Great place, great staff better than main post office.

Very overpriced. I wanted to send a priorty box which costs around $6.50 or so at the post office and they charged me over $10.00 had to pay it because it was on a Sat and the post office was already closed. But I will never go there again.

I was very disappointed for the service I had today. Need more training for an employee.The way of his approach to serve customer is inappropriate.

First, there are two employees at this location as I post this review. Second, I live in another state. The attorney I work for practices here, but has his winter residence near this business, and is down in Rancho Mirage at least six months a year. We have used Mail Box Plus numerous times without a single problem. They have received and printed email attachments and faxes from me for my boss and clients who also have winter homes there, notarized documents, helped with copying and shipping issues, and rendered any number of other types of assistance to us. When my boss is in California, we do our work together via phone, fax, email and FedEx. Its been incredibly helpful for us to have Mail Box Plus so close; we wouldnt go anywhere else for help. Thanks for all your help - we couldnt operate without you!

Nice employees, clean store always, my go to place for Fed-ex, UPS, and faxing. They also rent out mailboxes but Im in an area where my mailbox is safe.

Very helpful. Will find the least expensive way to ship your package and carry shipping supplies.
