Amanda assisted us in completing our pick up order as well as our in store Purchase of sunglasses. Her customer service skills & awesome attitude made us feel very comfortable. She made sure to ask if we were AAA-members which gave us 30% discount. Her knowledge of insurances accepted and advice on how to get the maximum discount was amazing! We were very happy she told us about that. We will definitely coming back to this location for future purchases.

I just found out today that after I bought glasses from here on October 19th 2021, all the money in my debit card was stolen from the ATM in Victoria Garden in the following two days. I have no other consumption these two days. I have informed the police department.

I went in today to replace lenses on a pair of Rayban Aviator sunglasses. Turns out I had only bought the lenses there and not the frame. Andre was super cool and he replaced my broken nose pads at no cost and Jason told me how to clean the mirror lenses without scratching them. I come here often and these dudes rocked. Thanks guys :)

Easy to set up an appointment online. Digital paperwork done before the appointment. Friendly staff and way less crowded than the time i visited at the beginning of the pandemic. Both of my sons’ glasses were ready in an hour! It doesn’t get better than this! (Only if the glasses were free 😆).

I actually was about 20 minutes late for my appointment but the sales rep was able to get me scheduled immediately for a noon appointment when my original appointment was for the same day but at 1140. I first went to Costco and was told that I had to wait 2 weeks for an appointment. I am so happy that happened because I was forced to look elsewhere. The cost at Eyebar Eyecare Optometry, at LensCrafters at the Victoria Gardens in Rancho Cucamonga, California, is about the same but the equipment is much better and up-to-date. Plus, you dont have to deal with bad service. I got a little discount because I am a member of AAA of California. With that, I was able to get the inside of my eyes photographed, analyzed, and explained to me by the doctor. She was super nice. I am probably in-love with that woman now. Seriously, this is my eyesight. I dont know why I was looking for a discount of a few dollars in the past and settling for bad service at Costco. I will still buy my laundry detergent in bulk there. But, when it comes to my eyes, this is my new doctor.

This was my first exprience with LensCrafters and I loved it! Dr Uy was wonderful and all employees at this store were very kind and helpful. Nice to visit a store where the employees enjoy being at theri jobs.

My blood pressure wasn’t taken correctly and asked to talk while the machine was running. Otherwise the exam went well and he explained all tests. The reason for the 2 stars is that I never got to see the Md. my appointment was for 1:00pm by 1:45 I was still waiting. I ended up having to leave and cancel the appointment.

LOVE THIS PLACE. I’m so indecisive and I literally took 7 trips here’s with multiple different glasses. Each time they have welcomed me back with smiles and open arms to make sure I was happy with my purchase. My daughter broke her only pair of glasses which are needed on a everyday need. And I called Lenscrafters up and Annette was able to get her in today and we were able able get her a new pair of glasses same day. My daughter being an identical twin they also were able to get her twin sister in for a matching new pair as well. The whole staff was very welcoming and very helpful throughout the whole process. First time at this location and I had an overall great experience. Customer service from Annette and Michelle and a young gentleman was excellent. They were friendly, personable and professional, from start to finish. Michelle was the one who did my optical tests before I saw the doctor for my exam and shes also the one who sat with me picking my glasses, fitting them, etc., and checking me out. I had a very pleasant experience with her. The doctor was very professional and personable as well. She provided insight and solutions to an issue I recently had with my vision. She listened and seemed genuinely interested in me as a patient... not just another number. Lastly, the clinic/location itself. I was very pleased with this location in comparison to where I normally go. The quantity and quality of the selections of glasses and sunglasses was awesome! I was there for about 4 hours, partly because of how long it took me to decide between all the glasses I picked out. I went for glasses and left with glasses, contacts, prescription sunglasses and a pair of sunglasses without a prescription because I liked them and needed a new pair anyway. I will be returning to this location. Thank you everyone.

This store in Victoria Gardens is, hands down, the BEST Lenscrafters I have visited. I was immediately greeted by friendly staff and even though there was a bit of a wait, it was definitely worth it. They are utilizing safety precautions and I understand the slight delay in service. Even the store manager, Tom, was out in the lobby helping people alongside all of the other associates. Many lenscrafters have the same products but they dont all share the same staff. The friendly people here are why I will make the drive from Riverside, past 3 other locations that are closer, to buy my glasses! Oh, and Dr. Uy was the sweetest while I was getting my eye exam. Clean store, friendly staff, attentive doctor, and actively engaged management really make this place stand out. 5 stars!

