Really bad customer service. Perhaps they only want to deal with contractors. General public should try another store or brand. First statement to each customer by the terse lady in the sample section was “have you been online yet?” I think everyone in the world these days does and would rather deal online versus in-store even more so if they have to put up with someone like her. There is a reason why people want to perceive colors in a paint store first than on a screen and be assisted by someone who cares if they have questions. There is a reason why non-contractors are coming into your store. Does she want the job of guiding people in a major personal investment? We then noted we wanted to get samples for our hiring a contractor and need guidance on warm grays. She replied “there is nothing warm about grays.” Wow, first off, that is argumentative and also a paint “expert” doesn’t think a gray with red/yellow/brown undertones can be warm? She should work at the DMV. The cashier guy was nicer but aloof as to how to order samples (online of course and not through in-store). Its sad when major brands don’t realize that the public will spend in-store based on service these days. This store could care less about non-contractors.

Very strangely surprised at how great the customer service was and just how quick I was able to get in and out. The very nice young gentleman even carried all my paint out to my car and loaded it for me. Again I say strangely surprised. They were great and very helpful.

Worst customer service ever, Told paint will be ready in 30 minutes waited a whole hour still had a going 3 times ask for my paint and they still didnt have it, if they could have my pain ready Time is money

Visited this store today and quite possibly the rudest Hispanic girl assisted us. I am 72 my husband is 74 went to to obtain a sheen inside color paint chart, guess she didn’t want to move off her chair and it was a huge chore for her to even politely let us finish asking a question. The most disrespectful k rudest middle age women ever encountered. You could provide free paint and we won’t ever return to your store! No customer service and as we left the store she yelled for me to cover my entire nose with my face mask, simply ignorant?

They know paint and are very helpful. The paint they make is the best.

The store itself and its employees were great.However, Im disappointed with the paint (Everest, matte, white). While the finish of the paint is very nice, coverage is not great. I painted light gray to dark gray interior walls. Dark gray walls took 2-4 coats. Light gray walls took 1-2 coats. During the day, the finished product looks great; however at night, interior lighting reveals many minor coverage issues. I know Ill have to apply another coat to 4 walls to resolve all coverage issues. Plus, thats quite a lot of paint, all said and done.

This is a real paint store. Great help and assistance.They have a color designer on premises named Walqui. She is fantastic.

The ONLY place i go for paint now. Theyre ability to color match is superb.

I called in an order for some paint that needed to be mixed. Sales clerk told me it would be ready in 15 minutes. I drove the store and sure enough it was ready. This was a pleasant surprise. My past experience has been that I always have to wait. I had pretty much switched over to another paint company for that very reason. DE has great paint, but I just couldnt deal with the long wait times everytime I needed paint for a job. They must have improved their operating system and I hope it stays this way. At least this store has a good thing going at the moment. Ill be back to check on the consistency.
