My wife has had hearing problems for many years. She had name brand hearing aides and was very dissatisfied. She finally went to Precision Hearing Aid Center and discussed her hearing problem. She spoke with Adam. He did a very through examination and took time to discuss his findings. He then explained in detail what he had found and what he was going to do to make her hearing much better. She is very satisfied with her new hearing aides. She wants to highly recommend his services. Being her husband, I want to thank Adam. This was the best gift I could have gotten.

On Christmas Eve, Im calling around to see if there is any place that can fix one of my mothers hearing aids. Adam offered to make a special trip to the office to see if he could help. In a matter of minutes he had checked and cleaned them both. He definitely has a new client.

Adam from Precision Hearing comes into the Senior Living Community I work at to provide hearing aid services to the residents. He provides checks, cleanings, battery replacements and more. His service is first-rate. He has a great rapport with the residents. I cant tell you how often they ask me, When is Adam coming?

I had very bad experiences with 2 other hearing aid centers, but with Precision, I found the place I will always go for my future hearing problems. I thought Id need new aids, costing around $2,000, but the rep. told me that my old aids were still fine, they were just set incorrectly. He reset them, & I couldnt believe how well I could hear. To forgo profit to help me is the height of honesty & good service. I highly recommend them to others.

Highly recommend! Adam is second to none!On Christmas Eve, my grandmother (94) went to put her hearing aid in and the tube snapped. I tried everything. There was nothing I could do. Without her hearing aid (she affectionately calls it her ear) she can hear nothing, nothing at all. You can imagine her disappointment realizing she won’t be able to hear the Christmas hymns at church on Christmas Eve or even be able to have a conversation on Christmas Day with family or hear her great grandkids laughter and joy throughout the day. My heart broke knowing that the chances of finding anyone open, with the part, willing to fix it were slim to none; and likely closer to none. My first call was to the dr’s office where we bought the hearing aid - naturally they were closed, I googled and called at least 10-12 places without any luck. I found precision hearing aid center through a google search and called; to my surprise Adam answered. He was at home with his family. He had his business phone forwarded to his mobile phone in the event of any urgent needs. He had never met us. My Nan was not a patient of his. He immediately and without hesitation told us to meet him at his office in 20 minutes. He fixed Nan’s hearing aid that day (without even having the correct part he still managed to make a temporary fix and ordered the part), but moreover he gave her nothing short of a Christmas miracle. Then as if that wasn’t enough he refused to even charge us anything at all and was happy he was able to help her out at Christmas. The very best Christmas present our family got! Needless to say Nan is now a patient of Adams at Precision and we could not imagine ever going anywhere else.
