and take the necessary precautions when it comes to Covid and being sanitized. Great Job and see you next time

Over price for eyeglass and it took a month to get mine. They said call me when it is ready to pick up but they did not. Never ever go there again.

The front staff were amazing and the eye doctor was great aswell. But what ruined my visit was the tall white lady that we were transfer to when my dad had to choose his glasses. Looked like she hated her job, not friendly, she didnt give us no recommendations on any frame or offer any warranty or any details on what would cover my dads insurance and if I can pay out of pocket to get something better for my dad. I had to figure it out myself because she wanted me to sign papers that I acknowledge that if they break nothing would be covered again. So I just kept asking questions if theres anything better so I can pay and thats when she told me it was $120 and she also said thats too much. Why does she care of the price? She should offer and is my choice if I want to get it ir refuse it. Also when my dad was trying to figure out what glasses to choose is like she was trying to rush us. Just sitting there like a zombie not been friendly at all or even not trying to make us feel comfortable to be there. They need to hire someone that likes what they do and get rid of her. I just hope I dont see that women again if I go back to pick up my dads glasses.

I was going to this office for years. Had my appointment today for an eye exam, arrived early and was told they would not provide me service unless I allowed them to make a copy of my drivers license. They said this is a new procedure for them due to fraud theyve supposidly had in the past with prior patients. I told them, I have no issues showing them my ID to prove who I am, but I do not authorize them to make a copy of my drivers license for their files. This is what leads to identiy theft, which is on the rise, particularly from medical offices. I can tell you for certainty, not all employees in medical offices are honest, many actually have a criminal history. There is no reason for medical offices to request your social security number or copies of your drivers license. This is a red flag and this office should be avoided if you value your privacy. I was extremely disappointined with this office for their lack of professionalism and they wasted my time today. They should have informed me their updated policies when I made the appointment over the phone.

Best eye doctor in town. My son plays competitive basketball and had his eye poked by another players finger nail and took a good chunk of skin from his eye. Thank goodness this clinic with their experienced doctors helped save my sons eye and receive the right proper treatment. They prescribed him some antibiotic eye drops to prevent any infection as well. Thank you.

The staff is amazing! I’d you want a team that truly cares about educating you on how to care for your eyes, This is the place for you. They have a solution for every eye problem. They treat the whole eye. Not only do I love my new glasses but they have my strategies to help with creating a new habit that got rid of my dry eyes. They are friendly, and courteous.

I purchased glasses there one year ago and paid over $600 including frames. Several months after that the lenses starting looking scratchy due to the messy work that was done. I bought an extendedwarranty at the time of purchase, but shortly afterward I moved out of state for a year. When I returned I went back to see if my extended warranty was still in affect and was told by the manager that it had expired a month earlier. How convenient. The new staff was so unprofessional and offered no solution to the problem except to purchase a new pair of glasses. The frames were fine just needed the lenses replaced. I will never go there again..

Horrible service and very High price even with insurance. They had to order my glasses 3 times, every time I went in to get my glasses the rx was wrong and I could not see out of them. I will never do business with this business again.

Always takes a long time, can never get a walk in appointment, you have to wait a week or twoto be seen, took over 2 months to get a replacement frame under warranty, asked to be seen when my frames finally came in. nobody in the lobby but two people and the girl said oh were over booked, She had the I dont care attitude told her I May go somewhere else she didnt care, so I will go somewhere else, also I agree with the other negative reviews way overpriced and even with the insurance they charge a lot .. If they dont care more about the customers they just keep losing service..
