I have bought a vehicle from this dealership before and the system they used to value our trade favored them in the valuation. They would not budget stating that number reflected the market. Thats fine and dandy, they gotta make money. However, this time around the number from their system favored me and the salesman even admitted that. When it came time to workout a deal the salesman stopped responding to me for 2 hours. Once I asked outright if we could get a deal done he responded saying they would not give me the value their system gave and would not even attempt to work with me on the car I picked. Its funny they only say the market is crazy when it allows them to markup their vehicles, but when it would allow the customer to get more for their trade the market becomes super slow.

Recently bought a used vehicle there, and it was a very smooth and seamless process! I worked with Cole Blenner at the Hyundai/Mazda dealership and he was very easy going and he was responsive to any questions I had before the test drive. There was no pressure, no intimidation and no feeling of being rushed. The listed price of the vehicle was reasonable considering the features and mileage.Liberty Superstores is also a big supporter of the community which was another bonus in my experience. Liberty Superstores has been great, my bank has completely dropped the ball on this entire experience (not sending me the loan agreement in a timely manner, mailing the check next day delivery and it taking three days to get there) but liberty held my vehicle for me and the sales man is even going to bring my jeep to my work so we can sign the paperwork. Excellent experience 😄

It had been quite awhile since we bought a new vehicle (2008) so we visited Liberty Superstore on Omaha to check out a new Jeep Cherokee this month. Needless to say, our experience was way better than any other we have had in the past. Ty Brown was our sales guy and he was so friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. No pressure whatsoever. We dealt with several employees and each was focused on our needs, and answered questions to our satisfaction. We didnt even bother going someplace else to see what they had to offer. We drove away in our new Jeep Cherokee Trail Hawk and its the perfect car for us! I would totally recommend this dealership.

I stopped in to the dealership last Saturday and talked to a dealer named Shannon. There was no pressure from him at all. Great bunch of people to work with. The finance department was great as well. No pressure to upgrade. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for new or used vehicle.

Back to the dealership because we were given the wrong temporary tag . The salesman never returned my call or emails regarding an extra key or the incorrect temporary tag. Before purchasing the vehicle I asked that the button for the electronic window on the driver side be fixed. He told me it was fixed and it still falls out all the time. Another frustration, I paid cash for the vehicle, signed the title so I know the title is there, a week later still waiting for the paperwork so we can register the vehicle. They only have one poor soul processing all of their title work . Will need to leave the state with temporary tags. Wont be back for several months. If you need your paperwork fast be advised!

Took my truck in for a check engine light. The service department had it for 3 days, said they ran the computer over half a dozen times and couldnt find a problem. Took the truck somewhere else and were able to find and fix the problem in about 2 hours.

Brought in my car for an oil change, they fixed my tire (picked up a screw last night), and did a check up. Asked before doing anything extra charge like changing the air filter. Only added about 15 min to my time. Friendly staff, good service.

I recently bought a car from Liberty and I have to say I am blown way by the level of friendliness, professionalism, patience, and transparency I experienced. Tommy helped guide me through the process and not once did I feel pressured or deceived. He did not ever try to get me into any car other than the specific one I was looking at. When I asked if I could have my mechanic take a look before I committed, there was no hesitation.I had never purchased a vehicle from a large dealership and going in, I was very hesitant, knowing the typical car salesman stereotype. That stereotype could not be further from the reality of my experience. I will absolutely recommend Liberty to anyone looking and I will be back in the future (but not too soon because I love my new ride!)

Updated after a few meetings we have been able to work things out and switched out the malfunctioning suburban with a different one! Process was smooth and easy! It even lowered my payment! Thanks for the help and support!I purchased a 2018 suburban in February it has had issues for the last 3 months! Its under warranty and has been in 3 of your service departments and also to rapid Chevy! Each time its fixed or not having issues but I have had to bring it back each time for the same issues!

