When Dr Pryzabela was there I got 5 star care. Since she left, the care is mediocre. I was told few months ago that I could extend my hearing aids warranty this month (June 2021). Now I am being told that I cannot whatever the reason. Thank God that I just ordered new hearing aids elsewhere and wanted my old ones as back up. I am a nurse and the bread winner so need my hearing aids to work, thus wanted to have back ups. I have been wearing hearing aids since I was 32 y.o. Hearing science staff need to be more informed before they give wrong information to customers.

Very clean. Everyone was very nice. It was special to see my mom hearing for the first time in 10 years.💕

If there was ZERO stars as a choice, I would have rated them a ZERO! Terrible customer service in their office. As the other review mentions, no one takes charge or responsibility for messing up. They out-right lie to cover their incompetence! We purchased hearing aides through a third party and they refused to give me the product after numerous times of misrepresentation about the process.First they did not collect payment and delayed the order by 3 weeks; then they told my aunt she had to wait before making an appointment until the aides came in; then (once they came in) they said they did not have an audiologist so we needed to wait 5 weeks to get fitted. After all was said and done, 2 months gone and no hearing aides.To top it off, when I wanted to pick up my aunts hearing aides to go somewhere else to get fitted, they refused. They said they had to return them to the manufacturer and could not give them to me. I paid for them!!Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else! Do not use them! Horrible customer service and no accountability for their incompetence ! Their excuses keep changing daily as the process of ordering aides got longer and longer.

The hearing technician is caring and understands what My kids need.

If your doctor needs a test in an absolute silence environment, this us not the place. Staff is great, helpful and knowledgeable, but the test run is too noise. I could hear the mouse click, the respiration and any noise the technician was doing. As well other room conversations.

We had a horrible experience here. Staff has no idea what to do or there is no one who takes charge. Manager never returns phone calls, nor does she ever have a explanation when her staff drops the ball. We had to wait for my daughters hearing aids since February 2018. We are just getting them today (june 2018.) The female Dr Garcia and Dr whitaker were great with my daughter. But the staff and manager are horrible .

Everyone on staff has been great and I highly recommend them for hearing aids if you have insurance.
