Ive been going to jiffy lube for a little over 2 years now with the work vehicle. Jiffy lube in general is good at what they do and I am happy with the service. This Reading location is the most professional one I have gotten an oil change from. The staff is super friendly and well-educated.

Always have great luck with my cars here at the reading Jiffy Lube… Pat and his crew are great. Never ever had any problems in the six years I’ve been taking our family car is there.

Its the typical jiffy lube. they over sell on maintenance and scare naive customers into allowing more unnecessary services done. dont hate the technicians there, I think they are very personable, knowledgable, and realistic... but the corporate practices are the benchmark of shady service center.

Stopped by this morning at 8:45am and when I pulled up a worker there informed me he was the only one at the shop and that I would need to come back in 30-60 minutes when hopefully there would be someone else there to help. What kind of shop of any kind would allow for only one worker to be at the shop, it would be impossible for this poor guy to perform even the simplest service in a timely manner when alone. Even if there were people calling out sick it is inexcusable to have only one person available.

I have a brand new car and I didn’t have time to go to the dealer for a oil change so stopped by jiffy lube on my way home from work. When I pulled up they were all standing around not doing much of anything but I could smell a strong smell of marijuana. At that point I should have left but I was at 5% oil life and really needed to get it done. Well that was a mistake because when I got home and went to leave the next morning I noticed a good size oil spot in my driveway. I brought my car to the dealer ship and they told me that my oil drain plug was just about ready to fall out.

DO NOT GO HERE! the manager is extremely unprofessional, Every time I go there they charge me a different price when I asked him why he said all the prices going up 😒😒

Terrible place to get an oil change they stripped the nut to my oil can then lied to me saying my can was dripping because they didnt clean properly after the oil change. My brand new driveway is destroyed by oil because of them.

I brought my car for oil change a couple of days ago. I asked them to check my coolant level and fill it up, but they said it was fine. 10 minutes after I picked up the car it started overheating. I checked the coolant level and there was NO coolant in the car. I was lucky I didnt do any damage to the engine. I am not sure what they did but my mechanic suggested they probably drained the collant and didnt put any back in. Never going there again!!!!

I go to this location for my oil changes and they have always treated me very well. Gina is fantastic! She knows the issues I have with my jeep, its an oldie but goodie! She takes of it for me. The team is kind and efficient and the waiting room clean!

I have gone here twice the first time 6 months ago and second time a few days ago. The first time I went my Bluetooth head phones went missing but I didn’t think anything of it and thought I just left them at the gym, but this one was different and I think someone who worked there stole them because when the said the checked my cabin air filter I had my daughters iPod in my glove box and now it’s no where to be found. When I called the manager he said he doesn’t believe anyone would do that but he will check. That was 3 days ago. If they aren’t trying to steal money out of ur pocket the steel your stuff. SHOULD BE CALLED RIPPY LUBE

This is the second time I am having a problem with the work done at Jiffy Lube in Reading MA. I would NEVER recommend anyone bringing their car here for services. The first time a couple years back they put the wrong oil filter on causing the oil to leak. I got under the car and saw easily the oil filter was considerably smaller that the base it screws into.Now most recently I had my daughters Rav4 serviced there, they recommended changing the cabin filter and I stupidly agreed and a few months later the fan stopped blowing. I brought the car to Toyota in Woburn and they pulled out the filter which was jammed in causing the motor not to turn and burning out the motor. It cost me $370 because of the poor workmanship and negligence of this establishment. DO NOT bring your car here, youll never know what other thing they will break. I am only giving it one star cause I cant submit this post without picking at least 1 star. Steve

Had oil change 3 days ago.got front Tire plugged.charged $20 for that service. Now that same tire is flat again.came to jiffy lube and told worker what happened and what i needed done.also said i didnt believe i should be chsrged a 2nd time.I was told they would plug it with the charge and not put the tire on. I said i really needed it complete.he said they dont do that??Was so upset i went to leave and backed into another customers truck.exchanged papers and looked over to see the worker i had just dealt with watching it all and yucking it up with someone else.Knowing i was upset to be denied necessary service....he could at least come over to see if parties involved were ok. He did nothing.I will never come here again.and i have spent great deals of money at this location.no more.no thank you

DO NOT GO HERE! Vinny the manager is extremely unprofessional and I caught him and his head mechanic in a lie. I had work done less than 1 week ago and now the car has issues related to the work that they did. Through my line of questioning, I made him (unknowingly) admit that he was wrong and at fault for the vehicle begin messed up. When I called him out on it, he tried talking his way out of it by changing the subject and move on to a different topic. You could tell he became nervous and angry as there were other customers listening in the lobby. He knew he looked and sounded bad in front of them. Off to the dealership I go...thanks Jiffy Lube!! Hope you rot in hell!!
