Its your usual market, decent location, no complaints with costumer service, however no seafood department but does sell shrimp and some types of package fish (only downside)

This store is always fantastic !!! They are always well stocked, the deli always has the freshest assortment of sliced meat and cheeses. Super clean environment. But like many places of business, there are always a few minute employees who have poor customer service skills and little if any manners. A thank you, and hello or goodbye should be part of their vocabulary. But unfortunately it is not. I guess thats the way they were raised. And it shouldnt be the employers job to instruct individuals on basic human courtesies. But alas, thats the world we live in. I LOVE FOOD LION !!!!

Nice the attendant who rang my order was helpful in explaining details of some issues I was confused by. Although somethings are a little pricey, one can get pretty good discounts and deals here. Great overall grocery shopping experience.

Food Lions good as long as you stick to the sales prices but its convenient close to home so I enjoy going there.

Prices at checkout are Always higher than actual sale prices... Even when you use your bonus card, price still doesnt drop on sale items... cashiers are not friendly and managers are very rude, nasty attitude and disrespectful... Watch out for this grocery store... They will rob you every chance they get!!!!!!!

I LOVE this store. All of the cashiers are polite and helpful, especially the girl I believe her name was Angel and also the young lady Jada.

Staff is good but you can tell the difference in the food selection between Liberty Rd. and Finksburg. The stores in black communities deserve the same quality.

This was my first time visiting the store. I had to stop and pick up some groceries for a friend of mine that I was heading to see. it was so nice to be able to get everything I needed on my list. All too often I go to the store and theres one or two things that I have to find somewhere else. This store seems to stock a lot of different brands. And it was clean and the people were nice. I have no trouble going back again.

My family and I recently moved to Randallstown and yesterday was our first experience at Food Loin. All was well until we got in line to check out. It was very busy that day, and it looked like the cashier in Lane #3 was preparing to open. So I walked over to ask her if she was preparing to open and this duck looking heffa was so rude. She cut me off and said shes not open and then she demanded that I GO OVER THERE and walked off. She better be glad that Im in therapy, channeling my PTSD. I wanted to find her supervisor but instead I did something even better...I simply waited for her to open her lane, which she did in less than three minutes and we were her first customers. She couldnt even make eye contact with me. I did not get her name but my receipt states STORE:01412 REGISTER:003 CASHIER:0270 TICKET:0164 8AUG2021 @15:16:39

I found everything I needed, the lines were extremely long at check-out....this must be a very popular Food Lion location.

Love the sale prices. We were there yesterday and the shelves were being restocked. A new sale started today and shelves are mostly restocked. If we had arrived earlier, befire 12, we would probably had a better selection.

Always have what I am looking for. Whether I am doing a large monthly shopping or running in for a quick pick up. The scooters are always charged and ready to go. Love my Food Lion!

Just started going to Food Lion. Mostly an Aldi shopper due to prices. Got tired of long lines and little selection so I went next door to other shopping center. Food Lion was very pleasant. Clean. Well stocked. (Very) prices were more reasonable then i imagined. Staff are so very very helpful. Always attentive. Polite, never makes me feel as if i am bothersome. And before i had my food lion card, would use store card for my discounts and savings. (Giant did not neither did Rite Aid) Never 1 time waited in line with more then 1 person besides myself. Going again Superbowl Morning!

Quality of produce has gone down. I eat alot of bagged lettuce and maybe its me but I notice it goes bad even before the expiration date. Poor quality.

Do to this store being here for 25 years says alot, the staff to me are amazing 👏 as everyone has their days in relation to not wanting any bather from anyone is Expected surly if you have natural feelings however, food lion is clean, food is fresh, and again the staff are wonderful and remember this is just in my opinion others may feel differently but I dont think by to much. So I encourage people to go and get their own experience and base it 🙂 off of your own visit.

The market is okay. It’s always been Clean every time I go. Now I have to say I can’t stand NONE of the women cashiers that work there. They’re nasty/rude/no respect. They TRY to get smart with you for no reason at all. I’ve had two incidents here and told both girls to not talk like that in front of my kids. And they still be trying to talk back!I Never had a problem with ANY of the men cashiers there.The manager needs to look into these incidents because it’s not just me.

Im standing in line now. Only 2 lanes open and the lanes are backed to the frozen food section. Terrible

The store is a main staple in the community for over 20 years. It is in the process of undergoing major renovations. The results thus far are good. There are more variety of products to choose from and the produce and meats are fresher.The deli has been expanded and a hot bar is being set up. More cash registers have been added. A store suggestion is to add some self checkout lanes which should help shoppers with few items get out faster.

We shopped here last week was pleasantly surprised prices were not bad will definitely shop here again.

Liberty Road Food Lion:Was disappointed that the Rotisserie Chickens is being sold in a bag. Trying to carve chicken in a bag ...Also Resers Potatoe, Macaroni salads, and etc. have been replaced with the store brand salads. It would be wonderful if Food Lion brought those items back.While making a purchase of lunch meats, a female employee was disrespectful to a male employee who also worked behind the counter. When he took my order he was very polite and professional. It was amazing that he maintained a positive attitude after be demeaned by her.I and several of my neighbors only go to Food Lion when we need a staple in a hurry. For the most part, it doesnt seem to carry items most people need. I drive miles away to Owings Mills and Eldersburg to shop for groceries although the Food Lion is less than two minutes from my home.

My neighbor store when I need something fast. Has never failed me. Prices are competitive $$

The employees are friendly and the store has potential. However the store is never ever stocked! Doesn’t matter what day or time you come in, the shelves are always bare. The day before thanksgiving and they don’t have any of the essentials smh I’m done with them.

They didnt have any bags! How does a market operate without them? By charging customers for recycle bags. Since the pandemic began they have not had fully stocked shelves. To make matters worse they remodeled the store. Its not different enough to justify the time it took and the added inconvenience. Weis on Lakeside Blvd is always well stocked.

They need to do better with Covid regulations. This store was way to over crowded and people were NOT 6ft apart. No one was enforcing the rules.

Customer friendly service. They work together as a team. Great product line and an even greater savings with MVP card and BOGO promotions. I am still adjusting to the remodeling and the relocation of some items I like to purchase.

Years ago I was disappointed in the quality of the chicken I purchased. Brought it back to the manager in the meat department. Without hesitation, he exchanged it with I fresh pack and was priced higher than the original pack. No complaints!!!

I like the new remodel, shelves are still a little bear. Gatorade and Pure Leaf not stocked. Only a couple of flavors.

Ive been shopping here since the covid situation because Wal-Mart is always crowded. The cashiers here most of the time are so friendly. But, I went there this morning 10/22 and came across these two mean young cashiers girls (cashier 8, 9 I believe). They were openly laughing at me and talking some nonsense on my face because I was a little confused with my WIC card.

Where do I began ? I came to the store to get a few things . I get all the way to the cash register and they say that all the machines are down and it’s cash only . The women Shay who work there told to me to use the ATM because it’s work ! Not only did the ATM not work THOMAS BROWN ( manager ) Didn’t wanna compensate for not only waiting 15 mins for them to fix the solution that never got solved, but to call the AMT tech to help with giving me my money ! Very unprofessional and very rude ! The cashiers are always on their phones ! Just ghetto !!!

My visit was a very pleasant one. Walking in you travel to the right side of the store layout. I enjoy seeing all the fresh fruits and vegetables along with the health drinks. I found what I wanted to buy ( frozen waffles and pancakes) plus several other items as I passed the breakfast meats and coldcuts. Food Lion is my favorite supermarket.🤗