This store has great customer service. I was greeted when I walked through the door, the pre-screening technician was friendly and the doctor that completed the exam took her time. The ladies at the register were courteous as well.

Both Brian and Michelle have been extremely helpful to me. I have had a couple of issues, but they have been so nice and helpful with me, that this location is now my favorite. They have really listened to me and done their best to service me, to take the best care of my eyes and my purchases. I have really appreciated that a lot, because I have ordered 5 pairs of glasses and some glasses needed changes. They didnt make me feel bad at all! All great employees at this particular location. I especially like Maria, the eye doctor. She is extremely nice and patient and caring.

My family and I have been coming here for years, but this time I got ripped off. I told the guy that helped me I wanted transitional glasses. I also talked about it with the ophthalmologist. We talked about the total amount. He said it was because what I was getting including transitional. When I got my glasses it didnt transition. When I called the store they said I never got it. If I wanted it I had to pay $400 more leave the glasses for another month. Really!!!!! Thieves

I was in for an eye exam, 2 weeks ago, picked out some eyeglasses paid my bill, they told me 2 weeks they would be in. Right after I left in my car I realized I was not offered the warranty protection to purchase, I was already a few blocks away, I hoped to get someone on the phone and take care of. I got no answer so I called a few times left a message each time I call, two weeks later I still haven’t got anyone to answer the calls and no one has returned my call. And I still don’t have my eyeglasses. I been coming here For over 10 years. This is bad service. I understand Covid but this is ridiculous!

The store itself and the employees are probably fine, but my review is based on the way they handled COVID-19 and capacity during my visit today. I brought in a family member for an eye exam who needs assistance, and at first we were told they were at capacity and they asked us to fill out the paperwork outside, which we did. A person left, and they invited my family member in but when I said he needed assistance, we were told they were at capacity so we needed to wait for someone else to leave. When we were asked a second time, I again informed them he needed assistance, and they asked if he could do the pre-exam while we waited for another person to leave. We agreed, but a few minutes later when several more people left, I was still not allowed in. When I asked what was going on, I was told they were over capacity originally, and that I needed to continue waiting until another person left. In the meantime, someone else was invited in to peruse for glasses. During the entirety of my standing outside, there were a total of three customers aside from us, 4 employees (three of which were just standing around messing with each other), and then some guy who kept going in and out to deliver In n Out and water. So as a paying customer (not using insurance for this visit), I am standing outside waiting for the capacity to get sorted out while my family member is doing who knows what.Update: while writing this review, I was finally allowed to come stand in the back, away from everyone else (which is where the exam actually takes place anyway) and sure enough, theyre taking pictures of his eyes because he doesnt know any better, and did not think to ask if they were included in the cost of the exam, or if he needed them. Thanks for your wonderful service and consideration, Lenscrafters.Update #2: The optometrist was amazing. She was very thorough, took her time, asked tons of questions, and made sure that we were given accurate, quality information so we knew how to proceed with a solution for glasses. That is where the visit went downhill for the second time. Upon arrival at the register, we were asked for a AAA card for benefits. When I asked what they were talking about, I was told that the person who did the pre-exam wrote down that we were using AAA insurance which is another error that could have been avoided if they allowed me to be part of the process. This meant the price I was originally given for the exam and images increased by about $22. Then, after going through the process of paying for the visit, my card was declined at which point I was told that MasterCard has to be manually entered because the system isnt working correctly. My question is, why not ask before having me insert my card?These are all minor inconveniences, and truthfully, the only thing that mattered was the exam (which was perfect), but I felt like there was very little consideration for the customer at this location. If you have no special requests or needs, you are probably fine to visit this location, otherwise you might want to consider taking your business elsewhere.

Loved my first visit. Its in a nice area and the people were very friendly and accommodating. Both the assistant and the doctor made me feel very comfortable during my exam. This will definitely be where I go from now on.

Stopped by today around 4:25 pm and instead of being greeted at the door, a LensCrafters employee asked if I was Lorena. When I answered, “no” she didn’t even bother to say sorry, can I help you with something. Instead she did a hand gesture like when you shoo animals out the door. Can’t believe this lady is employed and treats people with no care whatsoever. This was my First time there and definitely will never return. The employee was rude and disrespectful. I don’t understand how lens crafters can hire people with no customer service experience. Instead I called the Ontario Lens crafters and they were kind enough to take care of me.

All of the staff was so patient with me and extremely helpful!!
