This place was amazing! I was concerned about a sound my brakes were making, and I took it in before a long trip. They were so kind! They checked it thoroughly before letting me know there was no problem, and when I apologized for wasting their time they told me that making me feel safe was not a waste of their time! Normally mechanics make me feel stupid, but they were so kind and helpful. I will definitely be coming to them with all future needs!

Vehicle failed emissions test at test site. Dropped the vehicle off at K&M same day. They replaced oxygen sensor and they ran it through test site the next day. Very pleased with the work and the price.

Mike and Kim is awesome! Mike is honest and does great work at a fair price. Not all places deserve 5 stars on Google Review, but this place does. We have had our oil and brakes done here and Mike is no pressure and provide estimates up front. He was not even put off that I did not want to go with Bosch rotors and brought in my own. I trust K&M will not take me to the cleaners for auto service.

Ive been here a couple times and have always had great service. They are suprisingly quick, fair priced, and always do a great job. To top it off the people that work there are really friendly.

I brought my car here earlier this week thinking one thing was wrong (due to the error code it was showing with the check engine light), turned out it was something else. They figured out the issue very quickly, and had it resolved within a few hours and fixed it with a much less expensive repair than what the original repair I had thought I’d need was. They could’ve easily been dishonest and done the other repair and made more money, but instead they were honest and fixed what needed repair, despite it being a much cheaper fix. They also replaced my front breaks for a very fair price which I had been puttting off because other places had quoted me outrageous prices. I really appreciated their fantastic customer service, quick work, and courteous, honest employees. I will definitely bring my vehicle here for all repairs in the future.

Greatest bunch you ever want to meet! We had an emergency repair just before my daughters wedding. There were able to do a 3 hour repair in 30 minutes. Very nice. Felt sorry for them for having to deal with a hysterical mother-of-the-bride. Highly reccomend!!!

I am from out of town and they were recommended. My alternator went out. I was stuck! They fixed it quickly, and honestly, and got me on my way. They could of charged me more since I was stranded, but they didn’t. Two of the most honest and genuine people in the business. Other shops should try to be more like them. Thank you guys!

Friendly, honest, and great prices. Had a minor issue and was told we can do it but it will cost a bit of money. Advised me to go to Autozone and he told me what to do and something that would have probably cost me 75$ only cost me less than 10$ with his instruction. These guys rock. No matter what your problem is automobile wise, take it to these guys. They are the best. Also had another issue and they fixed an electrical issue in like 3 hours with SIX people ahead of me. Best automobile repair shop. highly recommended.

My truck broke down in the middle of Dayton Blvd. right around rush-hour. They helped get me out of a dangerous situation by pushing me into their parking lot . Mike and his son diagnosed my problem very quickly. Within a couple of minutes Kim had a part ordered and I was fixed the next day. I will definitely be going back to see them . Great people !!!

Me & my boyfriend were on vacation and our car started overheating in Chattanooga. We called K&M to see if they would take us in and they said they were pretty busy that day but would make an exception for us since we were from Ohio. One of the hoses to our radiator snapped off and no one had the hose that we needed or would take days to get it. K&M rigged something up for us and we made it to Gatlinburg to continue our vacation! Kim and Mike were super caring and really nice people. Would definitely recommend this business to anyone in the area or even vacationers cuz you never know what will happen!

Best service Ive had in a long time. Heater control valve broke, was overheating. They had the part there and put on in 20 minutes, very reasonable rates. Id recommend them to anyone and will definitely use them for all repairs in the future.

Wow, where do I start? I was referred to them by someone at Autozone. My boyfriend needed some work done on his car; other places were so expensive. We gave them a try and not only did they do a good job on his vehicle but they were professional, courteous and really down to earth. The price was also amazing compared to competitors. I asked on a whim 20 minutes before closing if they could take a look at my break light and headlight and not only did he take a look at it, he installed them in less than 5 minutes.
