I got some new frames and the screws were tricky so I was unable to install my prescription lenses on my own. Brittney was nice and efficient and got the lenses changed as a courtesy, even though I didnt purchase anything at the store. Would strongly consider purchasing my next frames at this location based on the service.

My sister and I went in to pickup glasses and wound up purchasing another two pairs. The experience was really fun. Our sales rep Keelin was amazing, patient and thoughtful. In all the years we’ve been going to Lens Crafter last night was wonderful.

I came in last minute on Friday evening, just before closing, to select a couple pairs of glasses. I was greeted by Erin, Sales Associate, upon entering the store. Despite arriving very last minute, she helped to assist me and provided a wonderful and easy experience. I didn’t feel rushed at all and she helped me pick out 3 pairs of glasses that I love! 10/10 experience. Really appreciate the help! Can’t wait for my prescription glasses to come in.

If you go to this location, ask for Marilea or Trevor. Marilea is welcoming and friendly, she also has a keen eye for style and what fits your face. Shes that person you want with you when youre trying to decide on a pair of new glasses and can also introduce you to frames that you may not have seen that are perfect for you! She is knowledgeable in the frames and lenses and was very helpful in educating me about the offerings. I am so happy with my lenses, I feel like I have x-ray vision now! Trevor is a seasoned professional also, he knows the products well and is one of the kindest, most courteous people I have had the pleasure to work with when choosing new glasses. He made sure all of my purchases were accurate and just what I wanted. Go in on a Saturday or Sunday to sneak past the crowds! So EASY!!

Everyone was courteous and professional. The optometrist was thorough with the exam and took her time explaining the exam results. Keelin was very helpful and patient while helping me pick out the frames and helped me select the best lense options for my needs.

What a great experience. I scheduled online, through my provider. Within 30 seconds of scheduling, the office called for confirmation. Additionally, the staff and Dr Z were friendly and extremely helpful. The office was very clean and bright.

Great place to get an eye exam! This was my exam and I was a little nervous but Erin and the doctor made it really easy and straight forward. I got the retinal photos which I highly recommend!

I was happy to find a LensCrafters in Rancho Santa Margarita. I was extremely impressed by the professionalism and knowledge of Dr Abdali and the modern technology they have. Trevor was very patient and helpful instructing my wife in how to insert and take out cont lenses (her first time). I don’t usually take time to write reviews but this experience deserved to be acknowledged.

Had keelin and April help us out and they where very professional and helpful! Made me and my family feel like home and treated us with the upmost respect. I will definitely be back! Couldn’t have chosen a better place for their selection of glasses, quality and price.

Went here for my first ever eye exam and it was great! Dr. Talib was so nice and informative about everything. The staff helped me pick out my first pair of glasses and they were all super nice about it. I never felt rushed or unwelcome the entire time I was there (this happened during covid). My glasses got here in a timely manner and they fit perfectly! I encourage everyone to come to this location!

My experience was great and everyone was very helpful making sure i get the right prescription for me. They also were very good at keeping things clean with hand sanitizer at every desk or table. Overall very friendly.

My first experience with needing glasses. The staff was beyond amazing and had great customer service. I was early to my appointment, which was at their opening time. They unlocked the doors early so my son and I didnt have to wait outside in the hot sun.The whole experience was very pleasant. Every employee, including Dr. Connie Tsai, was on point with their customer service. When I came out from my exam, they had several glasses all picked out for me and ready for me to try on. After deciding on the pair I liked, they were ready in two days.Returned today to pick them up. Even though the front employees were different from my first time there, the great customer service was still on point and appears to be consistent.

Do not trust them, I was told my new prescription did not fit in my old frames. So I have to buy new ones along with the higher end lens because of my new prescription. Which come to find out they they gave me the cheap lens and charged me for the expensive one. Bait and switch. The owners / optometrist is only out to over sell you. They are 100% upsell oriented and have no concern for your well being. They just want to make as much off you as they can as they know you will probably never come back. This place should be reported for misleading and harming the community. Taking advantage of peoples health and vision in my case making it worse, should be illegal.

Great vibe in here and its super clean. Weve been to many Lens Crafters over the years, but the one in RSM has the best service and a nice ambience with a view of the outside. Additionally, there is a great selection of frames. The store is spacious inside, and the large window walls allow for natural light to stream in.Ask for Trevor. He is excellent at providing superior quality customer care. We continue to visit this LC location in RSM because Trevor is professional and greets us each time like hes happy to see us back at the store. He is friendly and conversational and we really enjoy our experience because of him.Also, the Dr.s here are absolutely wonderful which is another reason we highly recommend this LC location!!

Not happy with the service I received today. Came in for an eye exam and ended up with possible contact lenses. Paid 99.00 for a contact lens package. After the doctor tried a multi focal lens and it not working I decided it would be best to stay in glasses. I had already paid the 99.00 fee and asked to have a refund. I would of even been happy with a credit towards glasses and the doctor refused. So I walked out paying 99.00 for nothing. I was always recommending them. After today and their lack of good customer service I will never be back or let my family and friends use them. Shame on you Lenscrafters for bad customer service.

I was glad that there was a location near my house...but when I arrived for my appointment (I had no idea that my vision insurance had changed) and the clerk could barely give me the time of day. He just told me I had a discount only without discussing other discounts-AARP, AAA, etc. He acted like he had to be somewhere-even though I had an appt. I will never return to that store!

As soon as I walked in the door Mike took care of everything I needed for insurance, lenses and frame selection. Actually all of the staff there is first class, like you would expect in RSM. They even helped with an extra discount.

Terrible service, I cancelled my eye glass order because they lost lost my frames I picked they paid me back my initial out of pocket money but the still kept the money my insurance paid out to them. So I couldnt get glasses elsewhere. I had to call the VSP to reach out to Lenscrafters to they could refund the insurance company. Total rip off and un-organized office. Its such a pain to pick out frames and how dare they loose them after they were paid for. Never going back there.
