Has great Halloween, Thanksgiving merchandise but selling out fast. So many home items to see, choose from throughout the store. I love going there. Signed up for the 1 year membership for Beyond+.

Bed Bath and Beyond is an amazing store. I have found anything that Ive needed for my kitchen, especially for being a chef. As a single man, they have things even for us picky ones. I like to keep things fresh so I like to change things around and they offer a pretty good wide selection on almost everything

The sales lady was very honest and helpful. I respect that a lot from her. She went beyond her job to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase and she gave me piece of mind. They had on sale organizing racks

Mary at the front desk and entry is amazing. She is really helpful. Lots of inventory! Nice selection of curtains. Especially Blackout curtains!

Today was the first time Ive been in one of these stores and for sure it will not be my last. I was impressed by the ease of finding exactly what I needed within 5 minutes of entering. I was in and out in no time.

This place is fun to visit, it has every do dad you can imagine for the kitchen & bathroom. Theres candles, bedding, pillows & it smells so good when you walk in, its a treat to visit!

Found what I needed with help from a very friendly staff member. They have aisle price check units which is awesome. Checkout line wait was a lil longer than what I expected. 4 registers were open, so I didnt understand why it was taking so long to ring people up. Other than that, great shopping experience.

A great store to find anything for anyone, even thing you dont even know you were looking for it, you will find them there, love the place, always clean and friendly personnel, they give me a great ideas for Christmas gifts on my shopping list. Excellent customer service

The workers are great but unfortunately their shelfs in Canyon Springs are empty. Their closing because their lease expored.

I could spend a half hour in here. Found a rolling pin that doesnt need flour, and a container to put dough in before you roll it out, which helps to measure radius of pizza or pie circle.

The people that work here are super friendly and helpful.

Bed Bath & Beyond is a great place to shop because they have some good stuff there. Also I like the fact that they have a no problem return policy.

Love that I can bring my dog, though he had to be in the cart (totally fine unless I needed to buy something big, but then Ill just leave him home).

Cashier Mary was so friendly! She is to be commended! Finally, someone who understands what a lasting impression the Customer is left with, by their experience with the Cashier. Mary was friendly, attentive, and is actively doing her part, to protect company assets, by looking inside of boxes. Which can always be explained away, as verifying that all parts are present (I work retail management 😊). Kudos Mary, you are doing a great job! You helped to improve my shopping experience!!!

Staff is nice enough but seriously none of them wear masks correctly, and don’t enforce masks in the store. Makes shopping extremely uncomfortable during a global pandemic...

Ive never gone to this one in particular. Twice I believe and my experience was very warming, employees helped with what I was looking for and they have a ton of stuff. Practically almost everything for your home use or needs. Even tried the purple seat, very comfy imo. Registry is available as well for those who are looking for that. Nice place to visit.

I bought a coffee machine as a Christmas present and a piece of it was broken. I suspect it broke during the original packaging process which was no fault of Bed Bath and Beyond. I called and explained that we had already used the main part of the machine but there was a broken piece to another part of the assembly. The manager was very nice and helpful. She would have allowed me to return the entire assembly or just the broken part. She pulled the part from another machine they had in stock and exchanged the broken piece.Great customer service!This is why I buy things, Im not familiar with, where I can physically review it instead of reading online reviews and then hoping it works out.Also local stores can be far more responsive if they understand customer service.Thank you BB&B!

My visit to this bed bath & beyond store today was beyond satisfactory due to its presentation and very helpful employees. It is very well organized and overall very well maintained. There is nothing here that was difficult to find and if I needed assistance there is plenty of help to go around. Employees were courteous enough to assist me and bringing my merchandise out to my car. I will continue to visit this bed bath & beyond location as I have for many years already. I recommend this location to anyone in the area.

But what was it I needed?I guess if I just walked around the store I would find what I needed..sure enough.Truth is I found several things I really needed.Ill bet you will be surprised by the many things you find, when you stop in. Place is cool. I wish they would have an in-store 20% off coupon. So people do not have to wait 24hrs to receive the coupon.

Enjoyable place to shop. Found everything I was looking for. Prices are getting up there too high for my taste. Place was clean womens bathrooms were dirty according to my wife may. Didnt really feel like Christmas . Staff was very helpful and cheerful. Merry Christmas to all.

Great service, but the sale items were not in my local store in Redlands Ca. Store manager admitted that they had an issue with not receiving the sale items in the add. Product wasnt in stock, and I was charged shipping in order to get a product that should of been on the shelf. The manager did take the time to help me to get the item before Christmas.

Really nice store. Really clean, and the two employees I interacted with or really nice. The lady that was waiting for me to check out behind the register, was kind enough to wait until I figured out which chocolate I wanted to buy. Thank you for being so patient, really nice lady behind the register. She did not even look annoyed or anything.

Awful customer experience. Asked an employee for help when she was done with her current guest. She was doing online orders for them. She came back and asked another employee to help us after we had patiently waited for at least ten minutes. I asked the new employee if they had a comforter in the size I needed and she said maybe we have it online. and WALKED AWAY!!!I was ready to spend $400 on bedding. Needless to say, Ill be making my new home purchases elsewhere.

It was ok one employee we were asking questions too was rude. He thought my kids were alone and his answers were short and not helpful at all.

I have always liked this store. I bought a whole full size bed set here with a buch of other stuff to decorate a newly remodeled bedroom. The associate was so very helpful wirh my indecision and really helped me put it together so everything matched nicely! I saved a bunch with my coupon and other online specials they had.
