This was for a factory service call. Electrolux scheduled the technician to come during an available timeslot on October 14. Got a call from the tech saying she was not going to be in my town ont he 14th and even though she cancelled the appointment Electrolux put it back into her schedule. Told her October 15th would be fine.Came in to the home with an attitude (and a misconception that it was a refrigerator she was fixing). Was told that because my machine was not already pulled out and accessible to her she would not be able to service it because Electrolux doesnt pay her enough to do it. Yes it would have been somewhat difficult to move because I had tile floor put in last year and they didnt go all the way under the dishwasher but how can a REPAIR person repair a machine if they are unable and unwilling to move it??Called Electrolux to complain and to schedule service with ANOTHER company. ANY company. Would avoid this company and their attitude like the plague.
