Great customer service. When ever I have a question, which is often with the new products, they are so helpful. They will even point out the specials going on.

Better hope you dont need a drink or food while waiting 2 hours for someone else to get teeth pulled because God forbid you go across the street while youre waiting. They wont let you leave while waiting and if youre getting something while the person is waiting to go in, theyll skip right over that person just because youre not there. Bunch of bs.

Never have what i need. Have to ask and they actually have to loook in back room and discover that they actually do have items just never put out.

Ive only been to the one on 5th St in reading but have plans to go to the one in Exeter soon. The one of 5th st. Is really small but has a decent selection for its size.

Prices are pretty good for what we went in to purchase.

I am a Barber I walked in for the first time with my Wife we are Hispanic ready to spend about 500 dollars in products they did not deserve it worst customer service ever did not even welcome us did not ask if when need help there were 3 people in the front desk looked like managers they are Racist they looked at my wife with disgust like we don’t belong Very Sad Don’t recommend this place too anyone
