Sherwin-Williams paint is one of the best quality paints on the market. This store is the place I buy my paint when I need to paint. I recently painted the entire inside of my house. The people at this store were very helpful and explained exactly what I was going need. I am planing to paint the outside next summer and I will definitely go to this store to get my paint.

I had read a lot of online reviews from interior designers regarding their preference for Sherwin-Williams Tricorn Black paint for interior doors so I went with it. I am VERY pleased! If you need your door painted black, this is the brand and color!

The best paint

We went to Sherman-Williams to consult with Walqui on paint schemes for our house, as per the HOA instructions and parameters. We had some options in mind and Walqui promptly created mock-ups of each. She also added a color scheme that she felt would look really good and I agreed. She made it a point to call (after asking for my availability of course) to discuss the options and invited us to come to the store to pick up chips and samples.After some deliberation, we decided to explore more schemes and she promptly created more mockups for us.In the end, we went with a different color scheme; (lets just say it wasnt my decision, haha!) but I really appreciated her taking the initiative to offer a fresh perspective and broaden our horizons. Walqui was polite and punctual and I enjoyed collaborating with her to choose our colors! Thank you, Walqui~!

Just stopped by right after work to match some paint from Lowes. It was 4:50 pm. Pedro met us at the door with a smile. At no point did he look hurried or inform us We close at 5 pm. Please come back tomorrow. We explained that each of the three gallons of this color we purchased from lowes were not matches. So each time we did a touch up. We would have to repaint the entire room. We came to Sherwin Williams a couple months ago to match a can of paint left behind by the previous owners. Perfect match. Lowes paint staff always seems annoyed or put out when you order paint. Not Pedro! We will never go back to lowes for paint. Pedro made us believers in Sherwin Williams. Maybe a few bucks more, but so worth it in the quality of paint and quality of service!

Horrible customer service at the RSM store. Asked simple questions and got met with short, annoyed, unhelpful responses. Purchased 2 gallons of paint and supplies to paint a bedroom. Will not return due to customer service.
