There is nothing worse than knowing your hearing is getting bad and hearing aids are next. Best thing to do is get tested. Its free. No hard sell. Went to the office in Birdsboro. The testing was simple for me but very complex. Amazed at what I learned. I got hearing aids that fit in my ear and loved them. Modern technology brought me back to Jonathan who retested me and I settled on over the ear recharchables that are awesome. I hear things now that I havent heard in years. Im so glad I did this. The staff is amazing and the service is wonderful.

My husband and I have been clients of Miracle Ear for 7+ years. We have always had excellent care. The staff is professional, courteous and warm. They listen to our problems and work diligently to correct them. The audiologist takes time to explain my husbands hearing issues in terms we can understand. The staff really cares that their clients enjoy their best level of hearing. Also, any time we have question or need to see them, they get us in quickly. Highly recommended!!

I recently took my mother to have her hearing aid repaired at the Reading office. Sandy is the the receptionist. I have dealt with her before. She is wonderful...so friendly and helpful. The Consultantwas running late that morning and we had the first appointment. She was a delight to talk to and suggested we get coffee and then come back but to leave the hearing aid and when John got in he could start on it. That is what we did and it worked out perfectly.

Ive been using ME for many years. The people at the Reading facility are THE BEST. I have extremely poor hearing and the technology ME offers has made it possible for me to hear under most circumstances.

This office has always treated my wife and I with respect and courtesy. My exams and follow-ups are always top-notch. The office employees are always welcoming. The technologists know their stuff. The only thing upsetting is the price of the hearing aids which I know is not the technologists fault. I would recommend this office to others.Leroy Seeds, Jr.

This place used to be great, but new staff isnt as likeable or good.

These people treated me very poorly when, due to having a very bad case of bronchitis, I was forced to postpone an appointment. Told me I need to reschedule immediately, even though I told them I was so ill that I could hardly comprehend what they were saying and when I asked for a text message of the new appointment time, I was told that was not allowed

My ENT surgeons audiologist wasnt so good. Surgery was great but Miracle Ear does a $100 to $200 evaluation for free. A board certified audiologist cannot sell you hearing aids unless you really need them, and I dont. How do I know that, Chris Brown from Miracle Ear told me on my first visit. Just like your eyes, it is important to have your ears checked on a regular basis. We ate at two restaurants in the past six months where the noise was excessive; it was hard to hear a conversation between two people at our table. I asked my wife what she thought; she told me the same man owned both businesses. It seems likely that he cant hear high pitched noises, a common problem in millennials. Chris Brown (I always ask for him before scheduling an appointment) helped me determine the frequency of my tinnitus and the level. 48 dB doesnt sound like much, but having constant rainfall in your ear requires some time to become acclimated. The frequency of 4,000 Hz makes it particular disturbing. Chris suffers from tinnitus himself, so he was especially helpful. Chris uses masking to go to sleep; Ive had it since 1981 so Ive had some time to become acclimated. The most impressive results from my first visit four years ago was that Chris determined that I was hearing 4,000 Hz test tones played in my left ear, with my right ear. Try to figure that out without extensive training and experience. The thing is, your ears arent just on the sides of your head but deep inside; it isnt far from the cochlea of one ear to the other... about an inch. Youd never know it by studying an anatomy text; they always show one ear and a void in the center of the head. It isnt far from the left mastoid bone to the cochlea of the right ear. Get your ears tested by a competent experienced professional... like Chris Brown.
