I was greeted right when I pulled to the service garage door. The service advisor was amazing and he asked a mechanic to discuss a noise upon starting the vehicle. We all reviewed it, but the noise didn’t replicate. The service advisor noted the noise and when my oils change and tire rotation was complete I left extremely happy. About a month ago I came into Haasz of Ravenna looking to get into a another truck. I was quickly greeted by Lloyd. He sat me down asked me what I was looking to do and then took all my info and got to work. He was polite, professional and very helpful. A few hours later I rolled out of the parking lot with a new to me 2018 Ram 1500 Bighorn. And let me tell you my credit is far from perfect. Over all I have to say out of all the dealerships I have ever been to in the past (which were all nightmares to deal with) this place is by far the best. While my initial experience was frustrating (went to look at a truck that they told me they had on the lot and after driving 55min it wasnt there) they were pleasant to deal with. The salesman Bob handled my frustrated attitude with respect and still tried to assist with what I needed. After shopping around I did end up buying from Bob. I had been going back and forth on price with Bob and another dealer that was not nearly as nice to work with. Even when it appeared I was likely not ordering my truck through Haasz Bob was still very respectful and because of that (along with the other dealer not being straightforward with their quote) it became a very easy choice to order through Haasz. I never felt like I was frustrated with the car buying process as I typically do. Bob would have done the work over the phone, but I chose to stop out to place my order as it was a big purchase for me. Him and the sales manager were both easy going and neither seemed anything like a typical car salesman. Bob kept me updated through build and delivery process of my truck. Final purchase/pickup process was very easy. Mary in the finance dept was also very personable and easy going. I would not hesitate to send someone to them to buy a car. Even my wife said it was the most comfortable and easy car buying experience shes ever had. While they asked me to write a review, they did not try to sway me in any way from writing an honest review.

As many may know, buying a car in this market is insane. I recently traded in my used car for a 2021 Dodge Charger. I worked with Robert Baumgartner on my transaction, and he was awesome to work with. Not only did he give me top dollar for my used vehicle, but the price for the charger was not insanely marked up like I saw at other dealerships. The support staff I worked with, Justin Bracken who handled my trade in stuff and Greg Baxter who handled the finance stuff were also excellent. Greg went above and beyond to search all options to get me a payment and terms I was happy with. Cannot recommend the staff enough!

Ripoffs. They almost sold me a Jeep that had a lien on it a few months ago. My boyfriend wanted a truck a Dodge Ram, & decided to go their. After my boyfriend test drove the truck, Mike kept talking the truck features saying it had heated a steering, heated seats, & all these other features. Come to find out after the fact, the seats & steering wheel are not heated & there is no Apple car play as we were told. While we waited their for 5 HOURS, we keep asking to see numbers and the paperwork before signing anything. The salesperson Mike kept ignoring that request, but kept coming over to sign things on a digital screen saying it was for permission fir putting through the trade in, credit checks, etc. Then after hours & him constantly taking off, he asked if we wanted anything added to truck for final prices. We said no, as the truck was going to be one monthly price, versus another lower original price after pulling credit. It was like they were trying to make sure they got there high monthly prices either way, even when we said no to extras. My boyfriend also had a specialized license plate he wanted to keep & told told Mike that when asked. We also told the finance person when we were in the office. Again, they did what they wanted & now a new plain license plate is on us. Mike added on a rollup truck cover after we said no, as well. They pushed the sale, never communicated, & did what they wanted taking advantage of my boyfriend & his first experience buying a truck. We spoke to the manager, and he said would make things right. He would give the difference of the price in a refund for the cover & still give the cover to us. It has been almost a month & we have not seen the cover, nor the check to cover the difference over the term of the lease. We went on Saturday on Saturday September 18th (mine & my childs birthday...spending almost the WHOLE DAY their), and we called the manager that Monday because we were ready to return the truck, if things werent fixed within the 7 days time. The manager took ALL WEEK to respond, taking advantage of the fact that he works & could not get there. When he responded is when he said he would do those things to make it right, & we still havent heard from Him or Anyone! I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUTING FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL. I tried looking myself even for a car & they have told me they dont sell anything even used under $400 a month.

2014 Ram 1500, oil change and tire rotation as well as both exhaust manifolds replaced. The manifold job was not scheduled, however the service and repairs were completed the same day. They communicated well, calling several times throughout the day to update me on the status of the truck. One minor concern, a tire was extremely low when we picked the truck up (22 psi and visibly low) however it was at proper pressure when dropped off. Unsure the cause, as I brought it up to 55 psi and it has held since. I’d say that’s a minor oversight considering the last minute requests to check out the exhaust leak. So far since purchasing the truck last fall they have been a great dealer to work with!

Haasz Automall has a way with customers. We had a big problem after we purchased a used van, and with discussion and persistence, we reach a resolution. Brennan was a wonderful, no pressure salesman who took care of us and kept in contact with us during the entire car buying process. We were concerned that they would not find a solution to our problem, but in the end, they went above and beyond to make things right. We will be purchasing vehicles from Haasz and Brennan in the future due to the way they honored their word. Justin is a fantastic shop manager and was very helpful and super personable. He helped us with a few warranty issues and made sure that we were completely satisfied. Ryan Chong with finance was easy to work with, straightforward, and was flexible with our situation.
