Service desk and parts team are fantastic. I called they were courteous and helpful. I showed up and it was even better. Hat off to Mark Rivas.. Im sure all were nice but thats whom I met with.

They need to be, twice as fast. I drive one, for my company and Im so sick of being cursed, when I can only make this thing, move so fast. Itd be much easier, if it moved, quicker. I cant believe, they even bought these, to do this job. Bugga!Be like Nike, and just do it. Lol 🤣

Purchased club car on March 2. Told it would be available on May 3. Called early May and told cart wouldnt be ready until late July or August. Told them to cancel my order. No confirmation that they cancelled the order. $500 deposit not returned. Disgusting.

Service tech David did a through job getting my dead cart going. He asked all the right questions about the carts history, then with his diagnostic equipment analyzed what needed to be done. Thanks David & Cart Mart, #1with me😎.

After looking at several places and visiting a few I really liked the service Brett at the Rancho mirage cart mart gave me. He was friendly and easy to deal with. They custom ordered the cart I wanted and even gave me a loaner to drive while they were building it and let me keep it for a month longer after I received my new cart bc I was having people over. Really awesome people if ur looking for a cart and want good advice these are ur guys the manager even got involved and did whatever it took to get me what I wanted. They earned my business.

Really impressed by the service of this business when searching a part for a club car in January 2020.The guy in the parts department, Felix, did an expert job of tracking down the part with little information and sourcing it on the spot. Even after their internet went down and he only had the parts manual to work with.This tells me if you buy a cart here you are covered.

If anyone has ever watched “Dirty Rotten Scondrels” the character Rubrick played by Steve Martin, reminds me very much of The personality of Brett, the head sales person at the Rancho Mirage Cart Mart store. He is extremely inept and can’t remember any details. He never was able to write up a proper proposal. Our first cart was unsatisfactory. We were given no options for upgrades. The next year when we found out about various upgrades he once again never got back to us after two visits to the store and 3 phone calls. No detailed invoice ever. I WAS and am very dis satisfied with the Rancho Mirage Cart Mart store and highly recommend going to the la Quinta store and asking for Robb in sales.Mindy Grubbs - Sanders

Hello, I was having problems with my cart charger charging my cart batteries so I had a cart mart mechanic come out and take a look at my problem. The issue was the batteries had been drain below the level the charger would a activate on its own. It took a special charger that the cart mart mechanic had to fix the problem. I was thrilled as I thought I may have a burned out charger or may need a new onboard computer.I highly recommend cart mart...Terry Johnson
