Pacific Hearing Services has been very helpful with any concerns and needs that I have had. Staff is friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. They go over and beyond in service. I am very happy to be under their care. 5 Stars!

I came here last August to get a new Phonak hearing aid and a streaming device. This place had to have been one of the worst experiences Ive ever encountered in my long life as a deaf person. It took them 3 months to file and complete a claim against my insurance. Frequent calls would be it will take up to 6 weeks only after that period, they say we forgot to file it. I ended up delaying my move from California to the East because of this mess.Then I was sold the roger select streaming device. They had two models at that time. One with bluetooth and one without. Guess which one I was given. After I left California, I broke it out and there was no bluetooth. I cant even jack it into my phone.Dr. Wise was totally unfamiliar with the technology. I really do not recommend Pacific Hearing Services. They caused me so much stress and always seemed to be brushing by with excuses.

I’ve been coming here for years now and it’s a great little office here in Rancho Cucamonga. Every time I come, the people are professional and knowledgeable about your specific hearing loss and help you fit the right hearing aid for your loss. I love that they have the up and coming hearing aids and I get the latest technology available! Who would have thought you could ever listen to music right through your hearing aid??!! Wow!! We’ve come a long way!! 😊. Now we can keep up with those young ones with their ear buds!! 🤣

Great place! When I started to have work related hearing loss I was sent to Rancho Santa Fe Audiology. I was very disappointed in the treatment I received by that office. They would cancel my appointments the day before, and I would never get supplies like batteries. I decided to give Pacific Hearing Services a try. I am so glad I did! Dr. Wise really cares about his patients. He took the time to explain my hearing aids and how to clean them the right way. He really has compassion and concern for his patients. I highly recommend this office.

Pacific Hearing has been my audiologist of choice for the past four years. The staff are excellent, everyone is friendly, cheerful, understanding, and helpful. At the risk of creating an overload of patients I would say that if you are looking for an audiologist Pacific Hearing is the one to call.

Pacific Hearing Services is the greatest in my book. I have seen both doctors, Dr Wise and Dr Robinson in the last five years. They are both extremely knowledgeable in their profession as Audiologists. They listen to you and are always ready to help you. Wait times are minimal. Their receptionist Carmen is a true professional in her position as well. If you have a hearing problem or suspect you have, do yourself a favor and make an appointment with Pacific Hearing Services. They have two offices - Claremont and Rancho Cucamonga.
