Love it here. Dominican products that I prefer. Good deals and friendly staff. They have a huge variety of Hispanic products. Always fresh and excellent prices.

All the Spanish and Hispanic foods in mostly one spot. Great place to shop. But I would out for the produce sometimes it goes bad.

They seem to have everything that I always need in their store its kept clean cut stopped however their prices are quite high but if youre in a fix and you need to go to a store thats local this isnt a bad place to go.

Big store great to get a few things. Doesnt have my exotic coffee though.

I love the Spanish products and selections HOWEVER when I want to get deli meat/cheese and their rotisserie chicken I was standing in line and these two ladies didn’t think I or the guy understood Spanish.. so they were telling the guy at the deli “ oh please give me a chicken that’s all I want” meanwhile me and another guy were in line waiting for 5-10 minutes for them to be done. As soon as they were done they went to hand the chickens to the ladies and I yelled at them. I didn’t like that. They need better customer service skills.

Good products. Odd prices, sometimes price can rise up surprisingly high, randomly on small things.

Some of their prices are much higher compared to Giant/Redners/Dollar General especially on brand name foods such as Dole peach cups. But they have excellent prices on housewares!

This place needs to have workers that speak english because that is what I speak I dont speak Spanish, and secondly they should be speaking English anyways because they are here in America. If we would go to the Dominican republic or P. R. We would have to speak Spanish

The store is clean and nicely stocked. The workers are always helpful and friendly.

This super markets employees will follow you around like youre going to steal something. Im speaking seriously. Im not shop there in a long time and I refuse to.

Found exactly what I needed. Had been to 3 giants and 3 redners and no one had unsalted nabisco crackers. Bought 4 boxes.

Its always a bit crowded but the service is good.

Most times I would give this place a 5 star. But today they get a 1. I bought Garlic and jalapenos and a very dangerous cleaner. The cashier who checked me out put everything in o e bag. I looked at her and said can you please put the cleaner in its on bag. She did but when I got home she put the cleaner and garlic in the same bag. She is on stupid cashier tou dont put a cleaner in with food. She should be fired

I moved to Berks County over 9 years ago and have been shopping here since. My favorite place to obtain fresh cut meat,poultry and fish. With having their own butchers in shop makes all the difference. Theyre produce and fruits are ALWAYS fresh. And the best part is the price,hands down the cheapest around!!!!

First time visiting today. Let me first say, this place is freaking awesome, I do not speak spanish so I do have some troubles understand what some of the food is. That is on me. The reason I will be shopping here again is they have so many flavors of Tang, strawberry, passionfruit, and pineapple guava were the three flavors I got today. They have many more flavors. Hey if the astronauts drank this stuff.

Shopping experience today was good until I went to pay. The cashier was coughing so much on her hands and then grabbing my groceries with the same hand as she was scanning them. Im not a germaphobe but thats just disgusting and very unprofessional. If I ever have to go there again I will definitely avoid that cashier lady.

Very bad customer service. Unfortunately, for my experiences, they dont smile at you or speak to you even when youre being kind. No good English. Sadly, I no longer try to speak or smile when I go there, because they dont even acknowledge you and Im big on good customer service. I only go to this store when No other store is available. Also, sadly, seems that they are more friendly towards( sorry to say) Spanish speaking individuals than others. My experiences have even lacked eye contact.

Not a lot of shopping in the Reading metro area. This is one of the bigger grocery stores. Helpful and clean.

Keep an eye out for your bags,I clearly remember picking up all the bags got home missing one so I went the next time to see if it happens again and sure enough I saw that she had one of my bags under the register area when I started looking she passed it before I said anything,got home and was still missing stuff,sneaky #$@

I love it here for all my hispanic food that I need to cook. I only gave it 3 stars because even though the prices on the meats are really good and fairly cheaper then any other place in town, its still so expensive to shop here. I only shop here for my rice, meats and produce to make my spanish food.

Its basically an average grocery store. The prices certainly arent that low and the deals they have arent really that great either. But I wouldnt say that its real expensive either.

Prices outrageous. Steaks are wrong cut for what is on package. Not customer friendly at all. Deli food very fresh and tasty.

Dnt buy 2 1/2 dozen of eggs and meats on special 👉 less the eggs are $0.99 meats check the dates for example the Italian sausages in the big packs and small when sell date is expired they cover up the date and try to sell it cheaper to you and put special on the package 🤤😩😱 milk is cheap 👍👊👍buy other wise the groceries here or very expensive for someone on a budget

Prices are too expensive when compared to stores like Walmart or redners but the variety of different brands here are a very big appeal to me especially when it comes to drinks so.

For I go there if I have to I hate going there you cannot take your Shopping cards to the car so is double the work you have to do specially when you do big groceries I go there if I have too

Sometimes the cashier looks sad, other days they dont care about customers. It doesnt mean we going to stop buying there but they need to make sure ther give us a better customer service.
