Horrible place to buy from. They are Over priced bad communication skills. Never delivered what I bought. Then the one they thought they going to bring didn’t work.

I got a washer and a dryer from this store like a year ago and that are working just fine definitely recommend everyone to do business here!!!

My landlord purchased a fridge from them mind you while in the store my landlord told them he needs two refrigerators removed and he paid them to do so he went early in the morning to make the purchase they didnt show up till almost 8pm at night and complained about removing the two fridges plus they made a mess in my kitchen they flooded it and here what really gets me i had water bottles on my counter to put in the fridge once it was up and running this delivery guy and older one took one without even asking mind you i wouldnt have minded if he asked but he took it upon himself to grab it and drink it smh the fridge so far is ok but they plugged it in right away which we all is a no no you have to let it settle its keeping my things cool but not cold will never do business with these people again!!!

A couple weeks ago my fridge stopped working right. I called this company looking to get it repaired. Santos ( one of the owners) sent this technician to my house to check it out. The technician whos name is Joel, checked it out and said he needed a deposit to get the parts to fix it. I gave him a deposit of $100 and he told me to go by the store to get a receipt for it the next morning. I called the owner as Joel told me to do to get the receipt for the deposit and he said he couldnt do that cause that was the technicians own job. Needles to say, the technician started avoiding my calls and never heard from him again. AVOID BEEN SCAMMED BY THIS PEOPLE! I EVEN TOLD THE CROOK TO GIVE ME HALF OF THE MONEY BACK AND THE OTHER HALF HE COULD KEEP FOR CHECKING THE FRIDGE. IF YOU DONT WANT THIS PEOPLE TO RUN AWAY WITH YOUR MONEY, GO GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO SOMEBODY ELSE. THIS JOEL TECHNICIAN IS A CROOK AND SANTOS IS AS MUCH IN FAULT IN THIS FOR SENDING HIM TO MY HOUSE.

This place has wonderful appliances ranging from fridges, stoves, washer and dryers.

Very great place they do a great job on delivery and Warranty the lady is a bit rude but great then the other appliance stores

Made appt with this company this morning. 3 appt times not kept last appt for 6pm even when tech was on the way almost an hour later a no show

It’s almost 7pm and still waiting on them to come by I went to there store as soon as they opened 😡 there phone is disconnected went by there place lights are on no one opened the door, COMMUNICATION!!! Is the key