Service department is very poorly managed. We left a truck for some recall work and asked for diagnostics and an estimate on an electrical issue. They had 3 days to do the work and were to call us with the estimate. They never called. When we tried to call we were routed to voicemail, they didn’t even pick up the phone after 4 on a Thursday. Finally got through on Friday morning and they didn’t know the status, would call back, didn’t call back, we called again and they still didn’t know. We were about an hour away from picking up the vehicle. When we got there they had sent the truck across the street to their other shop saying that that shop was supposed to have called. the truck was still torn apart. So there was a wait to get it put back together and the electrical issue was not addressed. Really, there is not excuse for this lack of communication. We drive 2 dodge trucks and a Chrysler, they are great vehicles, chances are we will need to replace them and get them repaired. I can pretty well guess that we will not use the local dealership.I’m going to amend this review having recently taken the Chrysler in for warranty service. Everything went very well. I mean, honestly, I would wish they would answer the phone rather than have you leave a message, but the experience was good on the Southwest side of the corner location. Still VERY skeptical about taking the trucks to the Northwest side of the corner service department.

Just received my car in FL via a transport and am VERY disappointed. I purchased the car, a 2018 Mazda Miata, sight unseen based on the info provided to me by the sales manager. The car has 1400 miles on it and I was told it was flawless and like new.When the car arrived I noticed the corner of the taillight was missing, about one inch and the gap was obvious. Odd that a car with 1400 miles and LED lights would have had the taillight removed UNLESS it was hit in the rear. Also there appears to be overspray where the car was repainted.Not happy at all as I trusted their opinion. It was very obvious too as I noticed it in the darkHoping this was an honest mistake and they make good. If they do, this review will be update.Update 2/22: I received a response from the dealer last night taking no accountability so far. They said they had it inspected and did not notice any damage. I find this strange as I am not an expert and it was very obvious to my eyes. The overspray of paint it’s very evident and the cracked taillight stands out as there is a gap where water can get in. I sent them some additional info and am giving them time to come up with a solution. I will update my review accordingly.Update 2/23: I am waiting to hear back from the dealership tomorrow but am even more upset now as the paint work was so obvious. The hood and truck were both pained, the edges are rough (not smooth like the factory paint), there is a light orange peel in the paint, and you can see the paint removed from the bolts where the hood and trunk were removed. I am upset as this is SO obvious and either the “inspector” was blind, incompetent, or dishonest. I asked these questions and was told it was “flawless” like it should be with 1400 miles on it. Now I had the car shipped 1800 miles and it is not what was described. Disappointing!!!!Update: A true test of a business is how they react when there is an issue. The dealership did what they could to rectify the situation and I am now satisfied. Changing the rating accordingly.

I had a wonderful time at liberty obtaining my brand new Chrysler 300 and Jose Familia the salesmen is hands down the finest salesmen I ever had. He helped me explore my options and didn’t just put me any ordinary car, he put me in a car I wanted. His patience is far better than most dealerships I’ve been too and I gotta say i’ve been to quite a few. In the middle of January my other half and I began looking for a new car for our family. At the time we lived in Newcastle, WY which is only an hour or so drive away... We worked with William Gibbs and found a car we loved but werent in a position financially to get it quite yet. Fast forward about 5 weeks... We now live in Estes Park, CO which is a 6 ish hour drive. Colorado has an abundance of choices for car dealerships. We were looking around places closer to us once we had our finances situated, we found cars but didnt find any dealers we wanted to work with, or trust our money with. We decided to see if the car we liked here was still available... IT WAS! We got in contact with Willam again and were able to do most of the stuff and get approved over the phone before we made the trip up. The entire Liberty Superstores Mitsubishi team was great, but we were especially pleased with the salesman we had. We appreciated not feeling pressured into buying a car. The experience from beginning to end was superb! Loving our new car so much! If youre looking for a new or used vehicle, these guys are the ones to go through :)

My experience was terrible. First of all the “manager” who did my paperwork with me took advantage of the fact that I hadn’t bought a car before he sold me stupid warranties yet didn’t tell me about GAP insurance he had me signing everywhere and now that my car is totaled I’m the one who’s messed up because he had me sign saying I didn’t want GAP insurance even though he never went over it. NEVER BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE TERRIBLE.

