Ive been in the car buying and selling world for over 20 years. Frank and Mark from Auto Exotica set the bar for what the purchase process should be. Easy to access, unrivaled customer service, expeditious processing and most of all doing right by the customer. I have never encountered a more transparent buying process, I live on the opposite side of the country and buying a car over 3000 miles away was easier then any experience Ive had locally. I had a wonderful experience purchasing my genesis from auto exotica. I had bill as my salesman and johnny as my mechanic, both of whom were very helpful throughout the whole process. This dealership was also very transparent and let me know of a part that my car needed replaced. They took care of the replacement and did the job well, car runs great! Other dealerships may not have been as willing to go the extra mile that auto exotica did. Very good at communicating and making sure customers are taken care of.

We must have definitely got them on a bad day. We came in to look at the 2 Bentley Flying Spurs they had in their showroom, the car my wife has been dreaming of for years now. The salesman could not have been less interested if he tried. He did eventually answer some questions, most of which he did not know the answer too and had to call someone. No attempt to take our details or follow up. It could not have been more different to our experience at the Mercedes dealer when we looked and drove their S Class. You cant even put this down to a sales rookie Pretty Woman mistake, we turned up in my Vanquish! A purchase of this magnitude needs to be an experience from the moment you walk through the door and should be the beginning of a long term relationship. Auto Exotica looks to have some interesting cars in stock, just dont go in when the TV is on and the sales team would prefer to be watching that than selling a car.

Wanted to get an all wheel drive vehicle found one on CARFAX.I dont have a lot to spend.When I got there I guess I mustve caught them by surprise the car looked like it hadnt been touched in weeks tires were low battery was dead although the salesman told me they would put a new battery but the tires were bald I asked him via email if he would bring the price down because I would have to purchase new tires I dont think Ive ever bought a car were the first thing I needed to do was buy new tires his replies were short basically letting me know that the price is what it is and when I checked their website I also found that they charge $389 document fees ridiculous.I guess maybe if I was there to buy one of his exotic cars he would take more into consideration. so if you go down there looking for a crossfire check the tires theyre bald.low and buyers beware

I financed a 2017 Volkswagen Passat with this dealership it was fantastic the process was easy and fast, Alex was great and awesome to do business with. A little over a year later (I bought the car 01/21/19) the car still runs great no problems. Love that they put their customers first and offer them great deals at their dealership and great buying experience. I definitely recommend them to all my friends and family and will be buying another vehicle from them in the future

My experience with Auto Exotica has been nothing more than Exceptional! I was helping my daughter find a new/used car this summer. Our 1st stop was Auto Exotica - we met Mark, who was very welcoming and helpful. We test drove a car and looked at others. We said we may be back but wanted to see what else was out there....so we then marched up Rt 36 to all the other dealers and found our way right back to Auto Exotica - where we bought my daughters car. Not only did they have the right car but they were also the best to deal with! Fast forward a couple of months later, she has some issues with her brakes and back tire. We took the car over to Red Bank where Lou met us and said he would take a look. The service team worked on the car right away and replaced the pads and fixed the back tire without question! Wonderful car buying experience from start to finish! Initially spoke with Matt G. on the phone about the SUV. I had a lot of questions and he was happy to address all of them. Matt was going to be out of the offices the day we needed to pick up the SUV, so he said Brent would be helping me. He assured me that Brent would take good care of me, and he did. Brent stayed in contact with us during our train trip up to N.J., and was waiting at the station to pick us up when we arrived. When we got to the dealership, everyone there was very nice. Brent got all of our paper work done very quickly, and got us on our way. The SUV had only one key, Brent recommended I wait a week or two before trying to buy a second key, because he said keys do tend to turn up. Stopped by on Saturday 2/16/19 to look at a truck I found on Autotrader. I first checked on the truck, then was approached by Brandon of Auto Exotica. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. This place is amazing!! I was looking for a cheap used car for three days until I came here. Walked in and was instantly greeted like a was family, I meet with Brandon and told him my situation and Instantly he and the staff were doing everything they could to find the right car for me and the price. Luckily as I got there so did a 2009 bmw barley used and it fit my price range of the vehicle and how much I wanted to pay each month. I would recommend this place a thousand times over to anybody that asks me. Will be going here for a long time.

The dealers are liars. Typical used car salesman. They wont call you, so you have to chase them down to get your title/registration. Do yourself a solid and buy a car somewhere else. Literally anywhere would be better.When I made the mistake of purchasing my first car from them, they messed up my registration and put it under the wrong name. I couldnt get plates because of that. After a long ordeal and stressful discussions having to prove to them it was their fault, they agreed to correct their mistake and issue me a new temporary plate while I waited to receive my corrected registration and license plates.After nearly 3 weeks, I call them back inquiring about my registration and plates. They clearly had forgotten, and lie and tell me they will be in the day my second temp plates expire. Then, a day before my temp plates were done, they called me and said they cant get it and tell me to go to the dmv and do it myself. I asked what they had been doing for the past month and they said they called today to get it expedited when they noticed it sitting around. Clearly no one had bothered to work on this until the last possible minute.Zero customer service. Slimy, lying, awful people. Dont ever buy a car from here unless you want to be without plate 2+ months later, with an inspection sticker that expired long before you bought the car. They dont care about anything once you pay them and walk out the door. Not even something you pay a fee for when you buy the car to begin with! I dont know how they sleep at night.

