Thank you Red Bank Sleep Shoppe for another wonderful shopping experience! In the last 3 years, we have purchased 3 mattresses (2 guest rooms and our master) and each shopping experience was excellent. I considered trying to buy online but after visiting the shop, speaking with Tom, testing the mattresses and scheduling the easiest delivery ever (his guys are courteous and punctual), I could only imagine the headache I would have gone through buying from a no-name/no-face company online. If you are buying a mattress, go see the folks at Red Bank Sleep Shoppe!

My mother bought a mattress here and about a year later there was a manufacturer defect. However, the manufacturer discontinued the mattress. From what I was getting from my mother, the manufacturer wasn’t standing by the warranty. So I strapped on my boots getting ready to go to war with a small business mattress shop (rather than a large chain) trying to resolve the solution…. not the case at all. Tom was AWESOME! Said he just wanted to make sure my mother was happy and had a great mattress to sleep on. He did exactly that, and resolved the issue. Its guys like Tom the give small business hope.

These guys are absolutely amazing! I am definitely a nightmare customer when it comes to picking out a mattress and out of all of the places I have been to throughout the years, they were the most helpful and the easiest to work with. Anytime I had a problem or concern, they took care of it 100%. I would encourage anyone to buy their mattress or pillow from here!

I fought the mid day traffic in Red Bank to arrive at Red Bank Sleep Shoppe at 1:30 pm on a Monday. They were closed, no lights, no sign, just a locked door. The posted hours indicate they are open on Mondays. I try to shop local but when a store pulls this, it becomes difficult to justify a return trip. Who knows if they will be open.
