Your produce is the worst, I swear, every time we buy produce from this location it lasts at most 2 days, asparagus gets squishy, Brussels sprouts get black dots, onions and potatoes never keep. Purchased fresh bread for sandwich’s last week, day 3 the bread had green mold dots growing.Your selection sux for canned goods.Who is managing this mess. 3 years now and we keep getting disappointed. I hate paying so much at Pavilions but, at the very least it lasts a week.

Its a smaller sized store so it was quick and easy to navigate.

Loved the Ralphs went in to pick up a couple of things. The stores are always nice and clean and the employees were every courteous.

After waiting in line for 10 minutes to return an unopened bottle of syrup, being told by the cashier were not supposed to do returns, then being referred to Karrie who told us to wait in line again for another 10 minutes with 4 people in line, Trevor came and asked if we needed help. He took us to the front, processed the return, and we were in and out in a jiffy. So incredibly thankful for Trevors can- do attitude and friendliness during this difficult time. Youre awesome Trevor!!

I love Ralphs grocery store. They have a large selection of quality craft beers. Their produce is very fresh always tasty. They are friendly and helpful. There is plenty of good parking. People who work there are wearing masks that helps keep us all safe. This store is always clean and bright. I highly recommend that you stop here and see for yourself how nice this store really is.

UPDATE: 08/26/2021: OC in middle of resurge of Covid-19, Delta variant (which is highly virulent/develops rapidly)..but employees at Ralphs arent required to wear masks even if they are handling/preparing non-packaged foods such as: slicing cold-cuts, mixing salads and pasta dishes, working with baked goods, cakes, pies, breads, puddings, raw meat, chicken, fish, etc...and that means workers are no doubt also talking over (which always transmits at least a little spittle), maybe even coughing over foods a little...(you get the picture Im sure) and whatever else!...And it doesnt matter if these employees are fully vaxxed or not...because a vaxxed person can still carry the virus and infect another person/young one/older person/immune-compromised person, etc....even without the worker being symptomatic. AND people who are fully vaxxed can also develop a full case of Covid too, known as a breakthrough case,...rare, but it happens. Now, you may think Im an anti-vaxxer, Im not, but what Im saying is...being fully vaxxed isnt the end-all solution as Covid continues to change and evolve, mutate and develop new variants...so, food needs to be prevented from becoming a source of infection. Vaccinations are only one step to where we are now and masks certainly help. FURTHER...you NEVER KNOW what conditions someone else may be dealing with: immune suppression, or frail or very young and without a fully developed immune system.***************************************************************************You never know how youll be treated by the people that work there...sometimes theyre friendly...sometimes not so much! Also, not enough organic products here...plenty of commercial highly processed foods though...shame.

Absolutely worst customer service I have ever experienced. The checkers are wonderful, the management absolutely awful-- this has been our home store for months and I will never go back. My husband purchased the wrong item(wrapping paper) and I brought it back within 30 minutes of purchase to exchange and they refused. They cited COVID but this was a non-food/ non-perishable item. There is nowhere in the store that says no exchanges. I totally understand not being able to exchange a food item--but wrapping paper?!!? Bizzarre and unfortunate.

1. Terrible selection of quality foods.2. Fish and Meat counter offering is terrible and staff knows nothing about meat or seafood.3. Self checkout is a joke. Dont waste your time because you will inevitably end up in the normal check out line.4. When you try and explain to a manager any problem whatsoever they just shake their heads but nothing ever improves.5. They dont accept ApplePay6. They charge a fee for getting cash backI would recommend shopping somewhere else if you appreciate good food.

Where has good customer service gone? Every time I come into this store the staff is really unfriendly. I found the items I wanted and put them in my bag and placed it on the conveyer belt. Jason T. my checker took everything out and pushed it to the end of his counter. I paid and he went right in to ringing up the next person. I had to ask him to put it back in the bag and because of covid he didn’t want to touch the bag again! Just wear gloves Jason if your that worried. For god sakes smile once in a while, be friendly and make your customers understand that you care, if you do!

