I actually went to the store and they took care of my issue with my phone and showed me how to take care of the problem myself.

He was lazy and did not want to be bothered

Ive tried calling 3 times and when we showed up no one was in the store and they were taking personal phone calls on company phone.

I went into the Ravenna Boost location on 11/29/19. Steve and James were working. They both were extremely helpful. Steve was able to get me 4 new phones and the first month bill for around $225. Before the discounts and savings I was looking at around $1300. So if youre in the market for a new phone please go see them!!! Theyre awesome!!!

I went in to get a new phone because mine was a mess. I was told I added things to my phone that I didnt. He continued going through my phone apps. Making more room . 20 min. Waiting 3 people walked in the worker rolled his eyes and handed me my phone back and said its fixed. Again I was there for a new phone. Then he starts helping the people that just walked in. So I left and went to Walmart and bought a phone and activated it myself.
