Big cudos to Tiffany, she saved my day on Saturday 6/19/21. My refrigerator died. Had just bought groceries the day before. Everything thawing out. Not able to find a refrigerator any where to be delivered same day. She worked her magic called me back and found one I really like. Big and nice and cold. Thank you very much Tiffany for your outstanding customer service . You are the Best. Thank you guys who made the delivery they are awesome also.Good place to go . Variety of many things to rent. Tiffany is a very helpful associate very pleasant to work with.
We got a fridge when we went in they said they were gonna deliver a new one bit delivered a used one with scratches on it so i called they gave us the run around and said they never said that. So i had to take it as a loss because I really needed a fridge, then the freezer went out, the gave us a loaner, which was alot smaller, brought back ours a couple weeks later freezer went out again they are refusing to fix it and said we can exchange for the loaner which is way smaller or they can put us in a new contract this is ridiculous!!!!! Ive never had problems like this at aarons. Worst part is i been dealing with them for almost 3 years
I recently went into the store and was greeted by 3 associates. Gavin was very helpful and explained the process to me and how it works. He also helped me select a laptop for my son that was perfect. I really appreciated him taking his time to Understand what I was looking for and went above and beyond. I would highly recommend This store and him to others. 😁
ScandalousI had a PS4 from this place and I ended up returning it because I didnt want it anymore and the person never put that I returned it and now they say I never returned the PS4. So be very very very careful at this place they will screw you.
I had an amazing experience. Gavin was courteous and very professional. He made sure I had all the information I needed on the process and assisted me in finding the perfect furnishings for my home. Definitely ask to see Gavin ! 5 stars !
I just wanted to say that I had a great experience the other day when I walked into your store. The gentleman that was there immediately acknowledged my presence once I walking to the store. He was very helpful and very accommodating. I plan on going back to purchase my next tv. Great customer service experience.
This place is NOOOO GOOOD... stay away from this rent a center, they call you non stop on the 1st day that your payment is due, just to ask “ hey, we’re just making sure your coming in today to make your payment” and while this all seems like a norm to make a courtesy call. It’s not. They actually just start hounding you and have bad manners when they make these cold calls. The employees in there are fast talkers and will try to manipulate any situation. They tried overcharging me for a product that I had, I caught onto and they ended up crediting my account for the money owed back to me but after a small argument they agreed they did. Gavin was solid but overall Bad business try your luck elsewhere
This is a very small store. If you rent your home or a room, you have to have a written agreement from the homeowner stating that its ok for you to bring rented furniture into their home. That should not matter os long as your bill gets paid. So dont waste your time going in if you rent. Its a big hassle. They dont check your credit but they sure discriminate if youre not thw homeowner.
Got a bedroom set here...Sherrie, the manager, was sooooooo nice. I will definitely be going back and referring friends & family here.
As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Gavin who also helped me get the tv I’ve been looking for. It was my first time ever getting anything from a rent a center. So he broke it down to me explained the process and did everything he could to meet my needs and answered all the questions I had. And I had a lot lol.
For some reason my phone got locked by Rent-A- Center after owning it for 2 years. I called my local Rent-A-Center and spoke to someone who told me that they couldnt help me and to call the corporate office. I called corporate and after being on hold for 45 minutes I finally hung up. I called Rent-A-Center back and spoke with MIGUEL who took the time to help me fix the problem. Thank you MIGUEL for having great customer service skills and taking the time (5 minutes) that it took from your day to help me out when no one else would.
I have been doing business with rent a center for a few years now.Last September i had a used loveseat that i was renting from them break on me.It was not replaced.I had to get a whole new set from themI lost out on everything I payed into the original set.On 1/14/15 the loveseat on the new set also went(no one ever sat there).We went in and asked for a replacement(there was no fixing it).We were told that could be done.We got the new loveseat in the next day.The loveseat had a broken armrest when delivered.This place has gone downhill since the management changed.It looks like a thrift store everything in there is in bad used shape.Stay away....just save up for what you need.I know that I will never do business with this place again.