Absolute Worst service department I have been too through a chain dealership. Uses tactics and shady techniques that you would expect from a used car lot or mechanic. My Buying experience was good using the newer location up in Sturgis. however when I started to experience a few minor problems they had me take it into the Dodge dealership in rapid seeing as I had bought a ram. they took care of the bill the first time. NOW here is where there shady service department started to jerk me around. The first time I brought it in it was over the DEF system. I was told that it was due to the cold and that they could retro fit a heated blanket or something in there to help from Levi in the service department. Drive away and thought all was good. Oh yeah they never brought up the heating thing while I was in the Store. Just over the phone. So a day later I start getting an Engine light and my truck is displaying Diesel Pre-heat in process please wait, But the truck is running, so I take the truck in again. Not only did they not look into that issue but they now decide to tell me that my DEF pump needs to be replaced for $1100. So I asked them why it didnt get brought up when I brought it in the first time. They tried to sell me a story that it never through those codes, even though thats the whole reason I brought it in and they told me they cleared out a bunch of codes. Oh and on the heated blanket system, I was told it was an aftermarket item that i could look into on my own, Even though I was told they would install it the first time. Not to mention how rude they got with my wife when she brought up the heating system. Will not be a repeat customer.

If you are looking to get screwed on your trade this is the place to go. Also their sales men are afraid of the rain. We wanted to look at a Jeep that is why we chose to go to Jeep liberty superstore right. Well I have never bought a car in SD but I have never in my life had the finance manager test drive the vehicle to come up with the trade in value. I have always had a certified mechanic put it up on a lift look at it make sure its mechanical sound and then take it for a spin. They fill out a sheet with problems or concerns and that is how an appraisal is done. Not some dude that thinks he knows about cars. Also we had to beg our sales man to go out in a little bit of rain to show us a Jeep! I guess we will take our business elsewhere.

Absolute garbage. Salesman are good, don’t feel pressured at all. Outside of that? Absolutely horrendous. Day of sale, I waited over 2 hours from agreed price to signing because they didn’t have a single finance manager working and had to pull from another dealer. Had to come back 2 more times because they messed up the paperwork, now almost 3 weeks after the sale, I’ve had to come back AGAIN because th paperwork we signed wasn’t done correctly. I was actually going to buy a second vehicle from them (Jeep instead of VW) but I’m going to drive my car from South Dakota to Ohio JUST to not give them my business because of this entire debacle. The worst car deal I’ve ever experienced.

After receiving many recall notices in the mail, I made a appointment to have my truck inspected here. I dropped it off the night before, the appointment time was at 2pm. At 2:40 I get a call it was done! The recalls were for the air bags exploding, and the other was to do with the tie rod ends. I picked it up after business hours, and went home. 6 days later on my way to work, the right front toe rod falls apart, on an icy gravel road, 20 miles from the Wyoming boarder! The icy road was the best part of the whole story, because it allowed the wheel to be facing 45 degrees off of normal, and continue to drive straight! So I get to a phone, call Liberty, explain what happened, what the truck was just in the shop for, and what o should do now. The guy on the phone said they would send a tow truck, at there expense, and get it fixed. Ok cool. The next day, I get a call from them saying the recall was for factory installed tie rods, not aftermarket ones, that the previous owner had installed! Meaning the tow bill is now mine, and probably $1000.00, to upgrade the whole front end to the 2009 setup! At minimum $400.00 to do tie rod ends and an alignment! Oh wait, didnt you just inspect them 6 days ago, and did not mention that they were in bad shape, not covered by the recall, but we can fix since its here? I would have paid the overpriced parts, and labor, just to have it done. But nothing was said to me on the phone, or on the inspection sheet about anything being amiss. Although they did say they checked the engine oil level. Which also is funny, because it was all of 1.5 quarts low, below the checkered safe zone. So they checked it, (mabe) but dont add any, or document it being low?.? And same with the tie rod ends, inspect them, dont replace, or document that the current ones are shot, and not covered in recall. Then try to stick me with the tow bill on top of all of that! Well long story short, I went to the Liberty lot, with a spare key, and a bungy strap, limped it a couple blocks away, with car quest parts in hand,($79.00) paid another shop $95.00, to install, align, and also install a sway bar drop link. (Also, never mentioned by liberty, even though I already had the part sitting on the front seat during the recall visit!) Dont trust them, dont believe them, dont even go in the door!
