Nothing like the selection online. Plus if you need a particular size good luck. Finding your size in the style and color you desire is as elusive as a unicorn. Just pack it up and stop selling things in person if you are going to call it in.

First time I shop here and had a pleasant experience. The store was nice, clean & was easy to find what I needed for my granddaughter. I price of the clothing were so reasonable. The promotions they had were awesome on jeans. Almost everything in the store was 50 % off, which was great. I will definitely be coming back here to shop.

I tried to return a Gap Factory on-line order at the store. After the clerk fussed around looking for the order for ten minutes, using my email, two different phone numbers, my credit card, my order number, she told me that she could give me store credit or I would have to return to the store a different day because they were unable to process my return that night.

You cant make Gap returns at the Gap Factory store if your items are from Gap. I purchased an item from Gap online and tried to return it here but I guess because its a Factory store and they didnt carry the item I ordered, I could not return it.
