The Asian ladies are very rude

Sometimes the staff here is really slammed with customers. Some of those customers are not feeling well, Im sure, but often the staff gets torn up by the customers because the Dr didnt call in or theres no refills on the prescription. Ive had that happen to me and while frustrating I realize its not their fault. 99% of my experiences with the staff have been just fine and often theyve gone above and beyond!
