Pretty large store with it’s own auction house! The silent auction concept is unique, will be great once you can bid online! Redlands has a lot of history so there are many treasures to be found! This store is large and is worth a visit!

A place to dig for good items, good prices too. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Furniture is a little over priced but clothes is good.

Ive found this thrift store to be way too expensive most of the time and the staff could use some lessons in manners for the most part, although a few are kind. I sure wish theyd lower the prices of most of the stuff as someone has a thing for 6.91 price? Even stuff that is clearly not worth it! It would also be nice if they provided restrooms for their customers as so many of us are getting on in age and all that walking around can stir things up for some of us folks. Their are no restrooms anywhere close by either. Still, they do have some good sales at times.

I love Redlands Thrift because they have so much good stuff. Yes, it is a bit overpriced but today we get a good deal, I think it might be penny day or, fill a bag for 10 bucks. But really cheap today. Got some really good stuff last time. Thank you! God Bless!

Lots of inventory and prices werent too bad. They are also still accepting donations at this time so that was nice to be able to drop off some old clothes.

I know its a thrift store but ive been to some really nice and well put together stores. This one is anything but clean and well organized, smelly disaster of a store. I bought my daughter a mickey mouse childrens book the original price clearly said $1 on the back lady in front charged me three.. acted like she didnt speak english when i confronted her. Ridiculous.

Overpriced for even damaged and broken furniture. For the avid thrifter, not much to see.

Staff always goes out of there way to give the best service and usually with a smile. They also attempt to keep things orderly. The climate control not so good, it is a large building on a budget supporting a non- profit.

Always good. I bring my little great grandkids to get toys plant pots and always have a great experience. The workers always have a Good attitude and helpful when I need help. Never attended an auction, but my kids do and they get great deals. Thank you for having this place in Redlands.

When I went to checkout my card wouldn’t work and the lady was trying to fix the machine. She had my card in her hand the whole time as she was behind the counter to turn the card reader on. I couldn’t see my card in her hand or her as she was on the floor trying to turn it back on. It was unsettling because she could’ve easily stolen my card info. After she turned the machine on my card worked of course. This is unacceptable, no employee should ever do this. Will definitely not be going back.

I have donated so much to them cause of what I thought they stood for. Integrity. We went to pick up a couch we bought and the employee broke the handle off the back of our truck. He laughed about it and said well I guess I shouldnt touch customers cars. Over $200 for a $35 couch. I called the speak to the owner and was completely shocked on his behavior. I explained the situation and told him how often we are in there. He said AND..... I told him how I cant honestly donate my stuff or recommend this business anymore based on not only how the employee behaved but also on his attitude. He said, Dont you threaten me, you better watch what you say. We are part of a legal firm. Of course that is not the case. I told him I would never lie about anything and only speak the truth. I did and he got online and called me crazy and banned us from ever coming into his store again. After all this I have heard from numerous people of his behavior. All I can do is be honest and warn everyone of this experience.

There are alot of things to find, the old needle in a hay stack type of scenario. So take your time, some of the staff is grumpy but working without AC in CA will make for some sour faces. Best visited first thing in the morning or closer to closing to make it more bearable with the summer temps.

What used to be a fun and affordable place with some great deals has now priced themselves so far out of the market that it isnt even worth going back to.Need to remember they are a thrift store and not Christies...

Wow! What happened, guys? It’s been awhile since I’ve been in. I went in for some play toys for the kids for outside. $5 for something I can get new at the store with the accompanying pieces? $4 for a bag of random pieces of toys from sets with missing pieces? Sadly, we ended up at a retail store and got better bargains. I completely understand it’s going to a good cause, but, when I’m on a tight budget, I’ve gotta take my budget where it stretches. Super disappointed.

Some great deals, some not so great. employees work very hard are pleasant and seem happy. i have talked to the owner a few times and found him to be a very nice guy.

So much things to look through, everyone was nice, and every Monday is 50% off! Great!

Like this thrift store a lot! It s big and there s always something on sale going on. Definately recommends to check it out. Prices are average but its worth checking out.

Its an ok store not the best in the area but ok for what it is. employees are pretty good very helpful when you finally get one to help you. the owner has an attitude you can tell just by talking to him for a min that hes a hypocrite. But it is what it is nothing to lose sleep over. I give it 3 stars because I have found good deals the auction in the back is pretty good. Like every other thrift store they do have a lot of thing just way over priced but ones in a while you will find what you are looking for at a thrift store price..

The employees are very nice, EXCEPT the manager. He was rude and irresponsible. The whole day he looked upset to be there, employees should always be happy and they should make their customers happy and not be rude. He barked orders at his employees while he sat there on his phone. Who does that? Also store was a bit messy.

You must dig for them but they have interesting items. The fitting room could use a lot of work! Lol

Today, 3/19/2016, approximately 4:35 pm: My mother and I won an auction (3 separate lots in an auction) at The Redlands Thrift Store. I paid for my items which came to $43.23 on American Express. After waiting for 35 minutes for them to remove my items from a locked case, I went to the owner and asked for help. He refused to help, was very disrespectful and would not provide my merchandise that I paid for, or refund it. I was pushed out of the store by Kevin Walsh. I contacted the police department immediately and they stated that this would be a civil matter and to report them to the Better Business Bureau. I dont understand what happened, as I provide good business to this store and also donate. They were also stated obscene gestures when literally pushing me out of the store. Bottom line: No merchandise, no refund and physically pushed out of the store.

I usually always find something good. The cashiers are nice and helpful.

Biggest thrift store Ive ever seen in my life. It has EVERYTHING. Clothes, dishes, knick knacks, picture frames, Christmas decorations (you know its a big store when it has an aisle for Christmas decorations all year round), kitchen appliances, etc. I came out with nice box of the board game Apples to Apples for only $2.98!On Saturday they have live auctions, so its supppper busy then. I believe theres silent auctions going on other days, as well. Not sure on the details.Check their website for their specials. Theres some amazinggg ones, like days where you can get 10 books for $1!The only thing I dont like about this place is the staff. They all seem overly casual...not professional at all. Theyre almost acting like its their house and were all their friends - which maybe some customers like, but I find it a bit strange, as I expect people getting paid to act professional. Both times Ive gone here, Ive heard the staff yelling at each other, instead of going up to each other to have the conversation. Its just not the most welcoming atmosphere to walk into right at the front of the store where the registers are.

The selection is much smaller than it used to be. 2017 has been a huge let down at this store. Problem#1: My car was sideswiped in the parking lot and were not able to see it on video ( I dont believe it bc I parked by the employees and the video picks up their cars) . Problem #2: Apparently on dollar day they let people in one by one through double doors, I didnt have a cart and some ladies were telling each other in another language to block me out. Not making this up! Lady said something fast and her friend stepped in front of me.They tell the lady issuing tickets something in their language, mad dog me after passing her and the ticket gal tells me to go to the end of the line..I tell her that I didnt have a cart and had been in line for the store to open for 45 mins.. Are you kidding?!?!?!? I left and Im never going back. Its not that serious, folks.
