Warning to all prospective customers of Weaver Memorials: I had a very unpleasant experience using Weaver memorials to engrave and install a grave marker for my Aunt. The experience included errors in design proof, slow responsiveness and poor follow-up and lack of customer service to install the memorial in coordination with a planned visit to Pennsylvania. I had ordered the memorial in October 2020 and it took 9 months to install it! The company engravers refused to work to have the marker engraved the week prior to my vacation despite giving weeks of notice. The Engraving manager showed an utter lack of caring as I was only available for a one week period in July and live on the West Coast. Poor customer service, lack of communication and follow-up and design errors and delays made for a terrible overall experience. I hope fellow consumers are warned by this and avoid using them. I will never use them again.

Very nice and very thorough gave us the time we needed to look thru their options did not feel rushed even tho we were there close to closing time Tim explained everything throughly we are first timers so we really didnt know what we were doing he helped with every step now to wait for the finished product fingers crossed that I wont have to change my review

Weavers offers a large variety of options and choices in many different price points. I worked with Tim and he certainly helped make the process as simple as possible. He communicated regularly with updates and information via email and phone calls.

Awful, just plain awful! We had to follow up numerous times on the status of our 4 year old sons head stone. They never communicated the status to us, it was always us reaching out to them. First it came in without the engraved picture then it was a shipping delay, who knows what the real problem was. After the first delay, we were told a mid October installation (originally placed order sometime in July). Then after mid October came and went we asked for a status and were told that there were more delays due to shipping and they didnt know when it would be ready. We had to re-approve the proof because of the engraving issue before they would do anything further, what a cluster. Regardless, it took way longer than it should have to get the headstone in place, it wasnt finally installed until April. What a terrible way to treat people during the most difficult time. Thanks for making a difficult time even more unbearable Weavers, youre truly the worst company Ive ever dealt with!
