Service was good. The place was spotless and orderly. Books were neat on the shelf and was asked if I needed help and said hi too about a 1/2 dozen times.

Customer service was actually customer care. Supported purchase of new Nook to friendly courteous check out. AND then provided set-up & transfer of my library while educating me on new Nook how tos. This is what customer used to be and still is at this B&N!

Love to come to any Barnes and noble location, acquire many coupons for starbucks products I wont purchase, and sit in the corner with my music and coffee as I blend into the background as an extra in the movie of life. also lots of books live here. the cleanest vibes.

It is always fun to go to this book seller. I lose track of time wandering through all the sections. It would be nice if the big, comfortable chairs could be back in place, so we could relax. I found several books that I want to purchase in the future.

They didnt fulfill my store pick up order and I had to go there 3 times before I was informed it got canceled. The manager wasnt much help at all. The heavy set male customer service worker had an attitude but management wasnt much better (the tall guy no glasses brown hair) so its just the way they operate. All in all they are pretty decent. The gentleman i checked out with was very sweet..he had glasses and was very chipper, and The older females are wonderful and they made up for the millennial employees. The older woman working the information booth in middle of store needs to be the manager. She really enjoys books and is very friendly. The store had a great selection. I gave 5 stars because we cant Afford to lose more readers... but please note what mentioned above. Thank you

People like Nick, JW, Monica, Sharon, lilly, and store manager Reedy really make this Barnes and noble have the local bookstore feel. Their customer service quality has always exceeded my expectations. Their commitment to themselves and the higher standards they achieve really sets this store apart from the rest. Stopped in to browse around with my family. We had a nice visit and even bought a book for my mom.Store is very clean greeted by a few employees also asked several times if I need assistance, nice, however if I am nose deep in a book or browsing, Id prefer not to be bothered.The have a huge variety of not only books but toys. A separate reading section away from the toys which was awesome so my grandkids were not asking for the toys constantly. They were actually interested in the books!!In the middle of the store is a Nook Book station.Restrooms were to the right rear before the toys.Also a Starbucks, I didnt see any signage for it.Prices are expected for new books!I enjoyed the kids two sections as well as the Harry Potter and Star Wars shelves/isle!Nice selection of board and card games as well..Will return and recommend!

B&N is quickly becoming one of my favorite places to spend an hour with the kids. They have so many good books for kids. Not just reading but activity books to. I was really impressed with the different types of books there are for kids and adults too! Anytime I need to find a gift for someone I know I will find something they will like here. The membership works at the Starbucks inside too. I don’t drink coffee but the desserts there are pretty amazing!

The little custom signs in the different sections really give a fun and personal touch to your browsing experience.

This was in CA & I live in FL so 1st this was definitely the biggest Barnes & Noble I had ever been in. I went in for the cafe & not only were they the nicest most helpful employees! I went to buy something out of the case & not only was everything in there massively sized but was fairly cheap too! Would definitely go there again if Im back in CA.

Every year this place has less and less. Nice promotions from the publishers that gets passed down to the customer. A third of this place is coffee shop, a third toy store the rest book store. The selection of the real good literature has significantly gone down. Good place for comic books and manga. Good place to kill some time I guess. Backpacks and nic-nacks and what not to go.

The nice girl found 1 of the books I was looking for! They didnt have one specific book I wanted so she helped me place an order for it to be shipped to my house. It arrived in 4 days, fairly quickly. I appreciate the people here at B&N.

Always find what we are looking for and things we are not. Could spend hours looking at stuff and we enjoy the coffee aroma from Starbucks.

Lots of books and magazines, probably just about anything you might need or want, and other cool stuff too. Has a café and you may get a coupon for that café with your purchase. I dont usually utilize the café myself but I am sure it is nice. Friendly and helpful employees.

Barnes and Noble has always been one of my favorite browsing stores and continues to be a great place to hang out post covid lockdown, with accessible public restrooms and free wifi.

I love this b&n its one of my favorite stores its so quiet and homey and the staff are always so helpful

Staff was amazing! One gal saw that I was burdened down within books in my arms and brought me over a basket! A gentleman helped me as soon as I walked in with what to find and the cashier was so sweet and offered me membership update which saved me money. Love this store! Staff is very in top of it. Clean bathrooms too!

Still a nice place, but not as nice as 11 years ago. Far less good people there, more low lifes now.

CLEAN and social distance was enforced by all guest. GLAD to ge able to come inside and touch books and read again.

This place was the spot back in the day. They had comfortable chairs you could sit in and enjoy a good book. Now thanks to covid all they do is sell books (I can get one from Amazon) and took away that personal touch that I think made them special. Imagine seeing someone you like reading a book. You approach them with what you reading etc strike up a conversation and boom before you know it you got a new Friend. No more of that now you just go in make your purchase and get out no more intimacy just sales.

The Starbucks inside was great and not packed. Because of covid a lot of the play areas for kids werent available. The selection was good. No long lines while paying for the books we got. I liked that there was actually someone to help at the checkout.

This store used to seem allot more full but i was still able to find what I was looking for.

Staff are friendly, helpful and efficient.So many books to explore. However, its such a large space with no chairs, it is not enjoyable for the mobility challenged who need a chair to rest along the way. So Ill be heading back to Audible, Guttenberg... But how I miss the joy of a physical bookstore and the aroma of new books wafting through the air😪

As with any other barnes and noble its really easy to find what youre looking for. Im a fan of the blind date books which are wrapped in white paper and someone writes a sentence or two describing the book. Its a little gamble but I have never been disappointed.

Always love this store. Staff overheard my mom and I talking about a book we were looking for as we headed to the bathroom. When we came out, the girl at the help desk had already pulled it and had it waiting for us without us talking to them. That is exceptional service! I wish I had gotten her name. We were looking for Green Lights the book by Matthew McConaughey.

Open during pandemic with face covering required and hand sanitizer available at entrance. Well stocked yet lots of space to move. Restrooms are available. Chairs for reading are not. Ledges by magazines that were used for reading are blocked. Staff is always nice, welcoming, and helpful. It was more enjoyable before the pandemic and has lost some charm and energy, but still a great place to shop and browse for books. Always has the latest releases and attractive displays. Normally during the Christmas holidays there are groups each week stationed near the entrance providing gift wrap for donations and will even wrap purchases from other stores as long as they are not too large to handle. And many times I have enjoyed a Christmas concert by a school put on in the store. This year will surely be different. But in 2021 that should return.

Well stocked bookstore, clean facilities, nice personal and the extra is they have a Starbucks coffee inside. Thumbs-up.

Barnes and Noble great I found 2 books that I have been looking. Cicely Tyson her book and the Joy of cooking new addition it has 600 new recipes love it.

I hadnt been in Barnes & Noble for a few years and I was pleasantly surprised. Very organized! Not only books but puzzles, games, kids section with really great, educational & fun things. They have all the latest books and a clearance section, on the left as you walk in. The one I visited was in Redlands.

As a book lover this is like a second home. Employees are helpful, store is organized well and always clean.

Special orders are timely their prices beat the next day delivery from Amazon. The book I got for $27 was $89 through Amazon

If you dont know where to look for book, ask. If they dont have it, theyll order it and have it delivered to your home. Nice people, great childrens books, unique greeting cards, technology and cook books galore.