I had two items and I waited in line for ten minutes. It wasn’t even a busy day. There’s absolutely no reason this Ralph’s doesn’t have a self checkout. Jani was my cashier. Avoid this Ralph’s if you need to do some grocery shopping and don’t have an hour to wait.

Pavilions is great! They have a Starbucks inside & amazing collection of fine wine, beer, margaritas and other alcoholic drinks!!5 Stars for perfection!

I am very disappointed in the management here. I just quit today. I would rank this store 0 stars if I would be able too. They dont seem to care about there employers, just like earlier this morning I was asking Janice where something was when I was doing go bags and she said no go find it yourself I cant help you. Like really you have these people as managers? Absolutely rude and disrespectful should not be a manger. And I have been working extremely hard for you guys, I feel like I had to do all of it by myself when I was in there, I had once caught an employee sitting at rite aid not doing anything and had to tell Kathy. I do not understand why you guys hire these people, just horrible management all around. If i was the manager I would immediately fire him. Hes lucky he still has his job. And I have told Christian so many times too allow me to work morning shifts and he said ok cool. BUT HE NEVER LISTENED AND STILL GAVE ME NIGHT SHIFTS. I just got to the point where i just didnt enjoy working here anymore. I have been asking to work morning shifts because Ive been closing to much. Ive just HAD IT. Get new mangers please Marsha thanks. You will be hearing from corporate office.

Decent local grocery store. Probably average prices. Friendly staff. Its always nice and clean. Easy to find things you are looking for. Very convenient for us

Today is my Anniversary, and the florist made a beautiful custom arrangement for me, she was very nice and it was reasonably priced.

Good offers and good quality on beef.Also the Butchers are nice and accommodating.

Just thought I’d share a little insight from Brayden Bigelow who posted a review and share my input since he posted a comment on me and the managers here. Well Brayden first of all, if you expect people to respect your work here, you first need to look at yourself as the employee you were. You stated that you were putting go backs away and asked me if I knew where it was? Well beforehand after a night of putting both go back’s away and hiding them throughout the store and putting them in the wrong places and thinking it was funny was not the right thing to do. You made the night crew work twice as hard and the opening bagger work twice as much redoing what you thought was funny. Not cool! What kind of employee does that? Showing up late or not at all and pretending to do carts so the next person does twice the work again not funny. If you want someone to respect your work you need to respect the place where you work and the people who you work with. Why do we hire people like that as you said I have no idea because Ralphs is a good company and they do hire people and they give people second chances. But I didn’t see any difference in the first time you worked here from the second time you worked here. Maybe you should look at yourself first before you want to write a review on people who you think disrespect you.

RALPHS WONT PULL FAIRLIFE MILK PRODUCTS EVEN AFTER LEARNING ABOUT THE HORRIFIC ANIMAL ABUSE INFLICTED ON THEIR COWS. I was looking for prepared mashed potatoes and had to ask 3 people to find it. The first two sent me to totally wrong departments

What this Ralphs location lacks in self-service checkout kiosks, it certainly makes up for with a comprehensive selection and kind, sniling service people. One of my favorite locations for kate night shopping!

JJ is the man he should be running the store so amazing he so friendly and he has the same attitude that hes had for the 20 years give or take probably give I think he is an amazing person and this ralphs is my home store thanks to all the others as well you guy are very nice

Its a great place to do your shopping. Excellent deals are offered frequently in the meats, dairy and bread departments

This store is always so clean. I like the local butchers who are willing to spend time with me and help me even with my recipes.

Best grocery option in RSM. Awesome analytics tied to rewards number. Regularly receive customized coupons for items that I actually want to buy. Friendly, helpful clerks.

Every time I come in to do my grocery shopping, Laleh is always helpful. She takes the time to help me find the items I need. She is always very friendly. And this is exactly the type of shopping experience I like to have and I always find it this Ralphs location.

It is a Ralphs.. It was clean and not crowded when I went.

Just your typical Supermarket. Liquor is on the far left and produce on the far right. Frozen isle in the middle, Deli in front corner, Butcher in the rear. Yep, that sums it up. Be sure to get the Ralphs rewards card as it makes a big difference on price.
