Acura of reading service department is horrible! They actually blocked me from writing a review on dealer rater.com and they had my car for a month and it’s been a terrible experience, and my car has a serious safety issue, and I have multiple videos of what’s going on my MDX, and the service department seen videos.

I was looking for an older vehicle 16,17 and wanted a Camry with all of my heart! Then I was referred to Wilfredo Pena over at Piazza Honda Reading. He took weeks to talk me into a Honda, and I finally caved and ended up going in and test drove a 16 Accord. Well I didnt like that one, but my wife know the new car sales manager Rob. She has been buying cars from him for over 20 years! He and Wil talked me into a new car and I was not prepared for that but when Rob made me the deal of a lifetime, I couldnt say no. I left with a brand new Honda Accord EX and I am so satisfied with Honda and especially the Reading location. Their attention to detail is second to none and I will forever drive a Honda! I took my car to this location because I had an awful rattling sound coming from the front of my car. From the first time I called to the end of our transaction, everyone was SO polite, informative, and thorough. I asked if they could also take a look at the window because it was screeching and was under warranty. The customer service reps were very patient and kind. They went above and beyond completely fixing both issues, and I had a nice loaner car for the days they had to keep my car. They were mindful of my work day ending at 4:30 pm and my need to pick up my daughter. The valet had both my loaner and my personal car on, warmed and ready to go at each appropriate time. The service manager walked me through their work and was easy to talk to.I am very comfortable going to this dealership for service on my Acura for all future needs. Great experience with everyone!
Picked up my new RDX at Piazza Acura of Reading yesterday. I love it, and want to thank our salesman, Mark Steltz and manager, Mark Kozak for their assistance in making this happen. This is our 6th lease through them.
We purchased over four Honda’s from this dealership and having problems getting information required to file a gap claim with the insurance they sold us. We have phoned over eight times and left messages for the finance mgr., sales manager and the general manager! No one has returned our calls!
As a customer looking to purchase a 2020-2021 Acura, I was not impressed to say the least. I made multiple attempts to reach out and it took a few days to get a response. Needless to say, I purchased elsewhere.

We worked with Tom Miller for our car. Perhaps the best experience of ours in buying a vehicle. From the start of the process Tom was focused And committed on finding a way to make the deal work without giving us any sense of pressure. He was very receptive to our thought process. The best part of this experience was all the folks at Piazza and particularly Tom stayed on the point and gave us the necessary information without going into extraneous details. The staff that was not directly part of the process was also in tune with our comfort, with one staff member helping us with our car seat.

Had a great experience working with Derek at Piazza. Had a deposit on an agreed price at my local dealer and they called me the night before delivery to say they couldnt honor it. Called Piazza and they gave me a great deal.I literally drove by the local dealer and drove an extra 45 minutes out of my way, as well as paid an extra $10 per month because their service was so much better.

Service Dept. is First Class! I previously purchased my acuras out of state and was looking for a local dealer to service them. Piazza has gone above and beyond each time Ive had a vehicle there. Kat and Steve are wonderful representatives for the dealership and Dennis the service manager is fantastic. Because of Piazzas outstanding service dept we will be purchasing our vehicles there from now on.
This dealership lacks professionalism and both Evan, salesman, and one of the mangers were very disrespectful. In my attempts to negotiate the price against the flaws on the exterior of the vehicle, both Evan and his manager, commented, “You know you don’t have to purchase the vehicle”. Their words were not only disturbing but downright discriminatory. I don’t think this language would be used against someone of a different ethnic group. Additionally, there was a discrepancy in the pricing of the vehicle, as it was advertised at one price and when I arrived at the lot, it was priced higher. The behavior of both Evan and the manager were degrading, disrespectful and unnecessary which I why I chose to take my business elsewhere.
Im currently driving my 6th Acura all of which were purchased or leased and serviced at Piazza. As is usually the case my most recent service experience was a very positive one. Due to the nature of the problem one of the techs took my car home with him to fully understand what was going on. I was provided with a loaner at no cost. The service staff are very friendly and professional and perform their tasks expeditiously to minimize wait time.

Excellent dealer and service department. Ended up here with a flat tire from the PA Turnpike and didnt want to go too far on the spare. Steve and the other staff in the service department were great, they got me in quickly and took care of everything promptly and professionally. I would like to thank Acura of Reading, John Sunday and his crew for the incredible customer service I received on Saturday, June 15, 2019. Despite being extremely busy with other service requests, John and his staff gladly accepted and out of state visitor who was experiencing significant issues with an Acura MDX with only 3 hours left in their workday. They had the vehicle diagnosed, repaired and ready to go within three hours so we could hit the road back home. Additionally, John went out of his way to accommodate me with a loaner vehicle so I could catch the tail end of my sons game 30 minutes away. The service, care and professionalism of John and his staff is one of the best experiences I have ever had with a business. I was so impressed with the experience that I even tried several times to tip John for getting me in and like a true professional he declined taking anything stating that he was simply doing his job. Class act all the way around.
Had excellent response to my unique service issue with my 2018 TLX. Car failed over the weekend July 27.....Service dept responded immediately to my first call and subsequent call s to identify the problem and provide a loaner vehicle for the duration. Service Dept also provided extreme service to retrieve the vehicle as it was inoperable.
I needed tires in a pinch. The parts & service departments were excellent. They gave me an appointment the same day to put new tires on, change oil, & do a quick check of everything. On top of that I received great pricing & friendly customer service. Thanks!
