Remanufactured or refurbished carts turned to garbage just after one year. You have to decide to purchase another new cart or spend more money fix it every other month. Bad after sale service ever! ! ! Don’t waste your money at JR .

GREAT SERVICE! We looked at many golf carts and stores online before deciding to buy from JR Thomas. They were not pushy at all, delivered the cart to our house in Palm Desert, and when it had a small issue, picked the cart up, offered a loaner, and returned it fixed! Just moving to the area they let me put a deposit and take the cart home, paying the rest in full when my new bank account would release funds. Very impressed! Thank you very much!

Walked in and was greeted with everything we have is sold. Any other decent place will be the same. There was literally 1 sold sign on the 20 or so carts there. So we went to JWC and dropped a dime on one of the many fine carts they had for sale in their showroom. I dont know what the deal was with this JR place but for whatever reason we didnt feel welcome. Defintiely not recommending to anyone.

JRs new showroom and shop are great! The entire staff is professional, knowledgeable and straightforward. Ive been in the desert for 20 years and would never go anywhere else but JRs for my golf cart needs. Plus his inventory of new carts is awesome.
