Avoid this location. I have given them so many chances, so the problem must lie in their management and training. As a absolute last resort I went there this morning take a look at my over cooked egg bites. In edible. Also they consistently put the order label low on the cup so that the only thing showing is your name and not The type of beverage ordered. This results in a person having to touch five other cups in order to find your beverage. A waste of $9.40 this morning, again, at this location.

Always friendly. Always nice employees.I do have a question though... WHO makes their hot sandwiches? (ie: Double Smoked Bacon) All the bacon is on top of each other on one side, and the bun has slid half off the other bun. Every time I get one, I have to reconstruct the entire sandwich! Also... PLEASE bring back Sriracha! Why is Starbucks having a hard time getting it? Really? 🤷🏻‍♂️ I dont get it! Please dont tell me its because of the chip shortage! 🤦🏻‍♂️

They forgot to put my drink out for 10 minutes and couldn’t even squeeze out an apology when they found it on the back counter.

Everyone here is fast, friendly and efficient. They always greet me by name each morning and go out of their way to make sure my drinks are perfect. Ive tried other Starbucks in the area but none come close to being as good as this one. Thanks to them I always start my mornings out in a great mood. Thanks for being awesome guys!

The atmosphere is drab, dark and kind of dead. In short this particular Starbucks store has no personality whatsoever, But the beverages are varied and delicious overall, and I suppose thats the main item youre really going for.

I really enjoy getting my drinks here because the staff is always friendly & accommodating. The store itself also feels very cozy & welcoming, even in this time of take-out. I ordered extra whipped cream on my drink & the barrista went above & beyond my expectation. It was perfect! Thanks!

Nice location. Not to slow on service. Just wish they would least to make a good flat white. Bad training. As a former Starbucks partner, I know what they should be like. Please train your partners on the proper why to steam and pour a flat white. Your partners are serving lattes as flat whites.

Friendly staff and consistent coffee drinks. Kinda sad the baristas essentially push a button to draw an espresso shot rather than drawing espresso out like you would expect a barista.

They are usually pretty on top of it with getting drinks out quickly

RIPPED OFF 3 TIMES IN 1 WEEK BY THE MOBILE ORDER APP. CHARGED FOR DRINKS AND PASTRIES V THAT I DID NOT RECEIVE. AFTER BEING REDIRECTED TO CORPORATE, 3 WEEKS HAVE PASSED AND I STILL HAVE NOT BEEN REFUNDED!!tgI gave STARBUCKS FAR TOO MUCH credit. They are incapable of developing & maintaining a functioning app but even worse, they DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AT ALL!!!

Great place stays open till 9pm. I do love Starbucks coffee and a friendly place to hang out, very nice and comfortable furniture.

Upscale spot. You feel comfortable and surrounded by good vibes. Parking in not a problem and you have an easy access from two two large avenues.

Visited today around noon. Cashier was rude and with attitude problem. Moreover, a female barista was monkeying around trying to basket empty milk bottle in trash from afar! She missed, it sprayed floor and wall with remaining milk while other staff looked over in amusement!Very unprofessional and unlike Starbuck’s hard earned, known quality service. Too bad!

Just like what you would expect from a Starbucks, no more, no less. Aside from the crowd of students from the nearby high school after around 2:30 pm, the coffeehouse is a pretty cozy place. There are also about two outside tables so if thats your thing, go for it.

Starbucks, its convenient but not he best coffee around. The employees are always bright and cheery at an ungodly hour, so thats nice.

Very Metro atmosphere large lounging area yet limited access to power outlets in my opinion poor design ...

SB in RSM @ Antonio center. Interesting 1/2 circle parking lot. You can park on the outside circle and be pretty close the too. The Mgr from the RSM Lake store moved here. Place has had a remodel facelift too. One of the few comfy chair SB locations. There are less comfy chairs @ SB (I go to many stores). Better inside store flow pattern, IMHO after remodel. Staff is quite friendly here and mobile orders come out on time. Nice slightly later hours (RSM is an early town) for a visit with a friend and a cup of tea. Some moderate flow of business people and kids in the AM. After 3pm-ish gets a wee bit busy inside with kids coming to study. Nice outside seating. Two unisex bathrooms are stage far left in the dark corner next to the goodies counter when you order. Sante!

This one is really quiet... A lot less people here than the las Flores location, so its usually a better spot to study or work.

The Baristas are friendly and get your order out quickly. I have 2 issues with this and other Starbucks locations I frequent. First: Sadly most locations are not very clean. The Hospitality area is not well kept. In addition to discarded cups, napkins, sugar wrappers, etc. that often litter the serving cart, it is often stained with coffee and other liquids. Most unappealing. Second: Having the Baristas clean the bathrooms, throw out the trash and mop the floors and then watch them go back behind the counter to serve customers in the same uniform is not sanitary. Starbucks certainly has the financial resources to hire people for the sole purpose of keeping the location clean and nothing else. Finally using trash cans to block the entrance to the bathrooms rather than traffic cones is so disgusting.

Since there isnt much around the area, the place is rarely crowded.The internet connection here is pretty slow, though.

They turn the wifi off when they close. Kinda messed up for people that need to use wifi for a Lyft.
