One guy working right now, helping a couple. Not his fault, but wish the location had literally anybody else working. Its been 45 minutes of waiting already, and Im not convinced Ill get help within the next hour.
My 80 year old mom lives near this store and she has T-Mobile. She had a hard time with getting her phone to work. She is not comfortable with her English and asked me to speak with the store staff. I am not local so Edgar from the store called my number and helped my mom with getting her phone turned on and working. He was kind, patient and took the time to really help her. I have been a T-Mobile customer for a long time. Helping my mom when I couldn’t be there to do it myself, means a lot to me and I really appreciated it. Thank you!
I needed to download some pictures from my old IPhone to my new Google Pixel 3A. The guy in the store was very helpful and took the time to show me how to do it right then and there. We installed an download App. And set the phones right next to each other and the pictures downloaded from my IPhone to my Google phone. They also sold me a nice protective cover for my new phone. I would highly recommend this T moble.
Great location, way better than the store close by. Seems like they actually care.
No one in this location knows what they are doing. They all need to be retrained. No one of them is competent. And they are ALL very condescending to the customers.

I got 2 new phones and nice 2 cases at this location 2 weeks ago, Issac and Emma were very helpful, professional, fast and courteous . We left very satisfied and happy with our new phones.
David did a fantastic job assisting me with adding a new line and gave me the best deal. He answered all my questions and walked me through the entire transaction/process. Very impressed with the customer service, keep it up!
I have been with T-mobile for as long as I remember having a cell phone. I never had any problems with customer care on phone nor did I have a bad experience at any store Ive ever been to until I went to this one. This place was very disappointing. Especially this sales representative named Issac was very inconsiderate, blunt and not accommodating to me for a reason he thought to be by -the-book and as per store policy. A lady was helping me and he came from outside and took over to help her because she did not know what she had to to to exchange the phone. It is a shame that some people work like machines without having the ability to see the situation as is and not as per books and being blind to whats obvious. I went in there to pick up my phone which had arrived from apple on a warranty exchange. He, (without any consideration) declined to exchange the phone to me. A new phone for me was already sent from T mobile as a replacement for my defective phone. There was no manager at the store to talk to or to address this situation. My phone was not damaged and had a tiny scratch at the bottom of the phone and he declined to take my phone in for an exchange. I spend about $200 per month on bills with T mobile and they treat me like this. I will never go to this place again and I highly discourage people to visit this place as I felt like dont care about their customers and only machines work there, not humans. Very inconsiderate to my situation and very rude to customers. And above all very sarcastic as will. Very disappointing experience.

Great store great customer service especially Wade he’s awesome and so nice and helpful I’m glad I’m a part of T-Mobile and got the chance to work with him he’s the best ! And has never failed to make me happy he always solves my issues or whatever I need in a kind Manner But the last time around the 8th of June I went so couple of weeks ago to trade in my phone there was this guy he’s a new worker he has little earrings on he was so disrespectful, not friendly with the customers and rude he seems like a new worker because i have never seen him there he kept asking me questions that I did not know the answer too and failed to explain to me what he’s trying to say I hate to say that I had a bad experience at the best store in RSM.

I went in to exchange a new phone ( My S8 stopped being able to be charged after just two months of use). T-mobile staff failed to give me a new replacement that day. Three days later, after being promised my phone would be in...it was not.
Their customer service representatives were really dedicated to the satisfaction of customers needs. Best experience ever had in terms of wireless company.
Its nice neighborhood store with some young kids trying to help.
The manager and sales people I have worked with at this store are very HELPFUL in my needs.