Yesterday, I bought a 2013 Fiat Abarth from Auto Exotica. I dont normally write reviews, but I had a very positive buying experience. If you like exotic and high end cars, you would be hard pressed to find a nicer dealership with a better selection. The indoor showroom is pretty incredible! I think even Jay Leno would be impressed. Even a formula 1 car hanging on the wall! Its an extremely clean showroom and outside lot, and all of the cars look great. The owner was very personable and shared with me his experience with the Fiat Abarth, of which he owns one. The sales guys, Joe and Frank, were very helpful in making the whole process easy and comfortable. The finance manager, Matt, was able to get me a low interest rate on financing, and spent extra time trying to get me the best rate possible. I didnt feel pressured to buy, and it was a relaxed atmosphere. They have a wide selection of impressive vehicles, and the employees I interacted with seemed honest and straight forward, which was very much appreciated. I would recommend them.

I do not review businesses all together to much, it takes an incredible experience for me to write a review. I want to stress that I was never asked to write this review by anyone at Auto Exotica and this is one of 5 reviews I have taken the time to write.First, I called in and spoke to my sales rep Michael. Knowing what type of car I wanted in advance I specifically asked him about the car they had for sale. My first impression of Michael was that he was not the typical car salesmen that will tell you anything and play with numbers to get you in the door. He was intelligent, knowledgeable, and treated me from the beginning as if he truly respected my business and was not pushy at all. He asked me when it was convenient for me to come in and see the car so I we booked a time and I went in to their beautiful showroom.The car I was looking for happen to be showcased in their showroom, and it was not an easy task to just get it out of the showroom with other cars they were showing. Without hesitation they made it happen. When I walked into the showroom, I was greeted by employees in a very professional manner. My experience at other car dealers new and used is that a pack of hungry wolves will surround you. Quite the opposite at Auto Exotica. I was greeted not just by Michael but by the sales manager the finance manager, and Frank the owner.Every employee that I spoke to seemed generally happy to be working there. They all had great things to say about Frank and his approach to business and only bringing in best in class cars. Not one but three employees told me how anal he is about his cars being clean, and that if there is a speck of dust on them it is not good enough for him.I was offered a test drive of the vehicle by myself and told to come back when I was done. After driving the car and loving it I walked back in the showroom expecting the worst. Generally in my experience this is one car dealers increase their fees with hidden dealership fees, or tell you the advertised price is really just a down payment and there are additional costs associated with buying the car. NONE of that happened. In fact, they reduced the price of the vehicle for me and offered me a very equitable trade-in price on my car. I had shopped out both my trade-in and this vehicle for a while, so I was educated on fair pricing for both.After coming to a deal, I put a refundable security deposit down and told them I wanted to shop up out financing on my own. Again, this is generally a time where a car dealer will increase the price of the vehicle because they are not writing the financing. Again they did not change the price. In fairness to them, their financing rates were good. I ended up just writing a check for the transaction and did not opt for financing. When I met with Matthew, their finance manager he explained to me what a bumper-to-bumper warranty on a used car would get me. He did not try to sell the warranty, only explain to me what the benefits were. At no time did I feel like a warranty was being pushed down my throat. I opted to shop out the warranty on my own and give it a little more thought.When the transaction was done, Michael my sales rep was busy with a customer so Frank took his time and walked me through the vehicle because he owns the same model. I felt that their staff was generally very happy for me on my new purchase. Usually its the exact opposite, and it shows when someone is just happy they made a sale. Here I felt like they were happy not because of the sale, but because they EARNED a new long-term customer. Also, Frank and Michael both said the two most important words in the English language Thank You, and meant it. They have a complete Customer First approach and which I truly appreciate as I handle my business affairs the same way.I cannot say enough good things about the experience I had at Auto Exotica. Great guys...did everything to get me into a car I wanted

The buying process was quick and easy, however, after the purchasing. I found some damages to the vehicle which I had to pay out of pocket to correct. The drivers door lock actuator at $373.81, and the rear passages door window tints was starched up on one side and the other side had a whole in the tint (these things were not mentioned at the time of purchase, and the windows were down after the cleaning of the car for purchase). I was told that I was being financed by a particular bank, which wasnt true. It also seems that the vehicle has had some body repairs done, which wasnt mentioned. I was also charged for a warranty, which isnt worth the paper its printed on. Buyer Beware!!!

Would never recommend this place. Put an online app in on a vehicle never heard anything from them but got a hard inquiry on my credit that I DIDNT approve them to do! Extremely upset when I called to check bases a lady told me she would give app to general manager never heard anything back and the car ends up sold after having put my app in 2 weeks prior! Very poor business that made them miss out on a cash sale!
