Don’t order online and expect the mattress to be what it says. I ordered a compressed and rolled mattress online and went to pick it up. It was no longer rolled or compressed. Basically told it’s too bad that’s how it is they can “try to tape it up but it’s giving them a hard time”. After 30 minutes of my time it’s made into a return since they can’t give me what I ordered and the funds won’t be returned for 2-3 days. I needed this mattress tonight and am extremely disappointed with it’s the customer service I received. If you don’t have something the way it is listed remove it from your website availability.

Big lots on fifth street highway in reading, PA and the one in lebanon county PA are the best . They have the best customer service ever. The rewards program is awesome. I am hooked on big lots. One of my new favorite stores.

I love this store but I don’t feel they are being careful enough during this pandemic. I witnessed one employee completely pull her mask down while talking to both another employee and a customer. The girl at the checkout had her mask hanging down below her nose. I was going to buy something but I walked out. It’s infuriating to me that EMPLOYEES can’t follow important guidelines!

Dingy and layout is sub par. Deals can be good on certain items at certain times. Shelves are barely stocked in some areas. Needs a organizational rehaul.

This is a good store usually but because everyone bought up a lot of stuff they didnt have what I was looking for. Normally do not have a problem. Still is a great store.

Staff was nice, could turn the over loud music down a bit no need to make it seem like a club when people are shopping.

Wasnt pleased with curbside pickup. I called ahead they said they had my order ready, I had to go in the store wait 20 min & my order was still in the back of the store. Nonetheless the staff was nice but just a bit disorganized when it comes to picking up online orders.I probably could have made my purchase in store waited in line & got out in less time than it took to pick up my already purchased item.

The store was very clean considering its just 4 days after Christmas. The staff was very friendly and couldnt be more polite the tried. Will definitely be visiting again in the near future.

Usually love Big Lots, not today. Today felt like a bait and switch. Right inside the front door, two canopies and a pile of several boxes of each. There was a sign $59.99 which would have been a great price for either. Called the manager over to see which canopy it was, turned out that model was sold out. Told us lots of people asked about it. Perhaps you should take the sign down. Not cool.

I just moved here from Texas & went to this Big Lots to purchase a mattress. I walked up to a middle aged man in the furniture Dept. & Before I could say anything he immediately tells me he is busy.. very rudely. So I walk away to look at others mattresss & he just stands there with an ugly look on his face. I guess he was busy not working & busy being ugly so I left. The Texas Big Lots are so much nicer. Im not going here again.

Super clean, neat and friendly staff. Always well stocked and organized. I love the furniture department because they have quality pieces. Its always a pleasure coming to the store to shop.

The staff is very helpful and fun. The store is well stick and organized. Its an older building and could use some updating. If they did a little remodeling, it would look great and i would give a 5 star rating. They have some good deals and the furniture lease program is helpful.

Good Big Lots. Not too busy over the holiday. Well staffed. The store is clean and organized. This Big Lots has furniture too. Overall a economical with good inventory.

Great prices and usually a great range of merchandise. The staff is always friendly and ready to assist in any way that they can help you. My only suggestion is that the staff be more attentive to call other associates up to the front to assist when the lines get long at the registers.

Generally good sales (but know what things cost). There new rewards program (every 3 transactions gets you $5 off of $15 on your next visit). Staff is friendly.

They have some very nice home decor things. Walked around looking at several things around the store. I was interested in a few things but couldnt find prices on them.

Cashier was really nice but customers were ridiculously rude. Interrupting cashier while shes checking other people out, yelling from across the store, just a terrible shopping experience due to many of the customers in the store. Wont shop at this location again.
