I went in to shop for a mattress today & was pleasantly surprised that I had lots of time to shop around & try the mattresses, without any high-pressure sales. Mark was very polite & professional without any high-pressure tactics. I happened to catch it on a good weekend with a sale on as well.A suggestion to folks, when shopping for mattresses take along your own bedsheet to avoid getting the mattresses dirty as a courtesy to others.

The BedMatch system was very impressive. It asks for some information each person that sleeps in the bed: gender, height, what side of the bed you sleep on, your laying position - this technology then assigns a zone that each person is in. Mark found the perfect match for us based on our BedMatch system check. Very knowledgeable and customer focused.

When we walled into the Simply Sleep center by Rushmore Crossing we were greeted by Abby. She didnt ask can I help you she simply said Hello and proceeded with general conversation. I had been to a couple of other stores but today decided to go to Sleep Number on Eglin St.. we were welcomed by Sean and right away felt comfortable with him. After we did the type of bed we needed, I layed on those and found one I liked pretty quickly. There was no pressure to buy, but I did and it was even on sale. Great customer service and Sean is very nice.

I bought a bed from the Mt Rushmore store and was impressed with the customer service until I paid for my bed. The customer service was nonexistent afterward! I tried to get status on my order and left messages and no one returned my calls. I had to go down to the store to get the status because nobody answers the phone. While I was there the first time I remember the salesman didnt answer the phone saying that the flooring store next door would pickup.I know now that is not true. I tried to call them to not deliver a bed frame that I did not need, left two messages to have confirm they recieved my message, no phone call back! Sure enough the frame was on the truck to be delivered. I cannot believe how you can be in business as long as Fishers has and not answer the phone or return phone calls! I LEFT MULTIPLE MESSAGES! I will not do business with them again!

We visited the stores twice before we made a final decision on a new mattress and adjustable base. We wanted to make sure we were getting the mattress that fit us best. Bob was very helpful both times we were in. Telling us about the different models they had and steering us in the direction of what we were looking for. In the end we even got $100 off the price of the base because another store in town had it for a lower price.

Abby sold us a cloud tempurpedic bed. She was a really great gal. Told us we could exchange bed if this one doesnt work for us. After trying bed for the 30 days required to get use to bed, our bodies hurt and continued to worsen. Called Abby and told her the bed wasnt working for us and we need to exchange. She then replied we would have to contact their business management and that we would have to pay a restocking fee of $300 plus a delivery fee of $59 in order to exchange. I then told her she had not told us that at time before purchasing. She then replied that she probably didnt as there is so much to remember. Now we have never bought an expensive bed before and did not do any research on restocking fees as weve never heard of that before. So I called the business as directed and was told it is not their policy to wave the restocking fee/delivery fee even if Abby did not make us aware of their policy. So needless to say we were very upset and was not going to give them another dime. After doing much needed research, I found a solution to our dilemma. I ordered a feather top mattress from Pacific Coast Bedding. So for all of those that didnt know to ask about a restocking fee,and a expensive one at that, get yourself a feather top mattress and youll sleep like a dream. But please first research all the best topper type mattress as there are many to find out about and what will work best for you.

We even told her we were going to shop around and she didnt get upset...we ended coming back because the value for the mattress was really there. Good sales+good quality= a sale! This past Saturday my husband and I visited the store on Mount Rushmore Road in search of a new bed. We intended to spend the day visiting various furniture stores.Our salesperson Brian was very friendly and helpful without being overbearing with a canned sales pitch.We spent a good hour trying different mattress and after finding one in our price range and fit for comfort and being satisfied with the service we received we decided to just purchase our bed here without running around town.
