Great place to get your Real ID! In and out in less than 15 minutes (having downloaded necessary paperwork on DMV website and having made an appointment. )

Came in to transfer ownership of my vehicle. There was no wait outside and it was pretty empty inside. I am use to being greeted but I am guessing that this isn’t practiced at this location. Was assisted by Andrew who from the beginning was hesitant and standoffish. He briefly looked at my paperwork and said they can’t assist me because I purchased the vehicle from a dealership. He then doubled checked with someone else to confirm. I’ve completed similar transfers at AAA so I asked what changed, he goes over the information about it being a transfer from a dealership and adds “it’s that simple and clear!”It’s alarming that AAA doesn’t train their employees, who are servicing a diverse population, about mindfulness and ethical behavior. I speak and understand English and it was inappropriate and unprofessional for him to belittle me and state how “clear and simple” his information was. This wouldn’t have been his attitude if I was in his race group and it’s discrimination at it’s finest!

My insurance company for 16 years I appreciate that they also have DMV services there so I dont have to go to DMV and then no long stupid line

The people thay helped us out where very kind and were able to help us with insurance and pur renewal very satisfied. However there is one lady who is very rude and loud a** hell. But she does know her stuff I must say.

During this Covid Pandemic, AAA staff were organized and very quick processing my Registration. There were two sets of social distancing tape lines; blue ones for check in and red ones on the opposite side of the door for waiting for your paperwork, tags, etc. It was a little bit quicker and smoother than the old way, sitting in the waiting area.

The Best!!! on TIME and Realiable, give yourself Peace of Mind and go get you a AAA Card ....

Had great experience at RPV Auto Club. Needed passport photos and signature notary. Marissa and Christopher Tenney were both very nice, friendly and efficient. Made my experience very easy! So happy they are in our town of San Pedro.

The driver was excellent he went above and beyond his duties and stood there the whole time with me to make sure and to help me find what the issue was with my vehicle

Arrived at 16:45. Plenty of parking. The staff greeted me with a smile the instant I walked in and helped process me to pay my DMV registration. I didnt have to wait before my name was called by the next staff member. Everyone was helpful and friendly, I walked out of there at 16:55. Great experience, top customer service.

Nice people and very courteous. Unfortunately the services offered are not as clear. Went in for passport renewal and found out that all they could help me with was a passport photo.

The auto club exists to serve its members. That said, Ive been to some auto club offices which did not seem to remember why they exist. This particular location has no such problems; they have been consistently helpful and friendly.I highly recommend this particular auto club location.

Really good experience here. Only came in to pay my car registration but the place was quiet on a weekday afternoon and I was finished within a half an hour. Pleasant service as well. Beats the DMV any day!!

Totally love this place! I bought in just for the towing and then discovered the DMV functions were so much better than the state run offices. One day as I noticed how happy and relaxed everyone was I remembered that AAA USED TO BE A CLUB FOR THE BENEFIT OF ALL DRIVERS! I asked the gals behind the counter if it was a non-profit and sure enough AAA IS STILL A NON-PROFIT CLUB JUST FOR US!! WOW!!

We waited for about half an hour, then I heard them call our name very quietly, then immediately called the next person’s name. I was there with my elderly mother who didn’t get to the counter in time (before the next person was called). I asked, and they said, “we called your name twice, please pay attention next time”. I guess I didn’t hear the first time, but either way, ugh. We then waited another half hour, finally got helped (although there was about another hour of waiting after that since we had to talk to 2 people).

I like to go to this AAA office. They are always friendly, and helpful, they know what they are doing. Youre done with DMV transactions much faster, not like at the DMV office on Gaffey. The longest I ever had to wait was 30 mins.

I went in for a DMV transfer and this ladie Carolina OConnor happens to be the most ignorant person I have ever deal with at AAA, I would advise members to go to the office at Torrance, Huntington Beach or any other location but the one in San Pedro when it comes to DMV even an outside agency, all though front counter personnel are very friendly and helpful it would just be a waist of time to deal with Carolina OConnor.
