A&M was so awesome! We were just traveling through WY and blew a tire on the highway on our horse trailer. We didn’t know what we were gonna do, but he had us back on the road within 45 mins from the start of our issue. He had everything we needed and was very easy-going. Very professional and very reasonably priced. He didn’t even need us to unload the horses somehow. We were so relieved that he’s out here. He made us go from panic to on the road again in no time with no sweat. Thank you SO MUCH!

Mark is fabulous. I would rate him higher than a 5 if I could. We called him @ 5:30 pm & he came right out to the truck plaza we were stranded at. He was so helpful, resourceful and got us back on the road. He gets lots of calls for mobile breakdowns on I-80. Be good to him he’s a super nice guy!

Mark was wonderful. We had called everybody for help. Drove to peerless and was 1 minutes late and they wouldnt even consider staying open to help. Mark worked on our tires for 2 hours and got us back on the road safe and sound. For the job he did the price seemed low and he is worth so much more. I was hauling my 3 large horses from Colorado, when I had a trailer tire blow out on the highway, with no spare to replace it. Mark, saved the day. He had me up and running within 45 minutes of calling him. He was very quick, kind, and easy to talk to. He also gave a very fair price and went out of his way to come help me when he didnt have too. He was technically going the opposite direction, but still helped anyway. Thank you Mark!

Called and left a voicemail, sent a text to their SMS number twice, and never got a call back or any contact whatsoever. I spoke VERY clearly and gave my full phone number twice to ensure they got it. Ended up going to RB Repair down the road because he called me back within an hour and got me in the next morning. Was back on the road within 4 hours of repair start. Maybe they were just busy that day, but still unprofessional not to follow up with a potential customer at all.

They helped me when I blew a turbo hose clamp while traveling through Wyoming. Great person with fair prices.

My truck drive called this company around 6 pm because truck broke down. Was told Yes they could be right out to fix the problem. After several hours of no contact and waiting my drive texted the company and then I called and finally an Hr later (which was 10:22 pm 4 hrs after original call) they called back said they had the part and was on their way. They stopped and did another job first. My Driver posted a review on their page about having to wait so long and when the guy showed up he then was completely rude to my driver, told him he wasnt going to fix the issue (which was an alternator not a hard fix) it could wait til morning and he didn’t have the part.Im sorry but this is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE service. If you dont want poor reviews then show up after the called is placed or when call is placed info the person how long it will be before arrival and if you are going to be late call or text and explain why. Over 4 hours of time wasted waiting on someone when I could have called someone else and gotten the job done and my driver back on the road. THIS IS NOT the way business should be handled.

Mark bailed me out after a rear differential issue on my Jeep stranded a friend and me in the Snowy Range... 1600 miles from home. Mark did the repair, on a Saturday, in less than 5 hours, and salvaged the rest of an 18 day Jeep trip across Wyoming that added another 4,000+ miles before we got home. Havent had a single issue since then, across some incredibly tough trails.I cant thank him enough. Hes worth every last penny.You can be extremely confident in his work.

Honestly one of the worst mechanic shops I have ever been to in my entire life, and I have been in this world for over 40 years. Extremely disappointed, the owner was extremely disrespectful towards me. Wouldn’t answer none of my calls wouldn’t call me back.

Mark is a awesome mechanic. Are car broke down and he was the first to answer us back. He quickly figured out that our timing belt needed to be replaced. We were in desperate need to get it fixed since it’s our only vehicle. Mark was eager to help us. Told us exactly what we needed to get to fix our car and quickly picked up our car and fixed it before our appointments so we could make them. He is very reasonable and an all around good guy that likes to help people and not take advantage of them. We are definitely gonna use his services again and highly recommend him for anyone who has any mechanical issues. Thank you so much Mark for your great service.

We broke down 30 miles out of Rawlings while moving and I had one bar of service so I called tow truck companies and they all gave me an estimate of $500 for a tow, so I decided to call a mobile mechanic. Mark drove 40 miles and fixed my issue. If you are broken down in Wyoming close to Rawlings definitely give Mark a call. We made it to destination. Thank you Mark so much for your help!

Mark literally SAVED THE DAY!!I was driving cross country from NYC to CA, pulling a Uhaul trailer when my alternator went out on the highway in WY. A different mechanic installed a bad alternator and I found myself again on the side of the highway an hour later, this time near Rawlins, WY.I was able to get off the highway and in the morning I was lucky to be told about Mark. He came soon after and replaced the previous mechanics work, with a new alternator.I was very nervous before he arrived, to work with another mechanic but Mark was concerned, helpful, honest, calming, fair with price and enjoyable. I was able to continue to drive to CA, without a single issue.Days later, my car is still running beautifully. I keep thinking of how thankful I am that Mark was there and I couldnt let this go without a raving review. THANK YOU MARK!!!I hope this helps others who may be in a tough position as I was. Mark is super honest. He could have totally sold me on fixing an alternator, but instead worked to fix an issue with my battery connection.I was driving through WY and the battery light kept coming on in my RV. I went to walmart and they replaced the battery. It didnt help. Found mark and he showed me how the connection was corroded, he filed it down and the connections started to work better. Also, he fixed my side view mirror.Very fair on price too.

On New Years Eve we hit an object on I-80 during a snow storm and lost tire pressure. After putting on the spare tire, we realized that driving in the blowing snow and on the icy roads, was too dangerous with the little spare tire. Luckily we found our way to Rawlins WY, checked in to a hotel and started contacting tire repair shops in the area. Only Mark at A & M Mobile Mechanic returned my call. Mark was awesome! On New Years Day, when all the shops were closed, and during blizzard conditions Mark made time during a very busy day, to stop by our hotel and repair my flat tire, and put the repaired tire back on my car. We appreciated Marks excellent communication skills, his reliability and professionalism, and the reasonable price. I highly recommend A & M Mobile Mechanic if you find yourself in need!

Mark was great, was passing through and our lower deflector popped the back two bolts and started dragging, Called Mark and he came out to our hotel on a freezing Saturday morning, was there in under and hour, and had us back on the road in 30mins.

Spent the night in Rawlings Wyoming got ready to leave the next morning and could not get a refrigerator in our RV to stay on. Since we’re going to be on the road for many hours we knew we had to get it fixed. We called A&M mechanic and within 20 minutes Mark showed up. Within another 15 minutes he had our problem fixed a loose wire on our battery. Great guy, great service, would recommend him to anyone

Do not use this guy!! Called him at 4 in the afternoon got there in a timely manner, told driver he had to go get a fitting and at 3 am told the driver he wasnt coming back. You dont just leave people on the side of the road like that and keep them waiting and telling them your coming back and never do.
