This place is garbage I was trying to add two lines on my account. The owner from redbank keyport and keansburg. Metropcs is very rude if he doesnt want my money I will buy the phone else where and send everyone that needs a new phone to a new phone company

The customer service at this particular store is amazing! I got to say that I was so impressed with my experience, that I brought my mother into the store for the same experience! Also the gentleman advised me about adding my mother to my plan to decrease the cost of our two phones combined...Ive never seen customer service that actually helps you save money before!! These guys are the best!! High marks all around!Included in my review I have posted a white icon picture you can use in your own phone provided you use a launcher that lets you customize icon pictures... (its pure white so you might have a hard time seeing it)

I came in early today and I needed a new phone. The phone I had screen was shattered and battery was shot. The girl Dez who helped me hooked me up with a new phone and case for a great price. She was professional and extremely nice. Hands down best customer service I had in a long time. Thank you!!

This place is just amazing!!!! I love the employees at this location!!! So helpful, know exactly every features of each phone. They actually tell you what promotions are going on and not only that but they also give free cases and headsets when you purchase a phone. We went shopping for a friend of mine and he got a brand new telephone. Their customer service was very professional they were friendly and the price was economical and affordable for my friend. I noticed there was a huge selection of phones and tablets to choose from and my friend had no problems selecting his from the lot. It was noticeable from traffic however it was kind of disguised it was hard to tell whether or not it was the phone store or not.

I purchased a phone and case and switched my number from my old carrier to them. I cant stress enough how polite, helpful and accommodating this store and the people were! I just went back today to ask if they could transfer my pictures from my old phone to the new, set up automatic payments and to remove a news feed I had accidentally got on my phone. Once again their service astounded me! I absolutely love this place!

My friends told me how good this metro was. Well let me tell you, I do not regret coming to place. I will drive all the way from toms river just for the service and the honesty. I was very satisfy with the service here. Thanks Al and Dez!!

Dont go to any other store other than Red Bank store, Bridge Avenue. Others may charge more hidden fees. Great free deals and keep your phone number. T Mobile the best coverage. Enjoy!

I switched to MetroPCS in December last year. I went in and was immediately taken care of with a young lady.She was extremely helpful and friendly.I got a great deal and a nice phone When I tell people what I pay for unlimited service they cant believe it.I have gone in a few times with a slight problem with my phone and a gentleman has assisted me immediatly and corrected the problem.I high recommend MetroPCS and particularly this store.

This particular location has the absolute best customer service associates over any other Metro location Ive been to. I believe the one gentlemans name is Sam; He is extremely nice, very helpful, can answer any question you have & he always offers me something for free, &/ or gives me a discounted deal on whatever Im buying. Everytime Ive come in & bought different cases for my phone, hes given me a deal on them & one time he threw in free headphones, another time I went in he gave me a discount on cases & gave me a one for free. I will never go to any other Metro location but this one for anything!! Not only because of the great service from the associates but its also very clean, organized & I live maybe 3 or 4 miles away so its very convenient.√✓•°*EDIT €D!+* °•\🛅 The nice helpful man that can answer any questions you have, is extremely good as his job & is very friendlys name is NOT SAM. his name is AL !!!!!! I Purchased an I-phone 6 from this Metro PCS Store in Red Bank NJ that was sold to me as a REFURBISHED phone which implies that the phone is in optimal operating condition; battery and all.I have given ample time to the retailer to provide this service for me. However, the phones battery last for 4 hours; and we all know that is not enough battery time and thus the phone has a faulty battery.This phone is a wedding gift to my sister that resides overseas and thus a battery can not be sent via the mail. When I offered to buy one overseas and have a reduction in my purchase price, the store offered me an insulating $10.00 credit.A new I Phone battery costs 100 Euros and a aftermarket battery costs 40 Euros. The store will only reimburse me 10 dollars for the cost of a new battery (Apple Brand or remanufactured) and so my sisters wedding gift is a disappointing and embarrassing gift from me! What about the cost of changing out the battery at a service center; I am certain they will not touch that!Again, the store had ample time to check the refurbished phone they sold me for battery strength, etc.

We never had a problem here. The guy Al, is super helpful. He never nickles and dimes us and he makes good suggestions. Well continue to come to Red Bank for future needs. Thanks Al!

Out of the stores, this is the one most knowledgeable. A salesmen by the name Al. There is some creep dude who stands behind the counter with a Bluetooth and never makes eye contact. I think he is one of the bosses. If you experience this, you should ask to speak to a sales associate and make sure he doesnt interfer

(July 2017) I live 2 minutes from the Keansburg location but travel to Red Bank because of the outstanding customer service. 10 stars.These people know how to take care of customers and have a very clean store with great displays!I now live in Belmar and I pass 4 other Metro stores (Bradley Beach, Asbury Park, Neptune, and Oakhurst) to get to this location in Red Bank. The customer service and honest business dealing is worth the extra miles and time.
